Hotel Artemide has many positives. It is in the best location to get around the main sights of Rome. We are in our 50's and walked everywhere from this hotel. The colosseum is about 15 minutes walk, while the Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon about 10 -15 minutes away. We even walked to the Vatican about 25 minutes away. Not to mention Rome Termini where we walked about 7 minutes from the hotel. The air conditioning is excellent as it was 37 degrees (Celsius) for the 4 days we stayed. The rooms are clean and a good size for Rome standards and the complimentary mini bar is a nice touch. The hotel location is in a nice and safe area. The staff are excellent and the breakfast is superb. The hotel has the best breakfast in Rome, but the best part of the breakfast is Alessandro who was so attentive, spoke English very well and had our coffee coming before we sat down! The breakfast caters for all cultures and we could also order our own omelettes, eggs, crepes, etc. Luanna was also very attentive at breakfast and would help us in any way. The only down side is the hotel is so good that I cannot get a room when we return to Rome in 3 weeks as it is book out! Thanks Hotel Artemide for a great experience! 🏨😊😊

I stayed in Hotel Artemide for a week at the start of October. From my arrival to checking out the service was outstanding. Comfortable room with all the major tourist destinations within walking distance from the Trevi Fountain to the Colloseum. Their staff were friendly, helpful and answered any questions I had. The very first day they welcomed me with a map of the city and were on hand to book any tours I wanted to do. And of course the free mini bar which I did use on occasion !! Outstanding service from start to finish, and the Ambroisa Rooftop Restaurant is amazing! Would highly recommend and looking forward to staying again when I come back to Rome.

Comfortable hotel, excellent staff who couldn’t do enough to help. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was decent. Staff arranged a pick up from the airport which started our Italian holiday off perfectly. They also arranged excursion tickets and were available for advise on directions and tips on Rome.

It was a great experience staying here for 4 nights. The hotel is in an excellent location- walking distance to many attractions. It's very clean, beds are comfy, nice, spacious bathroom- robes and slippers. The free minibar is restocked daily and that was lovely- beer, wine, water, sparkling water, soda and snacks. They also gave a card for a free prosecco at the bar. The buffet breakfast was very good. A nice selection and you can also ask for an omelet for fried eggs freshly made for you. They also have a wide range of desserts along with cheese, smoked salmon, savory dishes, delicious fruit, etc. The staff were great- very helpful and pleasant. A special shout out to the breakfast room manager and staff, they worked so hard and they were so nice and enthusiastic. We were a little early for check in- they have a nice lounge w complimentary tea and small pastries- was nice to sit and relax there after our journey. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Its only a little thing, but I wished they had a better bread selection in the breakfast room.

All the staff were excellent. Super welcoming and helpful with recommendations. The hotel location is great if you arrive by train. It is also walkable to lots of shopping and landmarks. Room was very clean, modern and comfortable, and the lobby is very welcoming.

-An extra $15 fee for each hotel guests to use the spa. This discouraged us from a quick sauna after a day of sightseeing. A lower fee, or no fee, for hotel guest for a half hour of sauna time would be excellent. -Shower glass partition was too small so water goes on the floor when you shower. Not a big problem for a quick stay. A towel on the floor fixes the issue. -All in all we really liked the hotel.

Hotel had the wow factor and the staff were helpful and friendly. Room was well appointed, very comfortable and cleaned everyday. Also, the complementary minibar was restocked daily. Breakfast was amazing and on our final day the staff even provided us with a doggy bag because we were checking out early. Roof bar was a nice touch. From a location point of view, on our first evening we comfortably walked to the Colosseum, the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. The following day we walked to the Vatican also. If you fancy exploring, there are some nice bars, cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walking. When we return to Rome (hopefully soon) I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thank you.

Excellent location in easy walking distance from famous sites such as the Colosseum and the Pantheon. Breakfast was phenomenal! So much choice and all delicious. They have a wide range of fruits, yoghurts and cereals, sweet and savoury pastries, cold meats and cheeses, sausages, bacon and eggs, and an absolutely vast array of cakes. We were also brought freshly cooked pancakes every morning. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant a couple of times. The rooftop restaurant is closed for refurbishment at the moment but the ground floor dining room is a perfectly good alternative and the food and drinks were excellent. The bar does very good cocktails! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. It’s on a busy main road but not noisy. The free mini bar is a nice touch. Very good shower in the en suite. We used the spa. You have to reserve a time slot in advance and pay a bit extra, but it was very reasonably priced - €15 per person for 90 minutes. We enjoyed the sauna. The requirement to book does mean there’s not too many people to share it with and it’s peaceful.

I was so impressed with this hotel. It is a VERY nice hotel and our room was huge with a free mini bar. The bed was so comfortable after walking all day and the sheets were SO soft. It is in the Centro district. We were able to walk to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Pantheon. In the other direction we walked to the Colosseum. The breakfast was amazing! There were so many options I should have taken a video. Roof top bar was top notch which also served dinner but we didn't try it. Easy cab ride from the train maybe 8-10 minutes (we came from Florence) and about 30 minutes to airport. Outside to the right was a great Irish Bar with live music each night. Across the street was Miami Bar with also amazing music with a female duo. We also went to Vatican City but it is on the other side of the city and we took a cab. Was about 15-20 minute drive. Not walkable. Hotel was sound proof and black out curtains. Would highly recommend!!!

From the front desk staff, breakfast staff and cleaners are amazing. The friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff was remarkable and they made our 5 night stay really wonderful. The hotel went above and beyond with our hotel experience as they know that we are celebrating some special event, they have ensured that we felt really welcome. Hotel service exceptional and I can say they have exceeded the service of a of a 5 star hotel. Kudos to all the staff! Breakfast was 5/5 - Allesandro and all the breakfast staff were very welcoming. The food selection was massive and they were delicious. Hotel room 5/5 - the amenities in the room was very good, the room even comes with a bidet! Good night sleep 4.5/5 - the bed was comfortable but could do a softer pillow in my preference. You can set the temperature of the room according to your preference heat or cool. We went on winter but not the outside temp for me is not to cold so I have our room in cool. Note: a lot of hotels in Europe disables cool/ac during winter even its not cold. So Im really happy with the hotel allowing me to set my own temperature. Cleanliness 5/5 - room service is done daily and every-time we come back our room is already remade. They even put under our bed that they have checked and cleaned it which i think was hilarious. Good job! Will definitely be my preferred hotel when im in Rome.
