The building is located on the 5th floor and does not have an elevator. There is no receptionist on duty at all times. Guests must have a working cellphone number to call the staff to open the main door downstairs on their first day. I did not have a phone plan, only an internet data plan, as I was only staying in Italy for less than a week. Fortunately, the staff responded quickly to my WhatsApp message and assisted me in calling the number to open the main door. The location is convenient, with easy access to bus and metro lines within a few minutes' walk. The room is pleasant, clean, and quiet. However, the air conditioner in the room could use some improvement, as it was not sufficiently cool for a warm summer night in August.

Great location. Contact with the property was fantastic and stayed available until we arrived. A very warm welcome. Plenty of towels available (often rooms can be short when we stay with 2 kids), cleaned each day of our stay. The breakfast that was available was fantastic (2 options, but we stayed with the first each morning). Great big bathroom. Room for 4 of us tight, but we were only there to sleep so this wasn't an issue at all (clic clac sofa bed for our 2 early teenagers).

Although on the 4th floor we could still easily hear the traffic (it's been wet so louder with the spray), but we could clearly hear noise from the pub/bar underneath (we stayed mid week as well). The hotel/accommodation were likely aware of this as they did leave some ear plugs by the side of our bed, so they did what they could do (perhaps it's just not double glazing).

Osjetio se miris duhana iako pise da je pušenje zabranjeno. Soba je dosta uska ako trazite vise prostora neće vam se dopasti. Blizina glavne ulice i buka mogla bi nekome smetati. Četvrti je sprat bez lifta ako to nekome pravi problem da ima na umu.

Very good location, easy check in and generally comfortable rooms. Well furnished, and with nice amenities. The breakfast at the downstairs restaurant was great added value.

There was very little hot water for the shower and the bathroom door was bizarrely clear with a little bit of opaqueness so you could see whoever was in there pretty well… maybe fine for a couple but definitely awkward for a group of friends travelling. Also, the city tax was not included in the initial price and had to be paid in cash at the stay.

Not to the fault of the hotel… but if you are elderly & have cardiac problems walking up with luggage is a terrible task…5 levels up. I am middle age but have a pace maker & I found it tasking to climb the stairs-even if walk everyday. No functioning elevator-only notified 2 days prior arriving that it was due to renovation just like the restaurant for breakfast.

The size of the room for 3, no elevator since they located on the 4th floor, the bathroom was quite small and AC was OK, not cold enough for the heat of Rome, but customer service was good and fix the issue.

Long waiting for answer on whatsapp . The 5th floor combined with a broken elevator may pose a problem for the elderly or people with limited mobility. There is no plug in the bathtub drain which makes it impossible to use the hydromassage.

Location is great near the train station and other key places are a short walk away. Elevator is not working and the rooms are on the 4th floor. Room was average and in need of slight repairs but it is clean. Great place to stay for a quick night or two in Rome but I would not stay here for the longer term.

A pretty good interior. Beds are comfortable. The room was very clean. The location is amazing, 10-15 minutes walk from Termini station. Close to many beautiful sights. We pretty much walked to most of sights like Colloseo, fontana di trevi, altare della patria. If you are not much of a walker, there is a metro closeby, bus stations, so you can get anywhere in the city. The staff was very great, showed and explained us everything regarding transportation, restaurants, sights and was very quick to respond to our messages. What stands out is the breakfast. It was fenomenal(a lot of food and very tasty), they give you vouchers to a pub right next to the hotel. That pub is great by itself, with funny and entertaining waiters and live music every evening, having a breakfast there is a great addition. This place is totally worth the money paid.

The door to the toilet is a bit squeaky and loud. As well, since it is close to the road is a bit loud at night. Windows are not really noice cancelling.

Location of Hotel, was brilliant, close to shops, pharmacy and Termini Station. Just at the entrance you have very good Irish Pub and Gelatti which was delicious.

Some of the items which should be in room as per description are not available, and you need to ask for them. But when you ask for them hotel would always deliver.
