Good location, clean, can request iron and kettle. Everything is near by, metro, bus, shopps, restaurants. Perfect location.

Some rooms dont have bathroom inside. Better check before arriving.

walking distance to Roma Termini station, staff friendly and accommodating and responsive. Our room was in a different building so we had to carry our luggage twice. Staff helped carry and even gave us bottled water. Room’s ceilings were nicely painted with Rome attractions. The staff let us stay a little longer after 10 am checkout so we can visit one last place in Rome and make it to our 12:30 train.

AC was not cooling down, staff said that’s the way it works. We had to keep windows open a little to keep the room cooler.

The location was excellent, an 8 minute walk to Termini Station. It is super easy to get here from Fiumicino, no taxi needed. It is also easy to get on the metro or take a bus from Termini to get anywhere in the city. There are a few bars and restaurants in the neighborhood, and they were not super crowded. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a small refrigerator in the room and a small wardrobe.

There was a bit of noise at night from the bars down the street, but not too bad.

I really like this hotel . I was here with my cousin and it was really nice place. First of all,it’s located close to touristy places(we didn’t use the subway). Near the hotel there is a restaurant and it’s always full of people,it feels safe. Our room was very comfortable,it was clean every day,Saon is very kind host ,thank you for everything,when i go in rome next time i know where can i stay

The staff were courteous, polite and helpful. Being so close to Termini yet far enough outside of the tourist trap areas made the nearby restaurants and shops very affordable. All in all a very satisfactory stay.

Upon check-in there was an additional 'tourist tax' that had to be paid, quite a surprise as I thought that the amount I had paid in advance covered all taxes and fees. The rooms are not very soundproof; people could be heard coming and going very clearly. However the guests were polite enough to try to keep noise to a minimum.

Perfect location, few min from Termini metro/train station, with metro more or less whole Rome and attractions are few minutes away. Staff is really nice. They let us to leave bags before check-in, and after chek-out because our flight was later that day. Everyday room was cleaned. Really safe spot, but in general Rome is really safe city. I would stay at same place next time! Regards

Location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from termini station. Very safe area, with good restaurants around. Room was cleaned every day and towels changes every day. Always responsive host. Only discomfort was there was no electric kettle in the room and microwave. Other then that everything was just perfect.

We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, we were mostly out during the day and only came home at night. The location was perfect for visiting, very close to Termini Station and a 15-minute walk from Sapienza University. The room was clean and quiet even though a pub was nearby. The staff helped us when we had any requests. AC was functional and we had warm water for showering at any hour of the day. The bathroom was a bit small with old furniture, but very clean. We were given shampoo and soap daily, never ran out of toilet paper, and towels were changed regularly.

The window opened to the interior garden where I assumed restaurant kitchens existed. Therefore we could not air the room and it had a constant smell of food. We were only provided one set of keys for a 3-person room which made it a little tricky if we wanted to split up, one night one of us was locked out of the room, and the fact that there is no service inside the room (the building is old and makes phone service not go through) made it hard to reach the roommates to provide access. The Wi-Fi is generally functional, but there are times when it says "connected with no internet".

Staff were very attentive and prompt. The AC in our room encountered a problem; but, they readily upgraded our room at no added cost with a super efficient AC. They are very kind, pleasant and attentive. 5* to Mr. Ciao and Mr. Tusher.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is well located, close to the Termini station (5 min walk) and many good restaurants. The room was not exactly like the pictures, it's a little smaller, but overall was pretty comfortable and clean! We would visit it again!
