Good size room and really good shower. Liked location near Termini and on a busy street as we arrived when dark after long travel day. Really good response to messages as we booked that afternoon. Needed abit of effort to figure out the online self serve check instructions. Really good instructions for finding the place and the entering room.

We didn’t opt for breakfast option so seemed pricey compared to other Rome locations we had booked this trip. Preferred walking up 5 flights (153 stairs) each night rather than using typical small Rome elevator. On the other hand we didn’t hear any street noise (being in 5th floor and building was set back from street) so that was a pleasure!

The location is perfect...10 min walk from Roma Termini and all the attractions are within 20 minutes by foot...the hotel itself was at the 5th floor of a building..as I found later there were also other hotels in the same building..wifi was perfect..beds comfortable but a little small..breakfast was served in room...all personnel was very polite and helpful...if we visit roma in the future this hotel will be my first choice

breakfast was served from 8.00 am...we would have liked it served earlier to have more time during the day in the city...elevator is a bit small for 2 persons with bags...in the room we could hear other hotel visitors sometimes and i imagine that they could hear us also

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful! They gave personally tailored recommendations to our family and knew the area well, to give advice. Our room was very welcoming, clean and a great place to lay our heads after a long day out.

We found, finding the location difficult. The pictures that I was hoping to recognize were behind closed doors, so we were not able to identify the building. There also wasn't a sign on the building because it hosts more than one company in the building. We were shocked by the size of the small room, but it worked out perfectly for our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Relais Servio Tullio . The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful! They even contacted us a day before to ask the arrival time and give us the instructions in case we arrive later at night. The property is located in the heart of Rome and is in easy walking distance (20-30 min) to all important tourist points. Bus station and metro station are very close. Our room was spacious & clean. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it to anyone planning to spend some time in Rome.

The property is overall a good choice for staying in Rome The location is very close to a metro station and the bus station is almost in front of the building so very accessible for any tourist attractions Personally we visited Rome mostly on foot and I found it quite close to some of them The room was very clean and it had everything we needed for our stay The staff was very friendly and helpful I really appreciated that we had the option to have a transfer to the airport and at a very accessible price I had coffee in the room so that’s a huge yay for me 😆

The breakfast could use improvements There are some minor defective wall sockets - one was coming off the wall and could be a bit unsafe

An easy walk from Termini Excellent breakfast delivery to room.....wonderful Italian options ..... the cappuccino had the deepest/thickest foam I've ever enjoyed. Rooms are typically compact European style but with very well planned storage closet. The bathroom was well designed with more room than most hotels in this price range. The room is basically for sleeping, but there is a small lounge with coffee, cake and four comfortable chairs. Make sure you observe check in procedure and be accurate about your ETA, the hostess was on the other side of the great Renaissance doorway awaiting us. You enter a columned gallery and walk into a lovely courtyard with fountain and then into the building. There is a two person elevator to the rooms. The rest of the building contains other rental apartments and primary residences. A combination of an electronic tag and two keys gets you off the street in into the complex and onto the elevator. Hostess offers good information regarding dining options. The area has several upscale hotels and many more modest establishments with restaurants and cafes which cover the gamut of budgets. IF you have never been to Rome, the Termini is the center of all public transport ..... both subway lines, local busses and both regional and long distance trains arrive and depart from there. The station contains a variety of food establishments. (unfortunately, the contemporary "Barbarians at the gates",have a McDonalds to help them project their "ugly American" image

The shower was fantastic! So were the people behind the reception. They would offer help with whatever you needed, when they were present. The elevator is very small, but considering how old the buildings in Rome are, its nice to have an elevator at all. I really enjoyed the location on a big street with a lot of bus and metro options close by. (5 min by foot)

The bed sheets could be of a softer quality. Reception is only open between 10:30-19:00. Outside those hours you need to call or message a special number. Its not necessarily a bad thing, but its good to be aware of this. (Also, dont take the metro after 18:00)

Incredibly clean, staff were so kind and brimming with helpful suggestions, bed was comfy, ac was powerful and very customizable (very important for July). Location is fantastic as well, as it's a couple minute walk to the A line Metro and only between 15 - 20 to many of the big stops (Trevi, Colosseum/Forum)

Only small issue is logistics. It's on the 5th (6th US) floor, and the elevator is tiny and jittery. No fault on the hotel itself, who doesn't own the building, but ended up taking the stairs most of the time.

We were very happy with our entire stay at RST. The location is excellent, the majority of the landmark sites were in walking distance yet we were not in the middle of the tourist hotspots. The staff were super helpful and were able to provide recommendations for restaurants, breakfast and walking routes. The hotel is within a larger building with multiple hotels, the room was very comfortable and the shower was perfect!! Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

Relais Servio Tullio is a charming place to stay, and at walking distance of anything you want to visit in Rome. Metro station is also nearby if you want to rest your legs ;-) The hotel has only about 5 rooms that are really cosy, and they are kept really clean every day! All personnel is very very friendly and helpful. They help you with really anything you ask, and never forget to smile. Breakfast is served in the room at any hour you ask; breakfast is ok, but choices might be more extended. Also, there is only one chair in the room so it takes some creativity to create two seats for breakfast. We would really recommend Relais Servio Tullio!
