Clean and simple accommodation. A nice walk to spanish steps around 25 mins.

Bathroom was tiny but my friend's bathroom was large and spacious. We arrived at 7 minutes past midnight and they charged 10 euro per room as a late check in fee so be mindful of this charge. There is an old fashioned lift and the door must be closed for it to work and on the morning we checked out a female worker was very rude and accused us of leaving the door open - which we did not so she should think carefully before she speaks to customers as it left an unpleasant vibe about wanting to stay again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Lazzari in Rome! The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the city center, making it very convenient for exploring all the main sights and attractions. We found ourselves easily strolling to popular landmarks, delightful restaurants, and charming cafes. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, and it was clear that a lot of attention was paid to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The rooms were spotless, and the towels and other amenities were changed daily, which added a great level of comfort to our stay. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly helpful and always available to assist with anything we needed. Their friendly and professional demeanor made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They met all our requests fully, ensuring our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Overall, Hotel Lazzari exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Check in was simple, we got a useful map with touristic sites. The room was nice.

We wished for a small fridge in the room, but there was none.

•location is great, near to all public transportation and Termini Station also it is surrounded with cafes and restaurants ( they don’t served breakfast ) but you can walk in the nearest cafe for like 2minutes •room is very clean, but the bathroom tend to leak on the floor when taking a shower •if your room is close to the reception area or the entrance you could hear the buzzer when someone going in, and that makes me wake up in the middle of my sleep. •the owner is very nice altho didn’t see anyone when I checked out so I just leave my key on the top of the table

The hotel and the room are okay. The bathroom is clean and every 2 days the maid cleaned it. A large balcony with a table and 4 chairs had a view of the inner courtyard.

The building is very old and the elevator too, but it was not a problem for us. Sometimes we had to climb the 5 floors on foot, even after visiting and walking more than 15K steps

The staff I met was kind and helpful. The lovation was ideal for me as i could walk to all the places I had planned to go. Close to restaurants too.

No breakfast. Not a disaster as there were places enough where breakfast could be bought.

Very good location neat and clean

No staff to attend to your queries. I checked out early morning @5am had to struggle where to leave the keys, I was on 5th floor and was not sure if the main door on the ground floor is open or not . At the end I took keys with me, though the main door was open so I left the keys on top of the cabinet.

The rates were very affordable and the location was very close to the Train station. It was convenient for a short stay. The hotel staff was nice and helpful.

The air conditioning struggled a bit in the heat. The bathroom facilities were adequate but a bit cramped for bigger sized humans. The hotel is on the second floor but the building has a very old elevator. It might be a bit of a struggle to get up there with larger luggage.

We were allowed to leave our luggage in the reception to spend the last day going about and pick it up last thing before leaving rome. It is very close to stazione termini which is nice when you arrive by train or bus to just leave your things at the hotel and go explore. Of course the area around termini can be a bit rough (all train stations are) - but once away by a couple of streets and next to the hotel was very quiet and pleasant.

It was quite good for this price! The location is great if you arrive and departure from the train station, it was clean and safe street. There are some cafes around to have a great breakfast. The room is old, and ideally would require un update, but it was still okay for us. Cleaning was done everyday.

I would say nothing for this price. Maybe the tv shows only ads channels, but come on…. Who needs the tv in Rome ? :)
