Nice location close to the railway station and at the same time within 15-min walk to all the sights. So friendly and welcoming hosts Mario and Veronika who were very helpful! We received all the instructions about self check-in in due time, everything was easy and clear. The team helped us with the luggage after we checked out and we kept it in the guest house till our departure. Grazie mille dears!
Not that we did not like it but just as a note- the bathroom is separate and a standalone room. Still, it is private meaning that you can leave your stuff there. Meeting other guests in the hall on our way back to room was not a problem at all :)

Location was close to train station and an easy walk to the colosseum. There was a grocery store and lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. Mario was super friendly and helpful during check in. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Was pleasantly surprised to find A/C - and it worked well. We enjoyed our stay very much.
We had a private but “outside” bathroom . Not much in a way of ventilation so it was a bit stuffy and musty. The shower itself and the way the doors opened made for a very small opening so getting in and out was quite a challenge. A larger person would not be able to get in. However all the positives far outweigh this one negative.

The host we met, Mario, is amazing. He is easy to communicate with and very helpful. We will never forget his kindness and generosity. Our room looked out onto backyards and gardens and was therefore protected from street noise. There is something special about this building. We slept better at this guest house than anywhere else on our trip (and we stayed in many different places). The location is also excellent because it is a short walk from the train station and also within walking distance of some tourist sites. There is a grocery store nearby and a cafeteria-style eatery (Moderno Bar Bakery & Cucina) that has excellent food and coffee at reasonable prices.
The shower was fine for us but I know it would not be appropriate for many North Americans, so choose the bigger room option with a balcony and larger sized bathroom and you will be happy!

The host Mario was wonderful and accommodating, 10/10. The room and facilities were very clean, equipped, and taken care of. The location is perfect - close to Termini station great for connections to the airport, stores, the old center, public transport, but in a quiet street in a nice neighbourghood with many restaurants and caffes. We would love to stay here again if we visit Rome.
The only thing that might challenge you is going to your private bathroom just across the hall while the people you share the room with sleep. This is due to you having to unlock both doors which might wake them up beacuse the locks and doors make a bit of a sound. But if there is no light sleepers in your room, you'll be very comfortable.

The location of this guest house is a short walk from Termini station which is really practical. The room was all we needed for a few days city break and it was useful having access to the communal leftover bits that were in the hallway (we made use of some shower gel as well as umbrellas on a rainy day). Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet the hosts as we checked in after 7pm but collecting the keys was easy and the hosts were very responsive via message a few days before our trip. If you're looking for an affordable room in a great location then this is ideal.
There wasn't anything we didn't like!

I stayed here for one night and had a really smooth experience. The owner was super kind, explained everything clearly, and even let me check in early since the room was ready. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Termini Station and close to a supermarket and restaurants, which made getting around and grabbing food very easy. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated how safe I felt. The apartment is secure with good locks, and the area felt calm and comfortable. The room had everything I needed: a comfy bed, clean bathroom with a nice shower, and air conditioning—which was a big plus in the summer! Another small but important thing: after checking out, I was still able to leave my luggage there for a few hours before my train. That’s something I really appreciated—especially since in a lot of places, once you check out, that’s it. It saved me the hassle (and cost) of finding a storage locker, and it let me enjoy a few more hours exploring Rome freely. Just one thing to note: the room doesn’t get natural daylight. There is a window, but it’s covered by thick blinds, so it can feel a bit dark. It didn’t bother me personally, but something to keep in mind if daylight matters to you. Overall, a great, simple place to stay in Rome—especially if you’re traveling alone.

This was a one-night stop over for the final leg of our time in Italy. We arrived early enough in the day to have another evening in Rome before leaving early next morning. Our hostess was on-site and therefore able to orient us to our surroundings and amenities. The room was clean and safe and very near the Termini train station. It was also on the good side of the station which made our very early departure feel safe. There was tea and a kettle with the customary extras. If we are ever in the area again, we will choose this place again.
The room met all of our requirements and was not lacking for anything.

The host Veronika was excellent! She was very helpful and kind. We checked out early but yet she gave us place to store our luggage and even allowed us to use the washroom of another room. She was very polite, helpful and kind! So, extra points for that! The location was very good. Close to bus stop, metro and central train station (5 mins walking distance)
A bit noisy when other guests arrive or leave their room. The room was quite expensive considering the size and other facilities. We paid 110 euros but ideally it should have been around 70-80 euros. Otherwise it was a good stay. Ideal for a single night stay.

Great location, quiet, 10 minute walk to the main train station and metro. Single Room was small, simple but nice, not a problem for me. shower had hot water, sometimes you have to be patient and wait for it to be hot, host communication was good, wifi worked well, bed was comfy for me, heating was on so room felt warm. I would stay again. highly recommend this place.
I wish the host was more firm on receiving the Italian hotel tax money whilst I was staying there so I didn't have to figure out a way of paying it when I was back in England.

It’s very near the train station and very convenient. The room is tidy and they have a little kitchen! And what I appreciate the most is the little basket of daily products that I don’t necessarily bring with me to travel each time like deodorant for shoes (maybe left by other guests or the host ) it’s really thoughtful ! And the hosts are very welcoming with smile !!
It’s actually an apartment with several rooms separated so the noise is expected by other guests but since we don’t stay there for a long time mainly for sleeping there is no issue for us
