The location is just a few min walking from Termini station. The room was super clean, and the toilet as well. They put everything that we can possibly need, including a slipper. Slippers usually are not provided in 3 star hotels, but they did! The AC and everything works well in the room. The breakfast was literally over my expectation and it is served as 4 star hotel. They provided eggs, meat options, cheese options, beans and other breads, cakes, sweets, nuts, honeycomb, coffee, tea, etc. It was great!

They need to put a mosquito net. it is very important. Also, I felt cold during night, I took the blanket from the cabinet but the blanket didn't seem so clean. this was disappointing.

The hotel is located close to metro stations and a bus stop. Super convenient to get to all the tourist spots. We love the antique elevator that brings guests to their rooms. The room has been recently renovated. Bathroom is large and modern. Bed is comfy. Breakfast has a good selection even for Muslim travellers, we had hardboiled eggs, sourdough bread, pancakes, yogurt and cereals. Selection for coffee/tea/hot chocolate and even fruit juices.

Although the room is big, it feels rather spartan. Especially the side tables that felt too “flimsy”. The room would have gotten a higher mark if it comes with some USB charging ports. There were actually a couple of USB ports within the safety box in the room but neither the safety box nor the ports were working.

We were greeted at reception by lovely and accommodating staff that assisted and explained everything we needed about the room, the area and how to get to places easier (like locals) to make the most of our stay in Rome. We were recommended by family that had stayed at the hotel about a year prior and were very pleased with the recommendation. We stayed on the top floor that had been newly renovated. The room was bright with light, fresh, clean, fantastic bathroom, water-pressure and warmly greeted to a surprise as we were celebrating a birthday whilst in Rome!!! The bathroom is lovely, room was extremely spacious (by world standards, not just Italian standards). Breakfast staff were super lovely and accommodating as one of us is lactose intolerant. A large selection for vegetarians as well, all clean and fresh. Location is fantastic so close to the Termini station, and easy spot to get around Rome by foot and public transport. Value for money is excellent and would highly recommend to anyone! Well done L H Andreotti team!

Nothing really, all good. Perhaps time to change the carpet in the reception area....

Since we entered the hotel we only were nicely surprised and felt somehow special. They allowed us to check-in a little bit earlier, also they gave us welcome drink vouchers. Our room was large, clean, with enough daylight and two large almost double beds. Large bathroom with no problems with water pressure or the hot water temperature. All the staff members were extra kind and helpful. Their cosmetics had very nice smell! Definitely it was worth the money and in comparison with the hotels we stayed recently in, it was a huge nice surprise for us! Btw, when we came for the welcome drink, no other guest was there at the bar... No complaints about the nice breakfast. There was everything we expected.

Just a very noisy fridge inside the room.

We liked the close proximity to the Roma Termanii train station (as we had an early flight on our final day). It was also close to a metro station. The 24hr reception was very good. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The room was comfortable and it was serviced each day (which we didn’t expect but was nice). There was also a quirky lift, which was great at saving us from lugging baggage up stairs. It was also a quiet location. It isn’t a touristy area, however it is quick to jump on the metro/bus and get into touristy areas (so that wasn’t an issue for us). There was a supermarket nearby (we didn’t end up using it)

Excellent location, close enough to termini but not noisy at night time. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Path from termini to the hotel was relatively flat, not as much copple stones as other places in Italy, relatively easy to roll luggage to hotel. You will only need to lift your luggage to about 4 steps to get into the hotel. After that, there's an elevator. There is only one elevator, but we didn't find that to be an issue at all during our stay. The curtains, bed, and bathroom looked better than the ad, it was actually white/beige and the bathroom was more modern and newer than pictured in the ad. They did daily house keeping and the hotel looks clean. Breakfast had a two pretty decent coffee machines, and standard selection of sweets (cakes, croissants, pancake maker) and savoury (bacon egg sausage).

The air conditioning did not cool down the room very well.

The staff were very nice. Close to the termini which is why we chose this accommodation, only 5-10minutes walking with bags. Felt safe in this location. We walked everywhere and although a bit of a distance at times it was no problem. There is a great, unfussy, cheap restaurant right across the road which made lovely food.

A historical hotel but it is getting a bit run down. Our bed was saggy so mattress could do with an update. Suited us however. Be vigilant as there seems to be the closer to the terminal the dodger the area becomes. Stick away from that side and you feel safer. This is not a reflection on the hotel however.

The hotel is in a lovely romantic, Italian style and the room was always clean an cozy. The breakfast buffet had a variety of different food and even a pancake machine. The staff was extraordinary nice and friendly. Thank you for the great stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a location within a walking distance of 25 minutes to the Trevi Fountain!

One of the bedside's light switches did not work and some of the furniture seemed to be a bit outdated, but we still liked it because it was part of the romantic charm. :)

It delivered what I needed. Excellent position since I needed to stay in the vicinity of the railway station. I would describe the room as typical, old-fashioned. The price was the tipping factor when I compared this hotel with similarly rated ones in the same area, and I am happy of my choice. Very good breakfast.

Although in an old building the hotel was renovated and in good condition, except for the air conditioning. There was a very good breakfast included. The location was convenient to Termini.

Although the room was cool when we arrived, by the next morning it was very warm. We reported to the front desk that we had no air conditioning but it was never restored. Our 2nd night there was unbearably hot, as the daytime temperature had been in the mid-90F and there was no air in the room. We opened the window but it was still very warm all night. When we checked out I again told the desk clerk that there was no air conditioning in the room and she seemed unconcerned (the lobby was cool).
