Great staff and service. Beautiful breakfast. Comfy bed. Got a bonus bottle of Champagne in our room in arrival, which apparently is random, but it is our 25th wedding anniversary.

Very Minor issue with TV remote not working. Did not bother me at all so I just reported it the next morning on checkout.

We were delighted with our staying at Milani hotel for various reasons: Staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive, making excellent recommendations for places to visit, eat local food, drink quality spritzers. Room was warm, quiet and very clean. Breakfast was varied with plenty of options such as eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, cakes, pastries, fruit, coffee etc to choose from. Location within walking distance from Termini station. Myself and me friends have truly enjoyed our staying at Milani Hotel and would strongly recommend it.

We loved this hotel! A perfect stay for us, thank you! The location was perfect, a quiet street but very close to a bus stop, metro and central train station. The breakfast was delicious, lots to choose from and it tasted great. The staff are so lovely and helpful. The hotel offers free activities and tours which I thought was an amazing idea. The mattresses were soo comfy, room was a good size, loved the style and decor. It was also great value for money (especially in central rome!), we would love to come back here.

Only complaint is that the bedroom didn’t have enough light, the bathroom was really bright and lovely but the bedroom could use an overhead light or bigger window. A kettle in the room for tea and coffee would also be nice.

The cleanings staff made the bed and brought fresh towels daily, the reception staff is charming and smiling, always willing to help (even the late night shift who ended up checking us in and helped us settle in). We received a nice bottle of wine for our stay and got a hand written note saying we were the VIP for the day! The location is really close to termini station, so air port, attraction, and getting around the city were easy as asking the front desk or checking google maps! We had a blast and will definitely want to come back again next time we visit Rome! Grazie mille Hotel Millani!

Air con in the room did not work more than a few minutes at a time and it became too hot in the room at night.

Excellent location; 3 minute walk from Termini station (direct access to/from the airport and metro lines). The neighborhood is not graphic, but it's central and safe. In my opinion, it's far better to stay near metro/train and then go anywhere you want fast and easy. Also, many popular and graphic locations involve stone paved roads which make it difficult for strollers and luggage with wheels, so again, it's better to stay in a location which is easy to carry your luggage to the hotel. Great breakfast, kind and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable room, with ideal temperature. We are a family of 4 and booked a triple room and in our most pleasant surprise it was a two-room, which was super spacious and comfy. Would definitely choose this hotel again!

The location of the hotel was incredible. Just 5 minutes walk from Tremni Station and not far from all the sites. The staff were great, especially the reception staff. I think the girl who checked us in was Frederika, she was so helpful and extremely pleasant as was all the reception staff. The breakfast was nice, and the rooms were spotless with the beds made every day, and the room cleaned.

The decor in the hotel is a little bit dated but I think maybe that's more of an Italian hotel thing. It's not the best lighting in the room, but everything else outweighed that one complaint.

My partner and I stayed at Hotel Milani for 3 nights and we had a fantastic experience. On arrival, we were greeted with the news that our room had been upgraded for free which was only the start of a great stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and helped us with anything we needed. The room and en-suite bathroom were spacious, modern and most importantly clean and the big window made for a great view and plenty of light. The only thing we would say about the room is that we would have preferred carpet to a hard floor but this is just personal preference. The location of the hotel is great, with Termini train station and lots of restaurants only a few minutes walk away. We had breakfast included, and there was plenty to choose from which meant we could have something different everyday which was nice. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again - thank you Hotel Milani!

It's an old building but well taken care of, the rooms are small but comfortable and clean. The location is great. Very good continental breakfast. Amazing staff, very attentive, helpful, and kind. A pleasant 30-minute walk to the Coliseum, the Roman Forum, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain and other must-see places.

As an old building, the rooms only have 2 electrical outlets, so bring something where multiple devices can be plugged in at the same time, or just take turns. One detail is that the cleaning service never refilled the hand soap in the bathroom.
