From the moment I booked, I received a personal text and email from the hotel/host, which was a lovely touch. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The room was spacious, spotless, and the bed incredibly comfortable. Our host, Lorendana, was amazing—so bubbly, cheerful, and genuinely welcoming. She even shared her mobile number so I could reach her via text or WhatsApp anytime, which was very thoughtful and reassuring. The location is also great—just a few minutes’ walk from the Republica metro station. I traveled with my daughter and felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place—would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect and close to the highly visited attractions. It provided for access in the main bulevards and approx 7 min walk from Termini Station. You feel safe at Sacconi and like home. The host Stefano, was amicable and reachable in any time, while having excellent flexibility. He was able to recommend outstanding restaurants. Though I made the check-out early, he provided for the facility room to store the luggage, before going again out for visiting city or shopping. The entrance at the premises was suggestive , while the coffee bar in the left provided for a very good espresso and cornetti da favolla... Looking forward for my next trip in Rome with my family and stay at Sacconi Palace Suite Rome...

Loredana is a lovely person. Everything in terms of communication and check-in/out experience was perfect. The bed is big and comfy. Loved the balcony 🩷 The room was cleaned daily and always confirmed via WhatsApp. It is located in a beautiful building and within the walking distance to the Pantheon and other surrounding destinations. There is also a nice breakfast place just around the corner.

We loved everything, the only minor bit was that the toilet flushing panel on the wall was falling off.

The apartment was so close to the train yet within an easy walk to the main attractions. 10 mins from the Colosseum. The onsite staff were so friendly and very helpful, even on a Sunday when we locked our passports in the safe. Nothing was a problem. I highly recommend this apartment. It is super clean if not a little small. Great restaurants nearby. Great to have elevator for bags. Was a little hard to find at first.

The place is very cozy and home like. We felt very good and everything went amazing, absolutely no problems. Loredana, the main staff is Romanian as us and was incredibly helpful to the last detail. We would defiantly stay here again when in Rome. The place is very well kept and close to a lot of restaurants and shops, close to the metro and the train, close to the historic center. Just perfect!

Lori is super nice and made sure that everything with our stay was alright. She even gave us an upgrade for our room which was very kind of her. The hotel is near almost every landmark and we almost didn't have to use the public transport. It is very clean and comfortable. Thank you Loredana for making our vacation comfortable and hassle-free and if we go to Rome again we hope to stay here again :) 💖

Room was bigger than in pictures. Three of us stayed in a single room we had enough space. Room and washroom was clean. It was near the metro( Republicca), about a 7 min walk but tucked away from the main road. Still accessible. There is a minimart, bakery and restaurnte within walkable distance. The host was really sweet and gave us all the details needed. The area is also good to order Uber eats to also.

We were straight off the plane from Australia and needing a spot that was walking distance from Roma Termini and quiet and comfortable for a good nights sleep. Sacconi Palace was perfect for this!

As a first time traveller to Italy it was a bit tricky to find the accommodation inside another building, we had the entrance pointed out by someone nearby. Some additional instructions to find this would have been helpful. But not a big deal.

The location near the Termini station was perfect for our stay. The room was really clean and the bed was very comfortable indeed. Stefano was really helpful and the added touches of water and snacks left in the room each day was lovely. Although the location was in a relatively busy part of the city, it was really quiet at night which helped for a good night's sleep. Clean towels and bed linen.

Nothing really, everything was great. As we stayed for a week, we could have done with a few extra hangers and maybe if there had been a set of drawers for emptying the suitcase but these did not distract from us wanting to return to this place in the future.

Great place in the center of Rome. Safe neighborhood, historical building. The room was pretty, clean and luminous. Really liked the bathroom. The location is convenient, next to Piazza Repubblica Metro and 2 minutes away from the bus stop in Via Nazionale so you could move very easily. Also, there are nice shops very closely. Also Termini station is only a breath away.

It is not a hotel, don't expect a ground floor 24h reception. It is an apartment with rooms on the second floor of a nice building. Not much nightlife/traditional restaurants in the neighborhood, but very easy to move with public transport.
