Location is perfect, most of the main attractions are within walking distance. Rooms were thoroughly cleaned and tidied on a daily basis. Triple room good size for 3 of us. Quick responses when messaging out of reception hours as it is not manned 24/7. Nice addition of water bottles/coffee. Handy luggage storage after we checked out so we could still explore and pick luggage up after. Owners are very helpful, the man gave us his umbrella when it rained and the lady helped and guided us on how to get to the airport as taxis were not easily available on New Year’s Day!

The lift is very small, we struggled to fit 3 of us in with small bags as it got claustrophobic. Reception area and corridor is also very narrow and small so it’s abit difficult to manoeuvre around in a group when you have luggage although room size was good so this wasn’t an issue. Would be nice if the water bottles were replenished daily as these are only provided for free on the first day and also if there was milk for the tea/coffee. These small things however would not stop us from coming back here again!

Location is great, Roma Termini station and main attractions are nearby. The room was clean and cozy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave the detailed information how to enter the hotel. The kettle and fridge in a room were a plus.

The room was quite noisy, hotel is located on a busy street. But it wasn't a problem for me.

Clean and quiet room/bathroom. Easy check in & check out. We were able to check in earlier with the room available. Bottled water & fridge was available in the room. There was also an electric kettle with teas & cups, etc. Bed was comfortable and showers had good water pressure. Excellent location! It is 1 block from Repubblica Sta, 10mins walk from Roma Termini Station, 20mins walk to Roman Forum & Coloseum.

In a triple room, our room faced the inside so no sunlight (we were out all day to didn't really mind so much). Also, the AC airflow positioned over the 3rd bed was uncomfortable... Woke up congested every morning- room might benefit with an air purifier.

It is the second time we have stayed at the seven. it has a secure entry door. The rooms are clean and light. The seven is central for all locations and next to the termni bus station which recieves buses from both airports cheaply and often. The staff anr friendly and very helpful. We are on first name terms with Niko. We will definitely be back a third time. Local supermarkets are a stones throw away and the bed is the mist comfortable i've slept in

unlike kast year rhere was a club near by playing load music but it didnt diturb us much. Also the tv in the room is Italian tv although you will be tiered at the end of the day so may not watch it. This rime we took a lap top with netflix and disney +. The wifi is free and the laptop used that

Location. Taxi stand is at the front door. Close to Metro Station. A lot of restaurants are nearby.

Found a cockroach in the bathroom. We killed it. The elevator is suffocatingly small. To get to the elevator one has to carry suitcases to the first floor with the stairs. The bedside tables are too small to charge a mobile phone. The owner promised to provide a safe to keep our valuables but did not do it. The reception time is till 7 pm, after that the owner is supposed to answer customer's questions through Whatsapp. He didn't answer my question through Whatsapp.

8 minute walk to Rome main train station. Can store your luggage before check-in. Nice breakfast location.

The elevator is a little small, but it works fine.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment during our four-day trip to Rome! The location is unbeatable—perfect for anyone looking to explore the city's sights, with easy access to the metro and Termini station. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. Our host was incredibly helpful, providing us with valuable recommendations on must-see attractions and local dining spots. We tried several restaurants from his list, and each one was excellent! This place is a gem, with a wonderful, friendly staff. Highly recommend it!

Everything was excellent!

The room we stayed in was bigger than I anticipated and the bed comfy. It exceeded my expectations. The layout is very clever to maximise the space, with a nice breakfast bar in the window of the room. The staff are friendly. The location was so handy for the train station and many of the sites in Rome. The WiFi worked well as I had to teach a class while I was there. Very clean and cute towel bows when we arrived. Good showers. A great place to stay - I would recommend it.

We had a little bit of difficulty getting in because the international dialling code wasn't given on the door. Luckily I was able to get the correct number on WhatsApp. There were some small stains on the cushions, but we just didn't use them (I think this is a common problem in hotels). Otherwise it was very clean. We were only given 2 coffee pods for a 3 night stay between 2 people. I put the 'make up room' sign up to try to get more coffee, but they didn't replace. They did however make up the room nicely. As it's a small hotel it isn't soundproof, but earplugs worked well.

Very nice staff, great location, clean rooms,fast internet, comfortable beds and pillows.

The breakfast wasn't in the hotel. It was in a Café near the hotel. The included in the price breakfast was only from sweet products- every morning croissant or bread with jam, cappuccino or caffe and orange juice. For a standard triple room, it was no space for clothes and suitcases. No wardrobe The room was located next to the entrance of the hotel and we could hear everybody who is entering or leaving the hotel.

Very good location, good rooms and very clean. Nothing luxury. But very good for the price and location.

The lift.. I didn’t feel secure going up. Since it’s an old style of lift and cannot support more than 2 person. And if it’s heavy goes very very slow. I was afraid of going. Only one do my friend tried. It’s the 4th floor, so we had to take our luggage by the stairs - because we didn’t feel safe going thought the elevator.
