Big comfortable rooms. 9 of us were staying together fresh fruit and bakery breads for breakfast. On our second day, my daughter became very ill. The receptionist ( he was so concerned and kind) located the closest Urgent Care facility, called ah ead and had a taxi waiting. Aimee was eventually rushed by ambulance to Holy Spirit Hospital, She had surgery and stayed hospitalized or six days. The hotel said "do not worry, they would accommodate as we would need" And that is what they did and arranged for us to stay an additional week My second daughter also stayed over and the staff set up a place for her to teach, via zoom, her classes in Houston TX. Aimee recovered another five day at Oceania before she could fly home. That is a remarkable story. How to describe the staff and owners. They were completely responsive to our needs. But more than that was the sincere and genuine feelings they shared with us. I cannot say enough good things about out adopted Italian family that cared for us. Thank you

We liked the location of this hotel. It was very convenient to go to the point of view. Also it is a safe place to stay when you visit Rome. The room was cleaned. Breakfast was OK and served by staff.

I ordered and paid for a triple room but they gave us a queen room instead. Solution was added a small movable bed with a thin blanket for four days stayed. Th e elevator of the building was small and slow.

We enjoyed our staying very much! Breakfast was super full and according to Italian style (no cheese, ham, etc) and the coffee served was excellent! Clean, with full amenities and quite! All personnel was very helpful, pleasant and supportive! Very close to metro Republica and Termini.

Wifi was poor on room..

Great location, an easy 5-10 min walk from train station. 24hour reception was great, the room very nice with a comfortable bed. Easy walking distance to all the main attractions in Rome.

There was no tea/coffee facility in the room.

Hotel owners are very welcoming. We had a bad experience since they stole our wallets but hotel owner' s wife offered us to eat for free. Very nice hotel and good location. Thanks

Hotel is located close to Rome Termini station, so didn't take more than 10 minutes once we arrived at the train station. Room was reasonable size and bed very comfortable. Bathroom and shower excellent. Plenty of electrical points, and a small fridge and a safe were available. Although not a cooked breakfast, there was still a good selection on offer making it worthwhile. Staff were excellent and so friendly and helpful.

The only thing which we felt the room lacked was coffee/tea facilities. This would have given us everything we could have wanted. Lack of these didn't really detract from the enjoyment of our time at the Oceania, but I think something that the management should consider for the future.

This was our second stay at the hotel and both times it was great. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful and there is always someone on the front desk. The location is very good for the price with many of the main attractions with a reasonable walking distance. It is on a quieter road so not noisy at night.

In some places the decor could be done up a little but the rooms were always clean.

Although I liked that the hotel is in an old and authentic building - the contacts and sockets in the room weren't safe - they were old and could potentially be harmful. It was a bit strange that we had to leave our key at the reception. P.S. be aware that finding a taxi in Rome could be tricky. Plan well beforehand!

Very attentive staff. Cleanliness of room.

One bedroom extremely small. Good for one person. This room much smaller than the one we had a week earlier. Very disappointing. I let staff know but nothing could be done. At the very least I felt we should have gotten charged less for 3 nights my wife and I stayed in this room. I paid for the two rooms we booked. The other room for 3 was very large for my daughter, husband and 2 year old.

The windows could be a little better isolated but we didn't mind the noise from the street too much
