Location and Staff are Brilliant…. But…

1. Wifi Not working in the Rooms… only works at reception desk… 2. Rooms floor are Tiles, which is in Autumn and Winter time is too cold, But No Room Shoes. If this 2 small issue will fixed then this hotel overall will be wonderfully. Hope to come again.

Very good location, just a few minutes from Termini Station or Republica Metro. The area is excellent, within walking distance from the city center. It is very safe. The hotel room was very clean, seeming recently renovated. Cleaning was done daily, with towels changed every day. Rebecca from the recepion was very nice and welcoming.

The hotel room walls are very thin. I could hear everything happening in the neighboring room very clearly, including the TV program and even how many times they used the toilet or shower. Earplugs might have been useful to block out the noise.

Marco was a great host, very friendly showed us to our room and gave us some good food and tourist site recommendations. Hotel has a great location for exploring most of the main attractions in 20 mins walk or less bar the Vatican. Room was clean but very dated and in need of refurbishment, It was ok for us as we were out nearly all day and only slept in the room.

Asked for 1 large double bed and refurbished room on first floor and was told ok no problem but when arrived we only got an old room on first floor which had a fan instead of real air conditioning that made it somewhat hard to sleep at night but all in all a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again if in Rome.

The friendly staff and the location just away from the main attractions and night life but that said it was within 5 minutes of that and 15 minutes walk from the main railway station but 2 minutes from the best ice cream parlour in Rome (photo of the front of the parlour attached) :) Our room was quite large with good clean bedding and a great shower. We also had a TV and fridge and lots of space to store our things during the stay.

The road outside could be a little nosey at times but nothing really to worry about, the other thing was that the hotel does not do a breakfast or any other meals or drinks so you have to go elsewhere for your food and drink, shame as a breakfast would have made all the difference and a better rating

The room was a little bit dark and one of the smallest at the hotel (larger rooms were with double-bed), but for the price it is was excellent value. Clean modern bath, cleaning of the room everyday. Electric kettle and small refrigator at the room. No breakfast, but excellent breakfast is available just outside the hotel at a café. The hotel is surrounded by excellent restautants.

The internet was excellent the first part of the stay (7 days), then something happened.

Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff were so sweet and helpful.

The wifi is a bit hard to connect to , and it doesn’t reach the rooms .

Central position , Opposite ministry of interior . Has lift to first floor reception. Room safe for valuables. On leaving hotel left towards coliseum, right towards Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Lovely Italian restaurant right out front across road and down side street. Irish bar out hotel turn right then right at traffic lights . Staff very friendly, pleasant & informative especially Marco and young girl . Nothing was too much trouble , explained in detail how to get about Rome & supplied detailed map . More than happy to book taxi’s for us so worth contacting them prior to visit . Room / bathroom perfect cleaned every day . Room faced road so traffic noise may annoy some but definitely not us . On day of departure was able to leave suitcase to be picked up later . Absolutely no issues at all . Thanks to all at Dorica 👍

No complaints at all

This hotel was great. The location was central and close to everything by walk or even bus/metro The staff really nice and helpful The rooms have everything you will need and are very clean. Everyday the housekeeping would come and clean the room and if we are low on something like toilet paper she would add more The hotel has an elevator (not so common) but if you dont want to use it there is not many stairs only 1 floor Also the communication with the hotel through messaging was really good they fulfilled all our requests and were very helpful with booking transfers. Thanks to hotel dorica for making our stay in rome so wonderful.

There was nothing not to like. I dont have any complaints

Friendly staff. Clean room. Kettle with tea and coffee provided. Some hangers in the wardrobe. Air conditioning. Great location to cafes, shops, metro and walkable to some historic attractions and main train station.

Room was a little small, particularly the bathroom. However, we knew this before we booked after searching other hotels and finding similar rooms sizes and prices.

We were welcomed at the reception with a city map and brief about where to visit in the city. Staff is very nice and cordial, we felt like meeting friends. I would like to thank the Hotel team to provide me and my wife with a room with balcony and the best view. Not to mention, extra blankets and storage for our luggage for few hours after checkout were sweet gestures.
