The location of this hotel is amazing. You can easily walk to all the main touristy attractions and spots, the main train station is a 5 minute walk away and there are many cafes in the area where you can grab delicious breakfast in the morning. One of the highlights of this hotel is also definitely the friendly staff, the receptionist- always there if we had any questions or needs.

The bathroom is tiny and the shower doesn't have a curtain or a brim on the ground so water gets pretty much everywhere when you shower. But overall it's okay for a short stay.

The staff was exceptional. Rooms where very nice for the price (50 euros per person per night). Especially for the nice location next to the Main train station. Giving us a lot of ways to get around the city

A minor pet peeve would be that every day we got woken up at 7 am by the church bells. While the bed was comfortable I found the cover a bit thin especially during the night where it can get chilly in Rome in November.

Location is in 1 minutes of walking from Termini. The man from the reception was very friendly. Room was clean. There was very quietly in the night due to tte fact that the window of the room looked out into the yard.

There was not any curtain in the shower, but this little imperfection is not worthy of attention at such very low price for the room in the center of Rome.

I booked a single room but the bed was 1.5? Size so made for a comfortable night. My room was by the door to the hotel at the back and apart from a few guests returning back was very quiet. I liked that it had its own fridge and plenty of charging points. The fan was a comforting rumble all night but kept the room cool. As the hotel is on the fourth floor I liked that there was a lift

I did not like that there were no tea and coffee making equipment

The staff was very helpful and super friendly. The hotel is on the 4th floor of a very old building. The lift and the building look old and not very clean but the hotel is super clean and comfortable. It might be noisy from the other customer and the buzzle door but it was not that bad.And after mid night ,it is very quite. TV has so many english channel and wifi was good.

No fridge. Toilet is very old and noisy.(but it is an old building)

The manager is great, friendly and always smiling. The room was small but clean and had a private bathroom with shower, toilet/bidet and sink. There was a ceiling fan that helped with the heat. 4 minute walk from Rome Termini station. Elevator to 4th floor was a classic.

A huge advantage is the location 3 minutes from Termini station; there is a shower in the room and a fairly comfortable bed, internet, and the ability to leave a suitcase after check-out. A very attentive, caring owner: he always helped, allowed me to check in a little earlier upon arrival, and even allowed me to change clothes after a hard day after checking out from the hotel. A sensitive human attitude towards you and your family. His words: "This is your home while you are here" is absolutely true. Read how many stars and mind how much money and if your expectations are correct, then you will enjoy your stay in this hotel.

The courtesy of the staff was the best part. Italians tend to complain (racistically) about immigrants, but this is a hotel entirely run by immigrants from outside Europe and they gave a display of kindness and courtesy that outscores most Italian hotel hosts.

Maybe the room wasn't awfully big - but still it had everything one needs.

Great place to spend a night: close to the Roma TERMINI, ideal if you need to catch a train early next morning. Immaculately clean.

I was there for a night and that night was hard to bear as the ventilator is no replacement for an air conditioner!

Staff were extraordinarily helpful, happy to help us with our check-in, even though we arrived early. Room was in a perfect location, with lovely food spots close by, and the train station a 5 minute walk.

Shower was a bit small as I am 6 foot 3, but honestly it was fine
