The lady in reception was very polite and pleasant. The cleaner was also very friendly. The building's location is very close to the train station, and everything is within walking distance. The room had an AC, which was very helpful in the hot weather. The room's windows were already open, so it was nice and cool when I arrived. Bed was comfy, and overall a very pleasant stay. I will stay again next time I visit Rome.

The only thing I would recommend is fixing the toilet, as it took multiple attempts to flush. It would also be good if there was a rubbish bin in the room (not just the bathroom). I would stay again, as these things were not that big of a deal at all and didn't negatively impact my stay.

There was no breakfast included at Hotel Capri. I like the location, saved me from the headache being in Rome the first time.

I arrived late at night. The hotel looked strange like most hotels in Ancient Rome (ancient buildings). Luckily I found friendly restaurant people to help direct. Internet on phone "extremely important". Finally, found the hotel - there was no sign to "call this number for late check-in". It appeared that nobody's there to attend at all. Everything closed and I had no access to my email. No access to phone. I found two young men from Paris outside the elevator looking for their hotel and I was already in tears thinking I'd have to spend the night outside. The two men offered to help and call up this hotel after they have arranged their hotel next to Anapcapri.

Staff is very nice, i got morning coffee with muffin for easter day.

The location was great for us, being so close to the train station. We were given a better room than the economy room that we initially booked, which was a lovely touch. The room was a great size and comfortable.

We were initially not provided with the remote control for the air conditioner and had to request this, which was then given to us. The first night was quite hot and uncomfortable due to this. We were also told on arrival that the city tax could only be paid in cash, however we did not have cash on us at that point and struggled to find an ATM in the city that was not going to charge us a high fee for withdrawals. When we explained this to the staff member, we were told that we could in fact pay by card but they were not happy with this due to the additional fee to them. Our room was not made following this, although had been the days prior.

Location very close to termini station , room clean and nice , the owner she is really nice , I would like to stay there again .

Lift wasn’t working ,

The bed was super comfy, the room was a good size and we had a balcony for private sunbathing or chilling. Staff were friendly and we arrived late it was very easy to get in and collect the card. They would let you leave the luggage which was very kind. Good space with shelves to put clothes and hanging space. Bathroom was very handy too! Bidet.

We had a fridge which was amazing but it didn't really keep things cold it was at least not hot and it switched off when you removed your card (it turns on the electricity) but a great idea it was 40° when we were in Rome. We would have loved a bottle of still water when you arrive late and you have been baked in the heat it is so hard when there is no water.

The reviews of the Property in Google is so bad that I was regretting on booking it. But it was really different from expectations. It was indeed a good room with friendly staff people!!! The room was spacious enough and was cleaned everyday!!! Trust me value for money!!!! Staff called Jocy who welcomed was really gem of a person who explained us about where to visit in Rome and to be careful from pickpockets

The WiFi is open so insecure!!! The lift wasn’t working so climbing the four floors was a task!!! The hotel is big hidden in pack of hotels so to find it is big a task!!!

Our stay at this **B&B in Rome** was amazing! We stayed for just one night, but everything was perfect. The room was **very modern for Rome**, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was **spotlessly clean**, which we truly appreciated. The owners were **exceptionally kind and helpful**, making sure we had a great experience. The location was also convenient for exploring the city. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice and safe location, 15 mins walking form Roma Termini, a lot of dinning options close by. Staff was friendly and willing to help. Room was clean, beds a little small for us, but they are ok (we are a tall family, between 1.8m and 1.98m... so we are used to this). This is a nice place to rest, take a shower and sleep... We don't go to Rome to stay at the room al day long, right? ;-)

All was good considering the room spaces in Europe, in general.

The location, right next to Termini, 15min to Trevi, Pantheon.

A little bit dirty at tye entrance, but nothing you care about if you only need a central place to sleep. Probably abridge in the room would be great as the hotel doesn't serve breakfast
