It was a great value for money. The hotel is situated near the Termini station, only about 10min walk. In the area there are many foreign countries' ambasses, which makes the place safe. The distance to the old city sights to see is absolutely acceptable by walkig or travelling by bus / we did not use the metro/. The hotel is on a quiet street, on the 5th floor of the building. The room where we stayed was clean, spacious enough for 3 people, with simple comfort but still very convenient. Nearby there is a good restaurant The Family with delicious food and acceptable prices.

The only thing that can be better is the lift which is very smal but works properly.

Location was great and staff were super friendly and helpful. Nice size fridge in the room and there's a grocery store around the corner so you get some bottled water for when you wake up. Stay hydrated!

The sheets could have been cleaner, and the geography of my room was a little odd, with a step right just after the door and (difficult to explain, but you had to step into the bathroom). I'm teetotal, so it was easy to navigate, but I imagine if you came back drunk from a night of pasta and wine, it would be a challenge. Finally, the wifi wasn't the best quality - okay for browsing but not for streaming or video calls. Not a problem for me, but if you needed to make a call for work or something, that might be a challenge. Nothing terrible but worth bearing in mind for your needs.

The room was really nice and large. It was really refreshing to have so much space after staying in some really small rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful answering all the questions we had. We had a little issue with the wifi which the owner was able to fix. There were so many restaurants nearby as well. You can get 2 euro coffee and croissants coupons from the property for a nearby cafe. We loved going there to get breakfast each morning. The cafe owners were so friendly and sweet. It always made my day.

Great location near main train station and 2 metro stations, clean room (daily cleaning services), separate bathroom, friendly staff, tasty breakfasts at nearby caffe (pastry and coffee), mini fridge. Overall good experience!

A bit noisy street at night if you like to sleep with open windows, poor quality and speed of WiFi, not enough space to put clothes (we had closet with only hangers, without shelfs). Also elevator is small and a bit slow, but it's cute and you get used to it in a few days :)

Location is great and the room was clean. Fridge and electric kettle were very useful. Very close to the main train station. A supermarket is right around the corner. Very nice shower, with hot water always running.

The woman working at the reception was a bit rude, the other ones were friendly. Looks more like a huge apartment separated into approx. 8 rooms. Because of that you can hear everything that’s going on in the reception area.

We stayed at Hotel Katy for 8 nights during our trip to Rome and found it to be a quality hotel, especially considering the prices they offer. The room we stayed in was very clean and had been refurbished to a high standard. The hotel staff are lovely and very accommodating if you need to check in late or early. The hotel is in a great location, just a 10 or 12-minute walk from Termini Station and in a nice, quiet area with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The breakfast is worth getting for the extra couple of euros. It's in a cafe about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. You get a pastry and a very nice coffee which is great to set you up for a couple of hours before you go and get breakfast.

My only complaint would be that it can be noisy if other guests are coming back late and don't make an effort to be quiet.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing information and guidance. The room was big and clean, good bed, we rested very well. The location is very easily accessible by bus, metro, Termini train station, all on walking distance. It is also safe, being near different embassies. There are also different restaurants, bars, supermarkets very nearby. We fully enjoyed our staying.

It was in a good safe location and easy to get to places of interest. Metro was only 5 minutes walk and very easy to use. Lots of lovely restaurants all around the area. Very clean and staff very helpful. Anything you need you just need to ask. We were on 5th floor but had a little lift to get us up and down. There was four of us in a room and we had two bathrooms which was a bonus. Breakfast was 5 minute walk away in a little cafe which was a croissant and drink which was enough to start the day.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. It was basic but we were out all day and only needed a room to sleep in. We got a fridge, safe and air con all included in price. Very good value and got what we expected.

Very clean hotel and helpful staff!! location was good, we walked to almost all tourist attractions. we got breakfast as well that contained tea/coffee and croissant (very delicious). reception woman was very helpful and answered all of my questions :))) oh and be careful about the lift, at first I was very scared 😂 door opens from the left, just look at the left and it will be clear. Thanks to hotel katty!!

It's definitely worth it. Nice location. Clean. Freandly and helpful staff It was more than we expected, to be honest.

There is no variety on breafast (always croissant with coffee or tea - Italian style). Breakfast is on the neighbor street (not a bad thing, but for somebody can be). There is not a lot of space in the room. But everything is worth the price.
