We definitely liked the location - far enough from Termini but close to many nice places (restaurants near the opera for example) and main streets. The room was quite spacious, bathroom was better than what we expected, big and comfortable, plenty of hot water, good heating. We were facing the small street Via Torino but it was still a bit noisy due to traffic on Via Nazionale. Everything was great though and would stay again!

Room Totti needs a bit refurbishment because probably people were throwing their suitcases and ruining the walls. Better insulation would also be appreciated because as mentioned it’s still a bit noisy with windows and shutters closed.

Near the train station. Room is large. McDonald’s is just downstairs. Change towels frequently.

The handle of bathroom is broken.

We had a really long day discovering the Colosseum and its surroundings, so of course we were knackered by the time we arrived at the hotel. Our guest was nice and helpful. Our room, while a bit on the small side, was warm and cosy, the bathroom was fine and the bed was really comfortable, so much in fact that we slept at least 10 hours! Next time (because there will be a next time for sure!) we'll definitely try and come back to this place!

I was a little disappointed with the choices of soap, or lack thereof, in the bathroom. We would've liked a bit more shower cream or bath soap.

Large, spacious room and bathroom with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Large electric shutters that you can roll down to darken the room, cuts out noise as well for a great sleep. Staff were lovely and friendly. Well located within easy walking to major attractions. 2 minutes to Termini station, 10 minutes to Spanish steps and Trevi, and straight down Nazionale to the Colosseum. Lots of restaurants around, supermarket around the corner. Recommend going to Cafe Dagnino which you can access via a little archway across the street...delicious cakes. Pastries and for a light lunch from 12.

When you go to Rome in Summer, you want to make sure you have a place that don’t mess around with AC. We slept so well, took mid day break to cool off. Clean well maintain room (quad), plenty of closets. The desk which is open 8am to 8pm was very very helpful with map and directions and very accommodating

We really liked this hotel. It was our second time in Rome, and this hotel really had a great location. Genuinely, there are so many restaurants close to the hotel, and lovely main street for shopping not too far, by walking distance. With a McDonalds literally round the corner for a first example. The hotel was very modern compared to other ones at worth it value in Rome. The shower was clean, the room was always clean. Our things were safely put in a safe, and nothing was ever missing. Hotel was also in a safe area. There was also a lovely view from our balcony of the near streets. Lots of reviews mentioned lots of noise at night and we were worried about it… however, even though you’d hear some people on weekends or transport… its nothing too loud which keeps you awake. We were really satisfied. Complimentary water bottles and a fridge were also available in the room which was lovely on the super hot sunny days. The hotel staff also kept our luggages safely whilst we went out roaming Rome after check out whilst waiting for our flight! :)

The only thing that we might mention is that the AC in the room wasn’t quite as powerful and super chilly compared to the AC we are used to back in our country. However it was always refreshing going back to the hotel. And also, something we weren’t aware of and maybe good to for anyone to know, if that to reach the hotel you need to go up 2 floors, and the main entrance and area to go up isn’t as modern. However it looked typical Roman. Other than that everything was amazing for us and we always felt safe.

The room was very spacious the closets were large, and bathrooms had fans, which a lot of rooms in hotels do not. The windows were soundproof, and allowed for quiet nights and morning sleep, the air conditioning system was excellent. The building was an old charming Italian building, with a vintage elevator. Very nice Enjoy my stay

In the ad it showed there was a coffee shop with continental breakfast, but there wasn’t, that was a li disappointing. I was under the impression we could fo and get tea and coffee and cone back to the room

The location is very convenient for the train station and about a 15-20 minute walk to the historic city centre. The room was a good size for a big city, and was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also a good size with plenty of bench space beside the sink. The shower leaked though and the moisture had warped the bathroom door making it hard to open and close. We liked having a fridge and kettle in the room, and a lift in the building. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is available for an extra cost.

We liked the location. It was within walking distance of many restaurants and many of the sights of Rome. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful as was the manager that we needed to have interaction with.

When we got to the hotel the toilet would not flush but the manager was able to fix the problem within about an hour. She was very kind and helpful. There were just a few other maintenance issues that we reported for future renters.

The location was perfect. There are shops, restaurants, cafes, underground near the hotel. After check-out the staff offered to leave our things in the hotel if we need. It was very nice of them because we had our flight in the evening and we were able to walk in the city without our baggage.

There is worn-out furniture in the room (wardrobe, table). But it's not a big problem. There weren't single-use slippers there. We needed them as the tiled floor was really cold.
