The accommodation does not offer breakfast, but there are dozens of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood where you can have exellent italian espresso and breakfast in the morning or dinner in the evening. the staff was extremely friendly, the room was comfortable, cleaned and towels changed every day. the A/C works flawlessly. there's also a small fridge so you can cool your beverage, and a cattle for morning instant coffee. It's great that my room had a small balcony with a city view. If you're not looking for exclusive accommodation, here is all you need to relax after a full day of sightseeing in Rome.

Our hotel was amazing, staff was very kind and understanding. We have a tui card that only let us take out 500 a day so when it came to payment he gave us extra day to get the rest out. Rooms are clean and have tv that have Netflix and Amazon that you can connect too. Is a little walk away form the town centre which is good so you don’t hear the nosies. Close to the train station to the airport

The staff is very helpful and goes out of their way to ensure you get checked in and receive the details for the property. They provide good information on how to get to various locations. The rooms are extremely clean and spacious. You have a stand for your suitcase, a safe, extra pillows, and a hair dryer. The bed is comfortable and the place is really not noisy although the capacity was full. Bon Ton Suite is situated in the embassy neighbourhood and one feels safe walking back to the building after 10 pm coming back from dinner.

The late check-out option is costly (extra 50 euros) if you want to leave around noon. Hot water is tricky, I had to wait and waste quite a lot of water to have a warm shower. You have to buy your own bottle of water there is no bottle of water offered in the room.

The air conditioning didn’t work and we were arranged to another room. Overall, it was a typical kind of hotel room. The location was very close to Roma termini, so it’s very convenient to go to the airport.

Good location near central Roma Termini train station, clean, compact bedroom with bathroom, friendly helpful reception and staff team, electric kettle in room, nice premises, smooth running elevator to 6th floor, within walking distance of most of the city.

Location was amazing and extremely central to the metro station with mini supermarkets and restaurants nearby, we would definitely return

If using the stairs be carful as they are slippery my boyfriend fell down some steps! Walls are quite thin so if you have noisy neighbours you will hear them

Although we only stayed one night in the suites as a stopover before catching a plane, we were very pleased with the suites. Location was key to/from the train station which made things very easy for us. With such tight timelines, we could not make the normal check-in times. Staff went out of their way to make this a non-issue and the check/in process seamless. Would definitely recommend the Bon Ton Suites.

Quiet neighborhood, although close to Termini station where you see a lot of homeless sleeping on the streets. It is clean and have always hot water. There are shops and restaurants around. Communication with owners was ok, they respond to WhatsApp messages.

We were very happy with the location,room conditions were quite good.

First night we had some difficulties to enter from main door but solution was succes having a personal keys for the main door. Also we had some toilet smell problem in the first day then it did diissapear.

Virtual check-in into the room free of charge - super comfortable option! Very friendly and responsive staff (they fixed the problem with the room within few hours) Location is very well communicated - many bus stops and 2 metro lines very nearby. The surrounding streets maybe aren't the cutest but calm and quiet.

Walls are thin so you can occasionally hear people in other rooms or opening entrance doors during night. Room looked more spacious and of higher standard on the photos - was bit disappointed the first night but then I got to find it cozy. Beds are quite comfortable but oddly short length - wouldnt recommend for tall people
