Toffa is really close to Termini Station, so it’s great to reach any place you need. The receptionist Kausaur was kind and helpful all the time. The reception is open 24h. There’s no breakfast, but you can use the boiler and some kitchen stuff, in case you need. They offer you free water and high speed wifi. I also appreciated the fact there is a bidet, some places just don’t have them anymore and we, Argentinians and Italians, need it.

The room nor the bathroom didn’t have many shelves or tables to put on our stuff and the corridor is kind of “acoustic”, meaning you hear the neighbors come and go really loudly. Anyway, the experience was good, I’d recommend the place. If you have problems with noises, just bring some airplugs, and you’ll be alright.

This is a great place to spend your holiday. We were greeted at reception, shown to our room and given a tour. The view from the window was simply magnificent – straight onto the tower of the neighbouring church. The hotel itself is located in the centre, close to the train station, which was very helpful in getting us quickly to any part of the city. The man at the reception always greeted us at any time of the day and immediately opened the entrance doors. The room was wonderful. I highly recommend it.

The room was spacious and in a prime location, just a 5-minute walk to the train station. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, advising us about potential safety risks in the metro and trains. They also kindly kept our luggage safe after check-out until we left the property.

The property lacks soundproofing, so you can hear a lot of noise from the street. Additionally, we found some hairs in our towels, though they appeared clean and smelled fresh, so this may have been an issue from the laundry.

Super hotel! I was very satisfied with the services offered, from the receptionists to the cleaning. The hotel staff with whom I interacted is made up of a team of very nice people, extremely kind and dedicated. They know how to personalize their relationship with the client. They know how to be attentive. Irreproachable services. Bravo! I had a very pleasant experience throughout my stay in the hotel. I recommend it with confidence. Thank you for the stay!

- For us was not disturbing but they enter into the room every morning without asking. We think they should ask first about that but as we said we didn’t care - The street is not noisy but the rooms have no soundproofing and that is a pity. That’s the main improvement point. We travel with ear plugs just in case and you should do so too!

The staff were exceptionally helpful. I lost an item and they found it after I left and made sure that it was returned to me! Also the location just a few steps from the train station where city buses were also readily available made it very convenient for accessing public transport.

Towel racks for drying towels and counterspace for toiletries in the bathroom would have been helpful but the room was adequate otherwise.

As a students I want to visit lots of countries and dont spend thousands. This is one of the best places in Rome, that offers a lot. Its a bedroom with a bathroom. (private). Many places offer private rooms but they are bunk beds not king size. And with a public bathroom. The room is also fitted with a TV! After we came they offered to clean my room which i didnt expect. but it was nice they can do it too. They also offered me a coffe but I unfortunately didnt had time to stop by. (We usually had breakfast in town). They also recommended me a place 200 meters from Toffa Place called Peri Peri and he was also a very good guy. Geniunely. I 10/10 recommend.

Nothing! everything went as planned

Very nice stay here. Facilities were basic but at the price we weren't expecting more. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean, plumbing was good, wifi worked well. No breakfast provided but we could buy sachets of coffee in the shop below and heat water with the kettle. Really good location, right next to the Termini train station.

The people were very friendly, and helped us with some questions. The location is very accessible with many means of transport and it is easy to get to any place :)

The tax was too high, there was no heating, the door to the room did not look very secure and the towels were not changed :/

The location is very good ! We could walk around all the places we wanted to see. The staff are very helpful, kind and polite. They agreed to keep our big luggages’ after check out, it was very nice!

The room is very small, and the furniture is very old. Maybe it is a time to make a refreshing of the rooms, just my opinion)
