We will offered an accessibility room for which had a large toilet. However, the glass sliding door do not close completely. The glass bi-foldable door for the bathing area do not close at all and water splashes and flows out after every bath. The water ponding stays there throughout the night and the floor is always wet.

I like the modern design of the hotel which differs from the other historical hotels. The breakfast was the best I've ever had and well worth the price. It is centrally located across train station and hop on/off bus stop.

Though the bathroom did have an enclosure which many hotels in Rome do not, it wasn't properly sealed at the bottom so water always spills out after a shower.

Great location just 5 mins walk from central train station and metro / bus station. The main street getting to the hotel is Via Masala, quite safe n not messy compared to some adjoining streets near Station. Comfortable room with decent size (the 2 of us booked a twin sharing room about 23sq ft in size). Buffet breakfast is good although is not exceptionally great with choices. The hotel staff was very nice to prepare breakfast packs for us as we had an early morning day tour one of the morning during our stay. However, there is a strange practice in this hotel which requires guests to be mindful- there was an additional tipping charges in the final bill when we checked out. Although we were being informed about this tipping practice (as a token of appreciation for their service, but is not compulsory) during our checked in at the reception desk. Nonetheless, we didn’t expect the tipping amount to be added to the final bill. (We didn’t follow this practice ). Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly n helpful. This hotel is highly recommended.

Exactly what we expected! Royal Santina was our first stop to our honeymoon through Italy. We booked this hotel specifically because of its location as we wanted to be within walking distance from the train station. The walk to the station was less than 5 minutes and this was a plus to our overall stay. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff very welcoming.

The view wasn't the best as we were facing the inside of the building and the room was relatively small and a bit difficult to walk around with our open bags on the floor. Nothing we hated as we are aware room sizes in Europe are definitely smaller than those back home in America but something important to bring up in case you expect space and view from the room.

A very good hotel. The breakfast and the location were excellent. The hotel is next to the metro,train and bus station. A quiet area,Many of the sights are about a 20 minute walk from the hotel. We stayed on the 7th floor and it was quiet. However, the soap dispensers in the bathroom need to be closer to the sink. Also, there needs to be a foot towel. And the cleaning needs to be a little bit better, but it wasn't a big problem. The carpet needed to be vacuumed and the mirror cleaned. The only 2 problems with the cleaning. Overall I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The room was exactly like the pictures showed. We stayed there on March 29-April 2, 2025 I definitely recommend this hotel. Soula M.

The hotel is located next to the Termini train station, which makes conveninet to get to and from the airports. It is relatively close to the major attractions, like the Colosseum and Vatican CIty, is also close to Villa Borghese. The rooms are modern and everything was working as expected, and had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Room service came round daily, even if the room was left empty later. A special shoutout goes to the staff, who was absolutely lovely. The ladies that took care of us at dinner were very accomodating and nice, always smiling and prompt, genuinely making an effort to make us feel comfortable.

Very noisy. Soundproofing is vurtualy non existent, my room was next to the lifts so I could hear them all the time. I could also hear the next door guest showering like they were right in my bathroom. Food at dinner was quit the dissapointment. Very few options, and not very good, the only thing I liked was the pizza, everything else was subpar. The gricia pasta were drenched in oil, the meatballs in wine sauce with mash potatoes came cold in the middle and with no mash, had to order side separately. Most things come from frozen stuff, not great. No good coffee options for breakfast. Only instant cofee, you can request different type of coffee from staff but this is not immediately obvious. Please have an espresso machine like any respectable hotel should have.

The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were very kind. At breakfast, there was a machine to squeeze fresh orange juice, which was very nice. I made a mistake and broke a cup while using the machine, but after that, the manager took care of it and even brought the juice to me. The hotel was also in a good location, close to Termini Station, so transportation was very easy. But at check-out, I was a little surprised because they seemed to expect a tip. It was optional, but it was hard to say no. Still, I recommend this hotel!

Our room was far too hot. They couldn’t cool the room as apparently it is controlled centrally and they wouldn’t turn a/c on. Their only suggestion was to open a window which wasn’t particularly helpful. Especially as when we cooled it down overnight and went out, housekeeping shut the window so the room was far too hot again when we returned. When we checked out they tried to give us someone else’s bill and were quite strange about it when we tried to get the correct bill to pay. Another receptionist had to intervene to help as the first one was not listening to us.

The hotel is perfectly located just a few steps from Rome's Central Station, so it's ideal for anyone planning to hop on a train to explore more of Italy. The rooms are comfy and stylish, with a real Italian flair throughout. But the best part is the staff – they’re incredibly warm and attentive from reception to the restaurant. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, especially if you're traveling with kids. Our little ones adored Federica, the waitress, who was so sweet and patient. The food was delicious, both breakfast and dinner. If we ever come back to Rome, this is definitely where we’ll stay.

The hotel's location was very good, right next to the main train station. Our room was small, but clean and comfortable. I particularly want to praise the breakfast experience. The lady who greeted us and showed us to our table was exceptionally welcoming, kind, and friendly. She immediately saw my request for a gluten-free breakfast in the system and made sure someone brought me a box with various gluten-free bread options every morning. I felt truly cared for, as many hotels I've stayed at treat special dietary needs rather as a nuisance.

Check-in was frustrating. The young gentleman at the desk struggled to reply to my questions. His supervisor was nearby but did not intervene to assist with the communication, almost felt like he didn't care much. Additionally, the postcards I left at the reception with the same supervisor/manager to be mailed never arrived at their destinations - these were the only postcards from Italy that didn’t make it (other arrived long ago), so perhaps they were forgotten.
