Great location, close to metro and buses, quiet. Room is basic but it is everything you need when you want to explore the city and just have a nice and clean place to sleep and shower.

for 2 single beds and 1 double bed, the price was fairly cheap, you get free luggage storage as well so we took advantage of that on the last day and kept our luggage till the afternoon. staff were really friendly as well. sidenote; the bottled water in the room is free, just take it. I remember the first day when we were hesistant to drink it since we thought we need to pay for it

The kettle provided had this sort of white residue sticking at the bottom and wouldnt go off despite washing it. I dont know if iron is provided or not but there was no iron in the room, maybe you have to ask the receptionist. there was also no mugs for you to make some tea, maybe because it is a budget hotel but I rarely ever been to hotels that dont provide mugs.

Location is very good, just couple hundred meters from Termini station. The area is supposed to be a bit dodgy, but we didn't see anything alarming, though we came late night. The building is nicely old, with ancient lift, high ceilings, stone stairs - maybe a pain to maintain, but interesting to visit! It was quiet, and the bathroom was big - almost as big as the room. There's no breakfast in the hotel, but the infodesk recommended us to go to nearby Moderno bar (also a hotel). That's good enough, excellent choice of coffee/pastries and breakfast food, and fairly decent pricing. There was also some free bottled water in our room.

The room itself can only be described as "cosy". There was basically no walking space between the beds. Still, not a big problem for us, we came there to sleep only.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—just a short 3-minute walk from Termini Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Rome. The staff was efficient, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Despite some concerns about the area, we felt completely safe walking around at night. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. This hotel was a great find, and we would definitely stay here again!

Super friendly, kind and helpful staff! The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The location is very convenient, just some minutes away from Termini station by foot.

The room is not so big. For us it was not a problem because it was a really short stay, but if you are handling big luggage it might be a bit uncomfortable, since there is little space to put it. Also, we had a (minor) problem with the fridge at the room. We left some water bottles and food inside and they completely froze during the night! It was too powerful, apparently. But other than that, our stay was very good.

Excellent experience! We arrived late at night (11:20 PM), and the staff was fully aware of our arrival and welcomed us warmly. Their professionalism and friendliness made us feel at home right away. The hotel is just two blocks from Termini Station, which is super convenient, the area felt safe even at night. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. This was a great choice, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Bed was comfortable and room reasonably sized.

Staff unhelpful ( we asked if they could ring for a taxi were told to walk to the train terminal instead) and was charged 20 Euro for some kind of tax that applies only for Rome apparently, but we looked it up on the internet and it should only be a maximum of 10 Euro. Also the staff didn't accept a card payment for the tax and just put the money in his pocket and didn't give a receipt. Also, be careful of some of the bathroom towel rails as they can come unstuck from the wall.

The young lady at the front desk deserves all the respect. Her communication skills and customer care are on a 5-star level. The location is good near the main station, supermarket two minutes away.

The only problem is the shower. The water is barely warm, not even close to hot. And as I understood, it is not a temporarly issue, it is s standard.

Great location very close to Rome termini train station, hence good and convenient link with the airport. Walking distance to Rome sights to visit (30-60 minutes away). No trill single room for a family of 4, nothing special but very nice and clean. Bathroom was clean and no issues. Polite and friendly staff at the reception desk. Cheap compared with other places to stay, yet all you need for few nights stay in Rome. Would recommend and would personally stay there again. But if you are after luxury and services, consider an alternative. If basic room is all you need, go with this hotel. This review is for Positano 2, not their alternative hotel site known only as Positano.

I don't understand why this hotel have 6 of evaluation. We book this hotel on last minute and our experience was very good. Rome is quite expensive and this hotel is very affordable. The staff was very friendly, we arrive 4 hours before the check in and they were already preparing our room. The bed was very confortable and the blackout in the room made the room very dark. The shower had good pressure.

Rome it is a big city, and we were a bit far from the main attractions.
