Literally I liked everything. I think I was lucky that I booked this accommodation for many reasons: 1- Location: very strategic, close to Roma Termini train station and within walking distance to Rome attraction points (e.g. Colosseum: 0.9 KM) 2- Cleanliness: the accommodation is super duper clean, the moment you step in you could feel how clean it is - the staff does regular/daily cleaning and they change towels - seriously am so picky and I can tell - if you look for clean accommodation - this is the address 3- Facility: you got everything you need to feel staying home: the room, has all the essentials, and most importantly it has safe deposit, you get access to common facilities like kitchen, etc. 4- Staff: Very very very attentive and careful staff - thanks a million to Nicole and Chiara - I really consider them as friends not hotel staff - they we very helpful and careful, and offered a lot of tips about how to navigate Rome, where to go, what to eat, they answered questions and they were able to help with re-booking the accommodation as I had to spend one night in Rome on my way back home.

Really nothing!

The location of hotel is perfect, close to all the tourist attractions, the room and the bathroom were clean and Matches the pictures in the website, the receptionist "Chiara" was the highlight of the place she was very helpful and respond very fast to my inquiries through the WhatsApp massages 24h/day and even offered to keep my bags after check out.

Nothing important but small details for improvement: 1) The big bed was composed of two small beds put together so it will be uncomfortable for some people 2) The main lighting above the bed was very strong 3) The irregular flow of hot water in the hand basin

It was in a great location..short walk to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Pantheon and the Colosseum. Chiara was a very accommodating hostess. We were able to store our luggage in a secure location prior to the 2 pm check in time. We had booked the apartment and 2 other rooms for our group of 8. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Air conditioner worked wonderful and there was cold bottled water in the room fridge. Chiara shared a lot of information about the area and provided a detailed map with highlights of some of her favorite places to eat and have a delicious espresso. A fabulous little bakery/coffee shop was kitty corner to the hotel and was open at 5 am for special coffees and morning treats that were to die for

The apartment was spacious & comfortable, It has all amenities needed for a nice stay. We stayed on the ground floor so we did not have a problem with the elevator. Even though it ws a ground floor, it was quiet at night and got noisy arond 7 AM in the morning when people go to work, but I think for a big city that is normal. The apartment has a very good location, 15-20 mins to all main historical landmarks, 1 hour on foot to Vatican city & 15 mins from the train station. Chiara is a great host - very friendly and always ready to help.

The room was a bit cold when we arrived but we fixed that quickly so it was not a big issue.

First of all I would like to mention Chiara, she is wonderful and very helpful, both before arrival and during our stay. We arrived early in the morning, and even though the check-in should have been at 14.00 o'clock, she told us our room was ready, and without any extra payment gave us our keys. She was ready to answer all our questions, gave recommendations to restaurants and on the day of our departure we left our baggage in the apartment after check-out, and came just before our way to airport. The room itself was comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for stay, very close to Termini and all the main sights. And the cafe nearby was very nice, it was opened starting from 5 o'clock in the morning, with tasty coffee and pastry.

Nothing, just a very tiny thing: weak shower water pressure, but compared to all good things this is just a minor thing.

This apartment was clean, relatively spacious, modern, good shower and bathroom, two night tables, good lighting. I could open the large windows for fresh air. Easy to get in and out with a code. Most importantly, for me, walkable distance from Coliseum, Trevin Fountain, Spanish steps, Piazza Repubblica... Near some good cafés, restaurants and a main artery, Via Nazionale. Two metros near by to get to the Vatican. The staff was very helpful on getting a taxi for the airport.

The apartment was fantastic, we will definitely stay again! Staff were so helpful, even before we arrived they organised a transfer from the airport. We arrived late and someone was there to meet us. We were shown around the apartment, checked in quickly, and were given recommendations for restaurants, and a map to help us get our bearings. The apartment itself is fabulous, spotlessly clean and so comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was hot, and we had plenty of towels and shower gel, shampoo, soap, etc. The kitchen has everything you need, pots, pans, delph & cutlery. Kettle, fridge / freezer, oven and hob. Iron and hairdryer provided. We were given fresh bottled water every day. The location was amazing. The apartment is tucked into a side street just off Via Nationale, cafes, restaurants, supermarket and shops on the doorstep, and short easy walks to get to the city centre. The Colosseum was about 10 minutes walk, Vatican is around 45 minute walk (nice enjoyable walks with plenty to see and do along the way!)

No negatives !!

I recently stayed at this apartment and the location couldn't be more convenient. It's within walking distance to shopping areas, a variety of restaurants, the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps. Although we encountered some maintenance issues upon check-in, our host Chiara was incredibly communicative and helpful, doing everything possible to ensure we had the best stay and offering suitable options. Overall, the outstanding location and attentive service made our trip memorable.

The hostess that received was extremely welcoming and friendly. She made the check-in and out process such a breeze. We also really appreciated coming back to Prosecco and some glasses to celebrate as we had stayed there over New years. It was such a nice touch Also, the location was perfect. We were easily able to walk to the Trevi Fountain as well as the Spanish Steps. We even strolled to the Pantheon and Colloseum one evening. On the other hand, it was great because it was just far enough to be away from the busier and more touristic areas.

Highly recommended accommodation in a great location. 15 minutes by walk from both Coliseum and Trevi, near to Republica Metro station, 15 minutes by walk from Termini station. The room was very clean, the host Ciara was very helpful and friendly, she even welcomed us with a bottle of proseco in the room, the check in/check out processes are very fluent.
