The reception is 24-7, staff is very nice and helpful :) . The location is literally perfect because it's close enough to walk to the major tourist destinations and to Termini station around 10 min walk too. We were 20 mins walk away from most destinations such as the Colosseum, vatican city was 45 mins walk away but lots of public transport available too. It's not a run down area at all and quite a pleasant area w a pharmacy and lots of groceries nearby ☺️ Room was equipped with an ac, good hot water, monitor and desk and double room w wardrobe. Simple but good.

The pillow I got was really flat and d other option was a massively chunky pillow :(. There's no view out the window but at this price that's fair enough. It would be nice to have at least a kettle in the room to make basic foods/drinks such as tea and coffee and ramen/soup etc as we had to buy literally everything and it was expensive. There's a mini fridge though so you can buy prepacked food to be fair. Would be nice also to be supplied with 2 cups in the room for drinks.

The apartment is in the great location to reach all main attractions, near the metro and termini station also. They clean the room every day and change the towels. Staff is very nice. There is an option of breakfeast for 6 eur. All in all great value for money and good start location to explore the beautiful Rome!

Well located in the center of Rome with tout being a noisy place. The cute neighborhood of Monti is a few minutes away by walk. It’s a safe area as well. The room and bathroom were very clean and bed was comfortable. the staffs were very nice and helpful. Wifi is working well.

The decoration is very basic. You come here just to sleep, nothing more. The curtain inside the shower was too long so was a little bit annoying to shower, but really it was just a small inconvenience.

Central location and 24hrs front desk

Front desk staff was new and didn’t know how & where to locate the room in the building. Didn’t explain about the common area neither did share with us wifi passwords. Wifi signal doesn’t work inside the rooms at all, I had to sit in the lobby to connect internet & do work.

Location was great! Easy to walk everywhere, or take a bus or subway if you want. Bed was really comfortable. Everything was clean. Staff was great. It has an elevator!

Our last night a “school group” arrived and we could hear everything from the hallway. They were knocking on doors and loudly talking through them too.

10 min from train station,10 min away from coliseum with bars,restaurants and shops on the way.

Entrance needs a bigger light up sign on the outside,but once found and gone inside press the buzzer on the left of the glass doors and go up to the 2nd floor to reception.

Centrally located, quiet, safe, and walking distance from rail station; plenty of restaurants nearby.

Maybe the door leading to the rooms could be better secured. But there are two locked doors downstairs so we felt safe anyhow

The location was convenient for exploring the city. The staff was super helpful. My daughter forgot her passport and key and the staff quickly helped her and got her back on her way.

The outlets by the bed didn't work great with the adapter.

They are cleaning every day the room changing everything, the location is close to metro station for colloseum, and is 20 min walking distance from Trevi, Spanish steps and Pantheon.

The location is great. It’s very near from the centre and it’s very quiet neighbourhood.

The walls were dirty and gave you the feeling that the accommodation was dirty.
