The hotel is lovely just outside the busyness of the main attraction but only a walk to everything or quick bus , train station was not far either which has direct line to and from the airport. The staff were all lovely and always greeted us big smiles and so helpful. The only negative was that the lift did not work which would of been nice to know but they are located only one floor up and the lovely lady on reception did bring down my mams bag for her when leaving as her balance isn’t great if you really struggle with stairs I would ask before arrival but I’m sure they will have it fixed soon

The Staff specially the front desk Ludmila, Melissa, and Sara provided every information, and assistance and closely interacted with us to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The house keeping staff at the breakfast room were also very hospitable, and the breakfast had variety and was good. Overall excellent hospitality provided by a very good and professional staff always ready to help and smiling. The rooms were cleaned daily. Excellent and very convenient location on the main street and 5 minutes by walk the Republicca metro station

Watch out for room 101 on the 1st Floor directly above the Irish Bar below. Lovely room large with one window in bedroom double glazed so keeps noise out and heat in, but two more windows in a passageway and the bathroom boarded up but allow the cold wind and noise in.

It was a great location. 15 minute walk from the train station and 20 minutes from the colosseum. Near lots of shops and restaurants. Our room was only one floor up and facing the busy street but their windows are incredible because we wore earplugs and none of us heard any street noise.

There was an elevator but it was either broken or not even operational so we always had to use the stairs (heavy luggage, after a long day of already walking around).

Staying at this hotel was a new experience for me, especially because it’s a different type of hotel. It’s conveniently located near the tram station, allowing easy access to various destinations on foot. Situated on the main street, the hotel is surrounded by numerous quality stores. The staff were exceptionally friendly, with special thanks to Florencia. She assisted me in various tasks such as reserving taxis, finding good stores, navigating to the station, and selecting the best options for touring Rome. Her recommendations for restaurants and shopping venues were also fantastic! Furthermore, the housekeeper was very attentive. After informing her of my preference for espresso in a large cup, she made sure to prepare it for me every morning during breakfast.

The breakfast didn’t have many options. It was mostly sweets, which I don’t prefer on breakfast. The room is small but very clean, it didn’t have toiletries (only shampoo and hand soap), nor did it have a kittle or ironing machine (available on demand).

The hotel's excellent location is within walking distance to Termini Train Station and central attractions. The room is small, but very cozy with everything you need. There is also a safe in the room, which is important. We were greeted by a polite, smiling and attentive Liubliana. The rest of the staff is also very friendly, especially Julia. The breakfast is simple, everything is fresh and delicious. The coffee is great. Thanks!

The location was great! Super close to the main train station and within walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, and Pantheon. The hospitality of the staff was above and beyond, especially when we first arrived and we were super jet-lagged.

The bathroom was pretty small, but luckily my husband and I are smallish people. The room is definitely on the older side, but that's what gave it that historic European charm! Can't really complain other than that.

great location for sights and train stations.( 11 min walk to Termini) , comfy bed , good wifi & security. reasonable choice at breakfast which was good value. friendly staff. has arrangement with nearby hotel for some free tours and activities..we didn't try though.

lot of noise at weekend as above an Irish bar and walls pretty thin .... had to ask for kettle and cups but provided ok.

It was clean, there was water in the accomodation, the location was really nice and the staff were really accommodating and polite. I felt really safe.

The shower was flooding in my room unless you place a towel to stop it. The room was right above a bar and there was significant noise until 3 am, it didn't bother me per say, but if you're a light sleeper this might be an issue for you.

The staff were delightful, always friendly, happy and helpful. The rooms were kept tidy and cleaned well. The location was good.

There are no tea or coffee facilities in the room. For a UK person who drinks lots of tea each day, this was disappointing. There were two steps in the room. I stubbed my toe on them 3 times, once nearly falling over. Perhaps something can be done to make the steps more visible, especially in the dark.

Everything was fine for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for catching an early train.

The room was too hot despite leaving the window open, and the pillows were too hard. Also, the floors have odd and unexpected elevations and declines (public hallways and private bathroom) which could make for a real problem for anyone with balance issues.
