I love that this property is very close to the train station. I’m a single woman and I was traveling alone. I felt safe and comfortable .

I mistakenly entered my arrival date by one day . I requested to change the arrival day to the next day . Although a room was available for the next day this hotel was unwilling to accommodate me . In the end I stayed two nights instead of one , the property is nice enough so I wasn’t disappointed but I’d rather stay with a hotel that’s more flexible .

Great location . Termini station is close by and everything is accessible and convenient . If someone has plans to see the city gia Hop-on Hop-off it’s just on the other end of Termini station which is very convenient. Hotel was Clean and staff was great too..

Breakfast should have had more options like sandwiches or pancakes.. Very disappointed with the breakfast

We love the location! It is directly in front of Roma Termini so even if you arrive late at night it would be convenient to just walk. The reception is accommodating even if you arrive late. They also received our mobile internet package sent thru mail by our provider. Our room which they said small is quiet huge actually. We love it. They also have storage area where you can keep your things if you need one. Good breakfast is also provided.

The elevator is a bit small. If you are two people with backpack and luggage you will be face to face with each other 🤣 good thing they have 2 elevators available.

The staff was very helpful.

There wasn't a luggage rack to place the suitcase, no towel racks or hooks to hang towels, shower cap or robes in the bathroom. The temperature of the water fluctuates from too hot to cold.

Very central location and right across from Termini. This made it easy to get to places via train/subway. Room was clean and air conditioning in the very hot Rome weather made the stay wonderful. The Madison was much better than I was expecting it to be. It was very quiet and clean. Breakfast was fine; coffee was great.

Staff was professional, but it would have been nice if the reception staff had been more welcoming and friendlier. It is an 8-hour flight from the USA, and a friendly smile would have been nice. Elevators were very slow, and one was out of service for our entire 7-night stay. Room was small, so I really appreciate them separating the bed to make twin beds for my grandson and me.

It was great location, everything very close. The price was also not expensive for this location and hotel. If I will go to Rome again, I will choose the same hotel.

Hotel made a pri-authorizations to my money and when I came to the hotel, it was not possible use this priauthorised money for payment hotel’s reservation. They were asking me pay money (1200 Euro approximately) and they were explaining that “You will receive your pri authorized money back”. I ak working in a bank and I know this money I can give back after one month, when bank allows unblocking. So, I needed 1200 extra money at that moment, which was unfair and I didn’t have. Finally, hotles manager agreed take money from pri-authorised balance. It took long time and 9 people waited for me (my friends)

Its location is very convenient, just situated next to the train station and plenty of other establishments. The staffs also deserves acknowledgement for being very nice and approachable. The hotel also offers a good breakfast buffet.

I was really really sure that I’ve booked this with the green sign ‘breakfast included’. Although it’s only 10 Euro per day per person, I find the post here in Booking.com before to be very misleading. I’ve also noticed that other people in the hotel had the same issue. But upon checking lately here in Booking.com the breakfast is no longer included, so maybe it was just a past mistake (?). The hotel also seem a bit old, I hope they’ll do more renovations. But I must also say that the room is clean and they change their sheets and towels daily.

Fantastic location (steps away from the Termini main train station) but QUIET! Not a hint of train noise was ever heard. And right near some excellent restaurants. The rooms were quite large, even the bathroom. (Although why Europeans insist on leaving part of the shower wide open is beyond me— water always splashes out onto the floor, no matter how careful you are.) Anyway, the staff was amazing— helpful all the way. The place was quite busy (understandably!) but they always went out of their way to assist me. The breakfast was quite good and plentiful, except for the juices— lousy artificial “juice” from a machine). And I wish they had regular croissants besides the sugary-sweet ones they served, but maybe that’s an Italian thing, because it was the same at another hotel.

On the TV, it took forever to find CNN— it was on channel 4,567 as I recall. (That’s right: channel FOUR THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN!— even the staff didnt even know it was available!) They need to have a flyer to give us English-speakers a list of the English channels, because I wasted a lot of time trying to find them, and found it by sheer random chance. The only other complaint was the artificial colored water they called “juice” for breakfast.

The room turned out to be even bigger than we expected, it accommodated both a double bed and a bed for our daughter (13 years old). At the same time, the room is quite spacious, even with beds. Large bathroom. Right next to the hotel is the large shopping center Termini, the metro and the train station. It was very convenient to get around the city and to destinations outside the city. There was absolutely no noise from the city or the railway.

This is definitely not a problem, but it would be nice to have: - The TV didn't have YoutTube and Internet - I like the lighting very bright, but that doesn't mean the room was dark, аor most people, the brightness of the lighting will be sufficient - I would like the refrigerator in the room to be a little more spacious - I would add some variety to the breakfast menu

Just a min walk from the Roma Termini Station its a beautiful place to relax
