We will offered an accessibility room for which had a large toilet. However, the glass sliding door do not close completely. The glass bi-foldable door for the bathing area do not close at all and water splashes and flows out after every bath. The water ponding stays there throughout the night and the floor is always wet.

Their location is the best thing of this hotel. The official information about this hotel on this website is all accurate. All the basic facilities are available and functional. The air con is our room has no problem. There is a bar a few minutes from the hotel and they have their music ok quite loud till 11pm to midnight. You may be aware of this. We appreciate the staff asking us for comments when we check out.

The comments on the wash basin are correct. Don't why it's close that the water will splash outside anyway. Also, it would be great if the staff could explain the charge of 100 Euro when check-in more clearly. We thought it's the verification of credit card.

I just wanted to mention that we have been travelling through Italy for 3 weeks and have stayed at approximately 6 different 4 star properties during this trip. The staff at this property are definitely exceptional in every aspect and very professional. From the reception staff, bellboy to the restaurant staff. The staff clearly care about the well being of the customer. The room (triple room) had comfortable beds, all the amenities including tea, coffee shampoo, robe etc which are not usually provided in all properties in Italy. The air conditioning worked well. The best part of this hotel was the location. We arrived via train - literally a 2 minute walk to the hotel. We took the airport shuttle the next morning which literally stops in front the hotel. We had a lot of luggage and it just seemed easier to cross the street than to navigate the train station. It is 7 euros per person and it was a lovely 1 hour ride to the airport as it went through the town and the sites one last time.

Best blackout curtains ever. Slept really well even though the bed was only a bit above average. There is even a pillow selection brochure which is a bonus. Large room. Location is great for stepping off the train from the airport, out onto the good side of town, straight into the hotel. Relatively easy to walk to everything. Max is about 3 miles to St Peter's with most points of interest about 2 miles. No shortage of nearby shops and restaurants.

Central location was always going to be noisy but could also hear a bit of bathroom noise from the room above and unfortunately the room was closest to the lifts.

Service is outstanding. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Fitness room was excellent. Fitness rooms will become a big decision point for younger guests in the future. This hotel has it well covered. Breakfast was varied and super high quality. We would definately stay again. Location great for Rome Centre to the South. 1-2 kms surrounds you in History.

Please, when preparing my room do not let the room be at +35 degrees when we enter. We arrived with help of a great Porter who switched on the A/C. Two hours later the A/C had stopped our sweating. After this first not great episode, everything was perfect. We will stay here again, very good place. Service excellent.

Location was great as very close to Termini station as we were arriving and leaving from that station so wanted the convenience of being close by. It was about 20-30 min walk from main attractions but we were fine with that as wanted to explore on foot. Close to metro which we caught to go to the Vatican. 24 hr manned reception and security guard at entrance so felt safe at this hotel. Breakfast vailableat additional cost but we did not have so cannot comment.

Air conditioning was not as strong as I would’ve liked especially as room faced the sun in afternoon so room got quite warm. I think it is centrally managed as the thermostat didn’t budge in the room. We were going to complain but it was manageable.

Excellent staff! They understood our needs and acted immediately. For instance, one day we had to wake up very early to attend a tour and would therefore miss breakfast. Once we informed the hotel about this, they immediately suggested to prepare for each one of us breakfast boxes free of charge since we had already paid for breakfast during our stay. On another occasion, they allowed us to have a late check out, 2 hours extra, free of charge, so as to help us have a more relaxing trip back home. Will definitely visit this hotel in the future. Absolute value for money!

As far as we are concerned, the only "disadvantage" we found, which is not exactly a disadvantage, is the location. To be more precise, the location is ideal as it is next to termini and metro stations, which makes all transportations around the city super easy. However, at night the area around termini, not the area around the hotel, can get a bit creepy, due to the people wondering around termini. Having an 8 year old kid with us, made us feel a bit uneasy passing by termini at night for the reason explained here above. Nevertheless, we managed to find our way around. And for this reason we only have positive comments to make about this hotel. We shall definitely visit it again.

Staff extremely nice and attending. I booked 2 rooms, and the gentleman who did my check-in whom I didn't get his name was nice and gave me a late check-out for one room when I asked the night before check out and on the morning of the check out, Adam who was another guy at the reception was super nice and allowed us to keep both rooms for an extra couple of ours. I totally appreciated that as our flight out of Rome was in the late afternoon. Rooms were cleaned very very well daily beyond expected level in comparison to tons of Hotels I stayed at around Europe. Breakfast had everything needed in variety.

I did not care for the bathtub and would have preferred A shower instead but given how nice the staff was, maybe I could have asked for a room change and perhaps would have gotten it. Next time! Breakfast was over at 10:30! I would have preferred 11:00.

Well, but for my disturbed start, the remaining 2 out of 3 day stay experience, due to their friendly staff, made up for a happy stay finally at the BW.. The front staff and the morning breakfast restaurant staff were indeed very helpful and kind. The location of the hotel is perfect.. just about 150m walk from the main train station. Also, they had a bus stop right in front of the hotel which made is easy to choose a hop on hop off and also get the ride to the airport. The view from our second room was also great and room was having a very modern feel! Definitely recommended for both leisure or business travel..

We had a water leak in our first room.. the bathroom was oddly shaped as the room was actually meant for disabled. The leak was wetting the whole bathroom floor which was a bit unexpected. But the staff helped us and made up for it by giving us a better room and help us shift the entire thing by themselves while we were out touring Rome..

The room was clean and airy. My windows opened up to the view of the streets. I loved it!. The location was perfect as well. The bed was very comfortable, offering us a good night's rest. I love that there's a mini fridge in the room, which allowed us to purchase our own beverages and keep them chilled. Everyone at the front desk was also really nice and welcoming. One of the ladies even assisted me with contacting the airport when they lost my luggage. I forgot her name, but she was really sweet and helpful.

Breakfast was not included in the price of the room. It was an extra 16euros per day.
