The hotel is located at walking distance from the Termini train station, which made it convenient upon arrival. In addition, it is located two blocks from the metro station, making it easy and convenient to get to other parts of Rome. Breakfast is continental: simple and effective, and served in the bedroom at the time of the guest's choice, during serving hours. The staff could not be nicer and more obsequious and did an outstanding job at communicating with us. The rooms were clean, bright, airy, and spacious as were the bathrooms. As an added bonus, the staff was able to book us transport to the airport, with a known and trusted driver. All in all, this was the perfect vacation stay in Rome.

The mattress in the beds in our room were sagging, an indication they might need to be replaced or a better mattress brand considered as replacement. This however, represented no compromise on the overall quality of the stay and our experience at Locanda al Viminale.

We loved how bright and big the room was and how easy it was to access! The balcony looks on to the Piazza del Viminale which is quiet and lovely at all hours of the day. The staff speak perfect English and are SUPER helpful with whatever you may need. The breakfast to our room was also the most wonderful way to start our day. It was also super helpful that the building has a lift. The area was quiet but in a great position to get buses to any sites we wanted to go and very close to Roma Termini. We recommend L’Angolo di Napoli for pizza and Il Capriccio di Carla Gelateria Artigianale for dessert!

Our three-day stay in Rome was made even better by the apartment we booked. It provided the necessary privacy, ensuring a peaceful retreat after exploring the city. The location was a major plus— fairly close to the main train station and well connected to all major tourist attractions, making sightseeing effortless.

The included breakfast, while basic, was a nice touch. It consisted of coffee, juice, toast, croissant, and yogurt—simple but sufficient to start the day.

They have reached us upfront. Asked about EAT and airport transfer request. Room was large, floors, bed etc. were amazingly clean. Internet was super-fast. First day there was wi-fi signal problem in the room but they found solution immediately. Breakfast comes to room and it was good. They provide umbrella for sunny and rainy days which was very helpful. Last but not least, location is pretty ok.

It has a great location! The place smells really nice, everything is super clean and tidy. The breakfast is delicious! Giorgia, the receptionist, is extremely kind and helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant next to the hotel and it was amazing and for a good price. If I come back to Rome I will definitely stay here again!

There is only one thing I think it could be better, the water pressure on the shower is a bit low and it takes a bit to heat up.

We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and did their best to accommodate our early check-in. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was good. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Rome’s main attractions. Would definitely recommend.

Immersed in Rome's captivating energy and warmth, my stay was a charming encounter with the city's soul, echoed by the exceptional hospitality of Erika and Georgia. They were not only amazing in their roles but also incredibly warm and personable. Their ever-present smiles and supportive nature truly stood out. The hotel's location (in 10 mins walk from Trevi Fountain) and cleanliness were impeccable, enhancing the overall comfort of my stay. Also, a good supermarket is very close (Tigre) in case if something needed to buy. What impressed me most was the proactive communication from Erika and Georgia. They reached out in advance and were always quick to respond to any queries or concerns I had, ensuring a worry-free and delightful experience.

The Wi-Fi connectivity was somewhat challenging, particularly as I needed a reliable connection for urgent work meetings. I resorted to using my phone's hotspot, which was manageable but not ideal. Also, having a kettle in the room to make tea after a day of exploring would be a lovely addition, offering a bit more comfort in the evenings.

Communication was excellent and clear. We enjoyed our stay. The simple breakfast, of coffee/tea and croissant was lovely to have delivered to your room in the morning. It was easy to walk to the Colleseum and Roman area from the accommodation, and access using the bus to the Vatican also easy.

Georgia was amazing. Our trio was delayed due to a fire on our plane and Georgia went out of her way to arrange a limo from the airport. She also was able to change out tickets for the Sistine Chapel to the following day as we were not able to go due to our plane trip being delayed by one day! She was amazing! We were so appreciative of her help!

The location of Locanda al Viminale is excellent for visiting Rome. The hotel is close to the train station, attractions are within a 30-minute walk, and there are non-tourist-focused eateries nearby. The room was big and spacious. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast in the room was a new experience and I really liked it. The neighborhood is quiet and clean.
