Very friendly and helpful staff! Perfect location, close to all sightseeing. Around 20-25 minutes walk. Clean room, air-conditioning. It was my partners birthday and hotel staff left for him card and champagne what was very lovely. And big thanks for that.

I didn't like a few things : TV ( as it was very simple TV with no YouTube and Netflix. And we couldn't watch any chanel what we understand. And in the room was only tea and no coffee ( I like to have cup of coffee not only in the morning but also during the day) It s nothing so important, it was just personaly for me. As I like to watch movies before sleep. And the is no iron in the room. But still despite of that everything was very nice.

Room was lovely and spacious. Nice and clean and ready for us when we arrived. Staff were pleasant and helpful when we required assistance. Hotel location is excellent about 10/15 minute walk to the Colleosseum & Trevi fountain. The hotel is on a main street and there was some noise throughout the night, so you can't sleep with the windows open but the room does have aircon. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

As others have said the entrance to the hotel is not very nice, but don't let this put you off! We didn't have any issues with people loitering etc and one night when we arrived back later there was a security guy there.

Staffs were great. Easy to get in to the room. Room were super clean and they offered immediate cleaning after shower! Although the way to get in was little lost but once you get in the life just press the floor and stay quiet. Lift is automatic do not panic if it do kot respond for few seconds. Eveything is lse is just awesome. You will get to know once you go arpund and come.

Easy to get kn. It is just beside the bus stop.

Location on Via Nazionale was good. Lots of shops and restaurants near by and walking distance to most top attractions. Really helpful staff and nice comfy room that was a decent size for 3 sharing.

Some stairs before the elevator which my gran (91) had some problems with. We didn’t include breakfast in our stay and then opted out, it was very expensive for what it was.

Location is great! Especially for those exploring the city on foot. The metro is right around the corner as well. While travelling, it’s so much easier to enjoy something to eat before leaving the hotel. One less thing to have to think about. The Floris provided a lovely choice of foods to start the day! The room has everything you need. Nice storage, desk, clean bathroom!

We weren’t expecting the hotel location to be on the 4th floor of the building. (That’s new to us). It was a bit tricky to locate it due to poor signage (small and black on a window) we also didn’t expect to find the building under renovation. I wasn’t sure what I was getting into with a foyer under construction and seeing old mattresses still sitting by the elevator shaft. Not exactly the ‘hotel welcome’ I’m used to! It’s so wonderful to have a nice hot shower when you’d like one. The water was extremely hot and the issue being, in our room, 427, it was very tricky to adjust it so it was comfortable.

It’s a good base if you’re planning on exploring Rome and had everything we needed. Whilst it’s not extravagant, everything was impeccably clean and comfortable.

Rome is a noisy city so to sleep with window open was challenging. I would suggest some alternative options like a fan in the rooms; so you don’t have to have window open when it’s warmer.

The breakfast is ok, but it could have something whole grain bread, too. Now only the very white. But I saw there are darker 'buns' available in Rome :) if wanted to buy, and offer to customers. I understand, that most of the visitors want the white, but I suppose the darker ones should not be bought so many, that it would be waste. The location is very good.

Our time in Floris Hotel was really OK, if we could wish something more, one of the three receptionists could concentrate more on customers going by. He just stared the display, even when answering our greeting. No smile, even when one morning making the coffee for us. The other two men were OK. The dark bathroom floor should be cleaned more often - now when I dried some water drops with white paper, the paper became dark grey. The shower corner looked ok.

The hotel is very nice. Our room was a good size and never felt cramped or uncomfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful and we appreciated their advice on places to go and help with a lost room key. The breakfast buffet was good with enough choices but this is Italy so sweets "dolce" dominate the available choices.

At first, the entrance to the hotel feels a bit shady and we were not sure we were in the correct building as the only sign for Hotel Floris is on one of the doors that is always propped open and not visible from the street. Also, there is more signage for another hotel that doesn't exist anymore making it a bit more confusing. But rest assured, walk inside, take the lift to the fourth floor and the atmosphere is immediately better. There was also some street noise from Via Nazionale and the bars and restaurants below but things become quieter after 11pm.

very good location close to the metro station. comfortable beds and a good size bathroom. there was a good selection for breakfast including soya milk available which was great. staff were helpful calling taxis when we needed them.

some awkward steps to reach the lift...ok normally but difficult with large suitcases. the room was overlooking the main road and a bit noisy at night sometimes.

The breakfast was great! Staff were polite, helpful & professional.

Facilities could have been better. Our room has a choked sink. Housekeeping could be better, don't think the floor is vacuum, only after check out.
