The location is just a few min walking from Termini station. The room was super clean, and the toilet as well. They put everything that we can possibly need, including a slipper. Slippers usually are not provided in 3 star hotels, but they did! The AC and everything works well in the room. The breakfast was literally over my expectation and it is served as 4 star hotel. They provided eggs, meat options, cheese options, beans and other breads, cakes, sweets, nuts, honeycomb, coffee, tea, etc. It was great!

They need to put a mosquito net. it is very important. Also, I felt cold during night, I took the blanket from the cabinet but the blanket didn't seem so clean. this was disappointing.

We were on the 4th floor, which has been recently refurbished. The rest of the hotel looks a bit dated, but the 4th floor looks very modern and is super nice! In terms of the room decor, there was no complaints.

The water pipes feeding the shower were very clearly linked to the other taps in the bathroom and I suspect other flats, leading to pretty dramatic fluctuations in the pressure and temperature, which was pretty annoying, although it did make for some pretty funny moments, lol Breakfast was average, but to be expected for the price. They had a decent selection, all the classics. The lift was a very old style, with a manual gate. A bit dated perhaps... but it did the job.

Despite our late arrival in Rome, the receptionist checked us in without any issues, and we even received a pleasant room upgrade. The breakfasts were tasty, although similar each day. The room was very clean, which was most important to us. The bus stop is just nearby, making it easy to get around the city, and there are also nice restaurants in the area worth recommending. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

The only downside was that there was just one iron available for the whole hotel at the reception, and unfortunately, it wasn’t working.

The room was an adequate size, considering we only needed to sleep in the room, so we weren't in there that much. The walk-in shower was fabulous, and the bonus of a fridge was really helpful. The hotel left us two bottles of sparkling water, which was a nice extra, as well as offered us two complimentary drinks at their bar. The breakfast was lovely too. There is also a handy supermarket just around the corner. All the staff were really friendly and super helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers.

We couldn't get the TV linked to the internet, so we couldn't watch much 'English speaking' TV ( I was travelling with my son, so this would have been helpful in the evening), but to be honest, it wasn't a big problem. I'm sure if I had asked, they could have sorted it out. We were located on the 4th floor, and I couldn't be bothered to walk down to reception. They only gave us two 'normal' teabags in the room (and we like a lot of tea) and no milk. We ended up buying a pint of milk and more teabags from the shop around the corner to use, which was honestly fine with me as I'm not a fan of UHT milk anyway. Sadly, they don't have Yorkshire Tea in Italy, so I'll have to remember to pack some next time!!

Funky comfy lounge w portrait. Loved the antique elevator. The walls were covered in padded, fabric. Classic Italian design that reduced noise. Rooms were more quiet than one expected in central Rome. Great location. Close to all to train station, restaurants. Most importantly, safe for woman alone walking at night. Big, nice breakfast with Gluten free bread. Housekeeping was spot on. Overall, great value for the money. I came back to property twice!! Oh forgot to mention, best water pressure ever!!

Could have used help with bags up front 6 stairs. Requested early check in weeks in advance, didn’t receive it. Would be nice if expresso machine stayed open for people awaiting check in

My stay at this hotel was extremely pleasant. The hotel is in an excellent location, which is ideal for exploring the city and accessing all major attractions. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with daily housekeeping that adds to the overall sense of comfort and tidiness.

The only downside was the poor internet connection, which made it impossible to use the TV for watching content on Netflix or YouTube. We hope this technical issue will be resolved soon, as it would significantly improve the overall experience.

The hotel is located close to metro stations and a bus stop. Super convenient to get to all the tourist spots. We love the antique elevator that brings guests to their rooms. The room has been recently renovated. Bathroom is large and modern. Bed is comfy. Breakfast has a good selection even for Muslim travellers, we had hardboiled eggs, sourdough bread, pancakes, yogurt and cereals. Selection for coffee/tea/hot chocolate and even fruit juices.

Although the room is big, it feels rather spartan. Especially the side tables that felt too “flimsy”. The room would have gotten a higher mark if it comes with some USB charging ports. There were actually a couple of USB ports within the safety box in the room but neither the safety box nor the ports were working.

Staff was really kind and helpful. Location was also very convenient, within 10 minutes walk - and the nearby conad city supermarket was also convenient. Room was clean and so was the washroom. It was cleaned and tidied up every day. Breakfast was also nice, we enjoyed it. Wifi was also good.

We booked the economy double room, the room was old - The power sockets which were loose, some plugs were not working. - The wall paper/decoration was visibly dirty around the air vent. I expected a little bit better for the money I paid.

Since we entered the hotel we only were nicely surprised and felt somehow special. They allowed us to check-in a little bit earlier, also they gave us welcome drink vouchers. Our room was large, clean, with enough daylight and two large almost double beds. Large bathroom with no problems with water pressure or the hot water temperature. All the staff members were extra kind and helpful. Their cosmetics had very nice smell! Definitely it was worth the money and in comparison with the hotels we stayed recently in, it was a huge nice surprise for us! Btw, when we came for the welcome drink, no other guest was there at the bar... No complaints about the nice breakfast. There was everything we expected.

We were greeted at reception by lovely and accommodating staff that assisted and explained everything we needed about the room, the area and how to get to places easier (like locals) to make the most of our stay in Rome. We were recommended by family that had stayed at the hotel about a year prior and were very pleased with the recommendation. We stayed on the top floor that had been newly renovated. The room was bright with light, fresh, clean, fantastic bathroom, water-pressure and warmly greeted to a surprise as we were celebrating a birthday whilst in Rome!!! The bathroom is lovely, room was extremely spacious (by world standards, not just Italian standards). Breakfast staff were super lovely and accommodating as one of us is lactose intolerant. A large selection for vegetarians as well, all clean and fresh. Location is fantastic so close to the Termini station, and easy spot to get around Rome by foot and public transport. Value for money is excellent and would highly recommend to anyone! Well done L H Andreotti team!
