We will offered an accessibility room for which had a large toilet. However, the glass sliding door do not close completely. The glass bi-foldable door for the bathing area do not close at all and water splashes and flows out after every bath. The water ponding stays there throughout the night and the floor is always wet.

Their location is the best thing of this hotel. The official information about this hotel on this website is all accurate. All the basic facilities are available and functional. The air con is our room has no problem. There is a bar a few minutes from the hotel and they have their music ok quite loud till 11pm to midnight. You may be aware of this. We appreciate the staff asking us for comments when we check out.

The comments on the wash basin are correct. Don't why it's close that the water will splash outside anyway. Also, it would be great if the staff could explain the charge of 100 Euro when check-in more clearly. We thought it's the verification of credit card.

I like the modern design of the hotel which differs from the other historical hotels. The breakfast was the best I've ever had and well worth the price. It is centrally located across train station and hop on/off bus stop.

Though the bathroom did have an enclosure which many hotels in Rome do not, it wasn't properly sealed at the bottom so water always spills out after a shower.

Great location just 5 mins walk from central train station and metro / bus station. The main street getting to the hotel is Via Masala, quite safe n not messy compared to some adjoining streets near Station. Comfortable room with decent size (the 2 of us booked a twin sharing room about 23sq ft in size). Buffet breakfast is good although is not exceptionally great with choices. The hotel staff was very nice to prepare breakfast packs for us as we had an early morning day tour one of the morning during our stay. However, there is a strange practice in this hotel which requires guests to be mindful- there was an additional tipping charges in the final bill when we checked out. Although we were being informed about this tipping practice (as a token of appreciation for their service, but is not compulsory) during our checked in at the reception desk. Nonetheless, we didn’t expect the tipping amount to be added to the final bill. (We didn’t follow this practice ). Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly n helpful. This hotel is highly recommended.

We arrived early morning from the airport, and the staffs were very nice to keep our 4 pieces of luggage for us. Because one of our luggage was damaged by the movers from the airport, the staffs were very helpful and recommended us a place to get a new luggage close by. All the staffs were absolutely professional and friendly including the lady who checked us in at the Breakfast area. The breakfast was excellent! We love our big room with beautiful street view. If we come to Rome again, we will definitely stay at Best Western Premier Hotel Royal Santina again. Please keep up your good work.👍🏼

Only 1 thing can be improved. We could not close the shower door completely due to the design, so the floor was quite wet every time after shower.

The location was perfect! It’s only 1 block from the main train station (Rome Termini). That made it easy to get anywhere in the city using the metro. We were also able to catch regional trains there. No need for a cab. Although it was near the station, the hotel was quiet and felt safe. We liked the morning buffet. I recommend the hotel restaurant for dinner too. It was SO delicious! Kind of fancy, but reasonably priced. The hotel was comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful. They offered advice on touring the city. They will allow you to store your bags early, before check-in (with notice). Reasonably priced.

One night the fire alarm went off at 2 am! All was fine. (It was a “false alarm” because a night employer “pushed the wrong button.” But it was stressful for everyone to wake and file outside that late.)

Exactly what we expected! Royal Santina was our first stop to our honeymoon through Italy. We booked this hotel specifically because of its location as we wanted to be within walking distance from the train station. The walk to the station was less than 5 minutes and this was a plus to our overall stay. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff very welcoming.

The view wasn't the best as we were facing the inside of the building and the room was relatively small and a bit difficult to walk around with our open bags on the floor. Nothing we hated as we are aware room sizes in Europe are definitely smaller than those back home in America but something important to bring up in case you expect space and view from the room.

I am a big breakfast person and Breakfast was excellent. There were a lot of variety. I really enjoyed being asked if i wanted cappuccino or espresso with my breakfast that I was looking forward to it daily and disappointed when they didn't ask. The location was good for travelling to the next city easily.

The sink design made it hard not to splash water around. The shower leaked through but I assumed this was supposed to happen. The lighting of the room made it hard to go to the washroom in the middle of the night without disturbing the person still sleeping.

A very good hotel. The breakfast and the location were excellent. The hotel is next to the metro,train and bus station. A quiet area,Many of the sights are about a 20 minute walk from the hotel. We stayed on the 7th floor and it was quiet. However, the soap dispensers in the bathroom need to be closer to the sink. Also, there needs to be a foot towel. And the cleaning needs to be a little bit better, but it wasn't a big problem. The carpet needed to be vacuumed and the mirror cleaned. The only 2 problems with the cleaning. Overall I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The room was exactly like the pictures showed. We stayed there on March 29-April 2, 2025 I definitely recommend this hotel. Soula M.

We just stayed one day and it was very convenient for us. Location is just across Roma Termini Train station, so it's very convenient if you are either coming from the airport with the Leonardo Express train or another city by train. Metro station also at Termini station, so easy to go anywhere. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets and cafes around. About 20min walk from the main shopping areas. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was also large with bathtub and a separate shower box. Bed was good and wifi worked well.

We stayed for just one day and nothing called my attention negatively. We didn't try breakfast since we had an early morning flight out of Rome.
