Modern, clean, and welcoming. Good location and central to all attractions and transport links.

Obscure windows in room and no view. No double bed in room - two singles pushed together.

The hotel was in a great, central location for sightseeing, whether walking to the historical buildings of interest, going on a tour bus, or by Uber, plenty of places to eat and drink, this included the hotel as well, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, always a smile and a good morning.

Despite turning the room temperature down it was quite warm in the rooms, this meant opening the window and the noise from the outside could be very loud, from car horns and police sirens, but that was due to the central location of the hotel in a busy city, so I coped with the noise, I still enjoyed my stay and would definitely use this hotel again ,but I'll take ear plugs.

Really nice room and bathroom, spacious, lots of space for clothes and to get ready, bonus little dressing area attached to bathroom was a great add on. Perfect location

The only downfall was the sheets did not fully cover the duvet and the duvet was very dirty which made me not sleep as well knowing that

neat and clean

We were asked to finish and leave early after breakfast by one of the person serving breakfast. Also the reception weren’t that courteous when we checked out.

Great location, very clean and modern. Staff were excellent Big thank you to the hotel manager / director who helped us with everything we needed to ensure our stay was seamless and pleasant. Huge special thank you to Bea and her trainee Alllisia. We stayed 6 days at the Mecury in which they were very comfortable staff to be around as if they were family to us. Merry Christmas to all.

I would like to thank reception staff Gabriel and his colleague at night shift, they were very nice and helpful when we them to change our rooms and also at night when we needed to go to hospital due to sickness of one of us . Thank you for having professional staff
