The receptionists Viola and Will were super helpful and friendly. Viola did everything to make us comfortable and to explain to us where to go, gave us tips about sightseeing and is just in general a great asset to the hotel. It is a budget hotel where the room was great for a great price. Everything worked and everything was clean. The location is perfect, it is within walking distance to Termini, so we were very happy with that. The hotel has a lift, so we didn't have to carry our heavy suitcases up the stairs. The hotel is very quiet, it is out of the hustle and bustle, we could get a good night's sleep every night that we were there.

Great location and very good price. I really don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. Yes, the hotel could use some minor renovations, but if you're coming to Rome to explore the city and just need a place to sleep, it's more than enough. The air conditioning worked well, the bed linen and towels were clean and tidy. We were satisfied – the location is convenient, the price is low, and the basic needs were fully met. If we ever need to stay in Rome again, we will definitely choose this hotel.

Location near metro and buses. Reasonable price. Very helpful and friendly staff - shout out to Will and especially Violetta. I think that's her name.. Super friendly Hungarian gallery. She put a lot of work into getting me a working air con and TV remote. The view onto the park was great. The nearby minimart was a godsend. The 1940s style of lift was straight out of The Third Man! Bathroom was renovated and good.

Not having a remote made me forget I even had aircon. Fortunately I didn't need to Chill but heat to dry clothes was nice when Violetta fixed the remote. . Walls were scuffed and a tad grotty. Only 2 coat hangers? Violetta sorted that. But for the cost, in Rome, I thought it was good value for money.

The staff was BRILLIANT and HOSPITABLE! Everything I can say is just a big thank you! The location was perfect and many attractions are quickly and easily accessible. For some of them that you need to travel to a bit more, the metro station is not far from the hotel, but also there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel. This place has a soul of pure Italy and it's pretty cheap compared to some other places near to this one. I got more than I thought I would get for the price I have had paid. Nice and clean neighborhood!

The place has it’s own microclimate! Everyone is so nice and kind, everybody was able to speak very good English- even other languages! Viola - the receptionist was one of the best people I have ever met during a trip. The room was clean, the localisation was perfect- metro, gelati and great restaurants nearby, super friendly staff and the boss! If I ever visit Rome as a tourist I will definitely stay there! 💛

As someone who travels often this hotel was great. Keep in mind how cheap it is, so it won’t be some modern day 5 star hotel obviously. But the room was comfy and clean. I was on the 5th floor so I had a beautiful balcony with a great view. This location is perfect for tourists. Easy to get around the whole city with transportation all very close to the building. Some great food spots local too. The staff were great. Super helpful. As soon as I arrived the girl on the desk gave me a whiole annotated map of Rome of places she recommends and places she goes to herself. Allowed early check ins and held my luggage between checkout and when u left for the airport.

On the last morning as I was getting ready to check out the taps weren’t working briefly but they came on after 5 minutes. I assume this issue would be fixed in the near future so probably not something to stress about.

Great Location near to train station. Clean room. Very good price for what you get. Nearby restaurants and local food stores. Free WiFi. The girl at the desk who spoke English was very helpful and friendly. Quiet rooms! As a solo budget traveler I was very happy with my stay.

Nothing much. Old furniture in the rooms. Also, front desk was closed when I tried to check-out at 3am. I rang the bell outside reception and waited but no one was around. Couldn't wait as I had to catch my flight home. Left the keys outside the reception door. They could have had a box outside reception to drop the keys into if no one is there.

Viola is the best receptionist you will find In rome, she is incredibly kind and informative and will go the extra mile to help you. Will is also very nice and helpful but most of my interactions were with viola. From the moment you arrive they will try to teach you everything you would want to know, like where to eat and drink etc. These two people make this older hotel something special.

It’s a little older but for the price it’s good value

It’s close to the center, very safe area, the staff are so friendly and helpful . The room is ok according to the price.

They didn’t make up the room regularly, change sheets with extra fees. The window was closed good. The AC was switched off at night and it was cold .

Viola was amazing! Bravissimaaa!! :) Very helpful providing information about interested point in the city. I only stayed one night. The room was comfy. Everything was tide and clean. Thank you Viola for all you did. I have a great experience in Rome thanks to you :))
