I liked the location, was near good restaurants and coffee shops. The staff was friendly.

I did not like the fact that every morning when the cleaning ladys start work they were so loud it woke us up with their yellings, I wish we would decide when to wake up and start the day.

We had an amazing stay at your hotel, and we wanted to express our sincere appreciation. Everything, from the warm hospitality to the excellent service, exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was delightful, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. This was our first trip to Rome and also Europe. The experience that we had was very nice, we will definitely choose your hotel again for our next visit to Rome. The only small suggestion we have is that the bed could be a bit more comfortable. Other than that, everything was good.

In a brilliant location, just off the main road so quiet at night, but close enough to everything that you can easily walk to all the sightseeing places. It was clean and well maintained. The staff are lovely, especially the lady who helped us when we first checked in! We stayed for our first wedding anniversary, which we let the hotel know ahead of time, and they thanked us for choosing to stay with them, decorated our bed with petals and gave us a discount voucher for the associated spa which I thought was a really nice touch. Would definitely recommended staying here on a trip to Rome!

Our overall experience at Relais De L'Opera was exceptional. The room was nice, clean, and quiet, equipped with everything needed to accommodate even the most demanding guest. The staff was incredibly friendly—upon our arrival, before we even had the chance to ask, they provided us with detailed recommendations on the sights to visit, the best transportation options, and nearby shopping areas. Throughout our stay, they were discreet yet always available to assist whenever needed. The hotel is located in a quiet area, with all major attractions within walking distance, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. Although breakfast was not provided on-site, the staff recommended visiting Taliani, which turned out to be an excellent suggestion—everything we tried was delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, Relais De L'Opera offers great value for money and is highly recommended. We will definitely return at the first opportunity. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location, with a very clean room and great shower which was badly needed as it was roasting in our time there. Plenty of local restaurants within a very short walking distance and not far from a metro station ... A lot of sights are close by and within a 15 minute walking distance including Trevi fountain and the Colosseum.

The bed was clean and good comfort. the staff were nice and helpful. Working elevator and good air condition. Room service on point. Every time we entered our room there were new towels and toilet paper.

Great location walking distance from everything! Room was super clean and comfortable, staff really helpful would recommend to anyone looking for a centrally located room in Rome. Reasonable price also- bakery and various other eateries about a minute from the hotel and so not an issue that breakfast isn’t included at all. Host very friendly and added us on WhatsApp prior to arrival- messaged as needed an iron and arrived at the room in minutes- great service

The hotel is in a great location, it’s around a 15 min walk away from the Trevi Fountain and 15 mins from the Colloseum. It’s a 15-20 min walk from Termini, the main bus/train station, which is ideal if you’re getting a transfer from the airport. We also walked to Vatican City which took around 55 mins. There are lots of nice restaurants dotted around the back streets near the hotel around 5-10 mins away and a couple of small supermarkets nearby. The staff were really friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had a great stay and the room was really clean.

Staff was really helpful and ready to assist on any need. WhatsApp was easy way to communicate with hotel Staff. Room was clean and spacious. Location amazing close to the center. Simone was very helpful and took care of us. Spa downstairs really nice. Nice places to have breakfast close to accommodation.

A bit noise at daytime from ongoing renovation in building, did not bother us much. But if someone wanted to sleep longer it would have been an issue.

The staff couldn't do enough to help. We had an issue where we had booked our next hotel incorrectly and they kindly sorted this out for us by phoning them and explaining for us in Italian. Nice that you can WhatsApp them directly should you have any issues. Nice easy check in and the hotel itself is clean and well kept.
