The hotel is very comfortable and within close proximities to all major attractions or public transportation systems in Rome. It is easy to move around when lodged here, and has very friendly and helpful staff (Giovanni, Germano, Howais and Claudia). Getting to the metro stations (about two of them) is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Room and bathroom was clean and decent enough for an adventure traveler. They had daily housekeeping too. I would recommend this place.

Breakfast choices still remains the same. Not many options.

The Staff was wonderful.. The Desk Agents were very helpful locating places to eat .. the room was adequate for all my needs and fully met my expectations… The morning breakfast was above my expectations.. Gloria and a gentleman that worked in the Kitchen 4/22 were exceptionally helpful.. Good scrambled eggs and bacon plenty of fresh fruit..

The bathroom drain plug was hard to keep open I had to pull it up with my finger nails .. I think this might be common,, perhaps because I experienced the same in Firenze..

We really enjoyed the hotel. It had everything that we needed. It’s in a good location, it was quiet and it had good restaurants close by. Also, the train station was only about a five minute walk away. We want to especially thank Awas and Claudia for their great service. Awas went out of his way to help us with the ticket cancellation issue. He really saved us a lot of hassle and he was just great. Prior to this stay we stayed at a four-star hotel walking distance from Tribuna. It was a great hotel, but there was nothing around it and it required public trans to get to the center of town.

For the location and the amount, I have no negative comments.

What I like about the property is the location. It is close to the terminal where you can take the bus or train going to the airport. It is about 20 minutes walk to the Colosseum . And the hotel is right across restaurants . Breakfast is good.

I did not like about the property is that part of it are residential apartments. I could hear people talking because it echoes in the building. It has no vending machines to purchase snacks. I understand that there is a mini market across but what if you need a snack in the middle of the night and the store is closed? No mini- store inside for emergencies. I had been to different hotels in different places and one thing that is common with hotels in America, a mini convenient store inside the hotels. Most European hotels are missing that piece.

The location is excellent—situated between several metro stations, all within walking distance. There are plenty of nearby dining options, including classic Italian and Asian cuisine. The hotel provides breakfast, and the staff are very welcoming and approachable. We requested a baby cot, which was accommodated. The hotel also allows guests to park baby strollers in the lobby, which is helpful as the room may be too small to store a stroller unless it's foldable.

The baby cot made the room feel a little more compact, but it was still manageable and comfortable overall.

Spacious bedroom and shower room. Comfortable and warm. Good quality internet in the room. A quiet location within short walk of the main train station and stations on the Metro A and B lines. Friendly and helpful staff.

The quality and scope of breakfast went down over the 3 days we experienced it: - some food options ran out and were not replaced; bananas, plain yoghurt, prunes - coffee was excellent on the first morning, OK on the second morning, and poor on the third (as it was from a machine not from the hotel barista) And a small niggle about the TV; it was not 'smart' so not possible to cast to it. Only pre-determined broadcast channels were available.

Very nice hotel at great location near main train station (Termini) and historic city centre is reachable by walk or metro/bus (5 minutes walk from hotel). Stuff is very helpfull and breakfast is standard, there is plenty of everything for all tastes. Room was clean and big enough for 2 guests, bathroom new and very nice. Room was cleaned every day. Overall, this is a great 3 star hotel for a tourist stay in Rome, neighborhood is safe and there are a lot of stores, bars, restaurants near by.

Maybe some better lights in bathroom and few more hangers on wall for towels.

Very decent hotel, good location, close to Termini station, but in a safe area, a bunch of good restaurants close by along with grocery stores. It's about 1km away from the Colosseum, 20min walk if you fancy it, but public transport is another very easy option. The staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast is decent, with savory and sweet options. The room was clean, large enough for 2-3 people, good wifi connection, usb connections by the bed, and you can open the windows, which is always a plus. I would choose this hotel again if I'll go to Rome.

The mattress was not the best and the pillows a little too hard for my liking.

The hotel is situated in a very good location, close to Roma Termini which very convenient when exploring the surroundings. In the neighbourhood there are 2 very good restaurants, if you want to enjoy some local dishes. The breakfast is basic, but sufficient to boost your energy for the day. At the front desk, Germano is the best person to offer tips about exploring Rome. He is a very kind, nice and helpful person.

Cleaning should be better addressed (bedsheets and towels to be changed on a regular basis). Mopping and vacuuming should be more thoroughly done. Breakfast could included some vegetables too.

The room was spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable trip. It was kept spotlessly clean, thanks to great room service. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and warm—they even personally showed me to my room and explained how to use the room card. The air conditioning was powerful, which was a relief during the warmer days. The breakfast was also a highlight, offering a wide variety of food to choose from. The location is convenient, just a 15-minute walk from the train station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops.

It’s a pity there’s no view out of the window from my room.
