We were in Rome for one night. The hotel is perfectly located for the Termini station in a quiet side road less than a 10 minute straight walk. The neighbourhood felt safe. The welcome from Daniel upon arrival was lovely - professional and friendly, informative and personal. A true gentleman. Our room was conveniently located and immaculate. We were literally using the hotel as a base for 24 hours and the facilities were perfect for this but would've been equally agreeable had we been staying for longer. I would not hesitate to return to the hotel when we next visit Rome. A basic buffet breakfast was an added bonus - typical continental style with decent coffee, fresh fruit, cereal, bread and pastries. An ideal to start to the day before enjoying streetfood and restaurants out and about later in the day.

More staff on reception assisting the sole member of staff that was excellent and efficient but a queue was out of the door. Breakfast room staff appeared unfriendly and twice cleared my table at breakfast when I had not finished

We had a lovely 4 night stay. The hotel has a bit of a vintage feel about it which we appreciated, we were looking for a place with a bit of character. We had a quiet, clean room, and a good breakfast with helpful staff. The hotel is a very convenient 3 min walk to the metro and 2 min walk to the bus which takes you to the city centre. We had to leave our baggage on the last day and we were also pleasantly surprised that we didn't need to pay for the storage.

One TINY thing would be to have more options for veggie and vegan folk labeled. They have plant-based milks but you have to ask for it. The lady working at the breakfast bar was lovely and after we asked once about a different type of milk she asked us each morning if we would like some which was very nice of her.

The hotel was exceptional. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels. The staff were very accommodating and helped to organise taxis for us on days we went on trips. The hotel is a 15minute walk from termini Station in a quiet area with shops and restaurants. The hotel has a roof top terrace which we visited most evenings and were able to eat pizza there on one of the nights we had got from a local restaurant. Overall could not fault the hotel, had a lovely stay here.

A little bit away from main attractions, 30min walk to colosseum but hotel is in a nice area and quiet.

Great stay in Rome! A short walk to Termini. Close enough to the main attractions that it’s walkable 25-30 mins - but we chose to take short cab rides during our stay. Marcelo was extremely helpful throughout our stay! The rooms were clean and decorated with classic old world Italian decor. Beds were comfortable! Cute roof area to enjoy a drink in the ending and unwind! Luggage storage was helpful prior to check in allowing us to securely store our bags while we explored while waiting for our room to be ready! Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby as well.

The shower stall could use a lip to keep the water in. The first shower we took ended with water all over the floor. Thankfully the cleaning staff were nearby and was able to provide us with additional towels for clean up.

The property was a short walking distance from the metro, but also only about a 10 minute walk from the termini. Property felt very safe, with someone at the desk for 24 hours and entry to stairs/elevator required walking through closed doors. Room was well appointed and very clean. Great for a short stay. Perfect for one person, may have felt tighter for two. Great value. There are also several restaurants and pizzerias super close by. One other thing I appreciated about the hotel was that they had a refrigerated cooler downstairs for purchasing water, wine, beer and sodas. Perfect if you don’t want to venture out or if it’s late.

There are a lot of hotels nearby. Some street noise, but it was brief and dropped off quickly.

Lovely staff, clean hotel. Room was larger than average and the bed was very comfy. Everything well maintained. Nice quiet street near the train station which meant easy access from the airport.

Only downsides were the breakfast was rather basic and the location out of the centre meant we had about a 30 min walk every time we went to the centre. In a cab it was much quicker, however most of the roads were blocked due to celebrations happening in the City. Not the hotel's fault, but it did leave us feeling quite far out from the hustle and bustle!

The location is amazing. Maybe 10 minutes on foot from the Termini station. Also, a lot of bus lines that go through out the city are at a walking distance. The staff are very friendly and always there to help. We stayed for just two nights and already after the first night a nice cleaning lady came and changed the towels and tidied up the room. We even got a room call from the reception to check if we like and have everything we need. I highly recommend this hotel

My family and I (4 people) had a lovely stay at the Hotel which is situated close to the main Rome Termini Train station. The facilities at the hotel were good with comfy rooms and enough options for breakfast each morning. The staff at the hotel were welcoming and helpful and provided suggestions for where to visit and eat during our stay in order to avoid tourist traps. There is also a small supermarket and numerous restaurants just a short walk away from the hotel. I would happily recommend this hotel to other friends and family should they wish to visit Rome in the future.
