The hotel is located in a very pleasant area that is quiet, peaceful, and safe. Check-in was hassle-free, and we were warmly welcomed and given a thorough explanation of everything. There is no reception desk, but the host is always reachable to address any questions or concerns. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Every day, the cleaning staff came to tidy up, bringing water, tea, and candies with them. We stayed during Easter, and the hotel generously gifted us a colomba, which was a lovely surprise. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place!

The only downside was the view from our window overlooking a construction site. However, since we were there over the weekend, it was quiet and didn’t bother us at all.

We had a lovely stay! The owners were very welcoming and paid great attention to details, which made a big difference. The studio is in a fantastic location — we enjoyed walking to the Spanish Steps and exploring the charming nearby streets. All the walks safe and close to this location.

If you're arriving later than the standard check-in time, it's good to know that someone will come to meet you, but there is an extra fee for late check-in. Still, the process was smooth. Also you should pay attention to see the entrance door, was not very visible , maybe because we arrived late in the evening. But is a big front door on via Sicilia.

Loved the ease of access to the guest house. And the communication between us and the owner over whatsapp. They were very quick to respond. The room was ideal, and cosy. The balcony was a nice touch to the room. Loved that the water was refilled everyday in the fridge. Location was in a safe area, came back at a late hours and never had any issues. And it was close to everything (if you don't mind walking) I loved that when you come back, you pass all the big sites in the evening and they are quiet! Would definitely stay again in this lovely guest house and amazing city!

The location is perfect. Close to the famous park, train station, and away from the busy touristic streets. Also it’s about 15 minutes walk to main spots like The Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The room was clean and cozy. Very good mattress. Hosts are wonderful couple who met us when we arrived and recommended places in Rome. As a nice bonus were small snacks everyday and a free option to leave a luggage for a whole day after checkout. Thanks for everything!

The property was very nice, clean and modern. Location was very convenient as not just in the absolute tourist mayhem but a short walk away from all Rome has to offer. But the absolute winner was the care and attentiveness of the owners. Andrea and her lovely dad were absolute diamonds. From organising the airport transport and check in waaay out of hours to changing our room immediately once they found out our air con was playing up. This place is a little gem and I could not recommend it enough. Thank you for making our Rime trip so special!

There was daily cleaning, the staff made the bed and cleaned the bathroom, we also got croissants and cookies every day :) Location is great, very close to Villa Borghese park and around 20 minute walk to the Fountain Di Trevi or Piazza di Spagna. The room is very nice, beds are comfortable, there is a kettle, cups and mugs. The host is super nice and helpful, answered all our questions, no problem with contacting him :)

The room was very clean and had good facilities such as a kettle and coffee and tea. Water and snacks came for free with the room and were restocked daily.

Maybe balcony furniture such as a chair would be nice.

Everything was according to the photos. Great contact with the host, even though we booked this place just 3 hours before our arrival - everything was ready when we came! The building is located jut next to Borghese Gardens and in walking distance to all main attractions of the town. Would stay here again.

Keep in mind that in this one flat there are more rooms (not just the one you have booked) and the walls are quite thick, so if any of other guests staying there are loud, then you will definitely hear everything. I know it's not up to the host but I guess it's worth being mentioned. The rest was all fine.

Almost everything is perfect ! I liked a lot that the room is warm even during the cold season. I liked the friendly staff, the cleanliness, the location is great as for me !

Wi-fi doesn’t work well, notably if you need to Watch a vidéo, it bugs. Probably it is only at my room that has been located all at the end of the corridor. Also, the neighbours were quite noisy behind the wall :) the rest is perfect!

Convenient location just a short walk from the historic center in a good area not very crowded with tourists. The room was cleaned everyday and the snacks where a great small detail

The room is not very soundproof which is not a problem for most part as the neighbourhood is quiet, but unfortunately on our first night some alarm when off from some car/building and woke us up at 6 in the morning
