The room was impeccably clean, offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I stepped in. The location felt incredibly safe, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay without worry. It was also ideally situated, with numerous popular tourist attractions just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area. The surrounding neighborhood had a charming vibe, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Overall, it was the perfect base for a memorable and stress-free trip.

The key is too heavy and there are no electric kettle.

Staff were very helpful. I needed to drop luggage off early and was able to check in early and my luggage was stored the next day after I checked out. It looks very grand.

No kettle to make a hot drink in the room. Reception staff did give a cup of hot water to make my own. Very little information in the room, only fire escape notice. I had to go to reception to find breakfast times and to the lift for the WiFi code. No hot water in the shower. The decor needs refreshing.

The room was large, the breakfast was exceptional. All you needed in a continental breakfast. Well done Also I left my bag in the room upon checking out! when I went back to the room the cleaner was telephoning reception to let them know this. Well done! Left her a nice tip.

The English teabags ran out when I asked for some, I didn't understand the lady but I got that there were no more, so I went to reception who gladly gave me some...

It was very clean and comfortable, the staff were polite and cheerful. There was plenty of choice at the breakfast with everything being well presented, fresh and delicious.

The area the hotel is in is a bit rough although safe and secure due to the proximity of a nearby embassy the permanent police guard stationed at either end of the street.

The staff were very friendly, the room was not too hot, very clean, good bathroom

More charging ports (only one next to bed)

Double bed and single bed room was great. There was hot water and enough towels. The room was spacious enough. Comfy beds. Breakfast was delightful. Location around the hotel was captivating.

When the lights in the corridors lit up, it would show from underneath the door, and since my bed was close to the door, I would be woken up, as I’m a light sleeper.

Great property only about half a mile from Termini, and half a mile from sights. Staff were lovely, let us check in early and then drop our bags the day after after we had checked out. Would recommend

Room cleaned daily. All staff very helpful. Fridge in room was a bonus. Location was fine.

More electric sockets would have been useful

Was exactly what I expected. Great location, great staff, great value for money.

Noise isolation in the rooms isn't the best, but nothing that bothererd too much.
