I loved the location of the property. Very close to the main train station and perfect for walking everywhere. Set back off the main road itself was just perfect. We were right next to the underground Metro network too which was fantastic. We were able to jump on that over to the Vatican in no time. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It was just myself and my daughter travelling and we would stay again if we ever find ourselves in Rome again! Felt very safe and just loved our stay.

The best stay ever! The location is amazing and next to everything you need during your stay. Transportation very accessible in this area. Room was very clean every day. They offer daily free coffee and water. Host was super helpful, welcoming and extremely professional. It was the best stay 100% during my 2 weeks tour in Italy!

Rooms were zero sound proof 😂 but the neighbours were very considerate and tried not to make any noise knowing this fact. Yet I would defiantly come again and stay there and I recommend everyone to give it a try…. I’m confident you will enjoy it as much as we did.

We need a room for just 2 nights in Rome and we chose one from this hotel. It’s located near the central train station and we could easily reach the main attractions in fact the bus stop was right out of the building. It felt safe when coming back at night. The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. It had the AC that worked very well and a mini fridge that we didn’t need to use so I don’t know if it worked well too. The reception guy was very nice and ready to help us with anything.

Excellent location only 10 minute walk from termini and less than 15 minute walk to the trevi fountain. Mr shafiq was amazing to deal with. Always had a smile and there to answer our questions and was very clear on the guesthouse instructions. You get a key and fob that let's you enter the courtyard and hotel at anytime and is very easy to use. Air con worked perfect and has a quiet setting so can be left on. The shower had excellent pressure and was nice and big.

The only thing I think would improve is extra pillows in the room. I do like to sleep with 2 pillows and due to the excitement to explore Rome I didn't think to ask for one so two in the room per person would be nice.

The room was a great size and very comfortable. The mini fridge and small wardrobe were appreciated. The location was great, being very close to the metro and a number of buses. There is a small cafe next to the property which was also very handy for a morning coffee. There was also a supermarket nearby. The host was very helpful in providing suggestions of places to eat. We were able to store our luggage for a few hours after we checked out which was very helpful. As we had a late check-in, the host provided us with very clear instructions about how to get in to the property, including a video which was really helpful.

The shower wasn't draining properly so we had to keep turning the shower off to wait for it to drain before turning it back on again.

Amazing lotion and staff were helpful when we arrived out of check in hours and checked out and left our bags for the day. Felt very safe as there were several security entrances into the building. Walked to all the major attractions in the city from here and the aircon in the room was amazing for summer in Rome.

Bathroom quite basic and the shower will not fit you if you're not small. Pillows on the beds were very flat and uncomfortable but the location makes up for these little things for a short stay.

It was perfect for our couple of days in Rome, we could walk to every major destination easily. It was a safe area. The room was well equipped and fresh towels and bed was made every day, so nice to come back to after a big long day out. Great staff and excellent communication with us

Nothing it was perfect

We really liked the hotel room, they offered free water and coffee and the cleanliness of the hotel was super. The staff was incredibly friendly and always very attentive to our needs.

I think the only detail I could mention is that the bed mattress was not very comfortable, but other than that everything was perfect.

The staff was really friendly and happy to help with whatever we needed, said to call any time hes not there which was nice. The beds were medium comfy. room stayed warm in winter which was great. amazing hotel lobby so pretty. phenomenal location, 15 min walk from international train station the airport bus dropped us at/left from - and a short walk to so many major sights and the tube to other places. a bunch of free snackies in the hotel lobby which was nice. lots of room to store your stuff. minibar was nice to store small fridge foods.

Shower was not very good, the doors open in the corner to a small square and you have to step over the slippery plug and it was SO cramped and i am a small girl so i could imagine it would suck for a normal sized person. Nowhere to hang towels elevator is really scary lol just take the stairs but its like 4 flights of stairs but the elevator is SCARY like an exposed metal box lol. No microwave available in general. i feel sad for the one lonely depressed fish in the fish pond for the building lobby. The hotel is just one tiny section of a huge shared building with a shared lobby so it is not the hotels problem but i still felt bad for that fish lol it just swam in the same spot not moving for days on end :( he needs a fishy friend

Everything there was excellent! The location is a 10/10 , near bus stations, termini and metro so there are many options if available if you use public transportation. The host is so communicative and helpful . He is always there for you if you ever need help in something. We left our luggage there and he securely kept them for us even though we were early for the check in , and also when we left , he made sure we could see Vatican without carrying our bags around.
