Great location. About 10mins walk to Colosseum. Even though on a busy street, we couldn’t hear the road. Staff used WhatsApp to reconfirm booking, check arrival/departure times. They also reconfirmed any queries/recommendations so had it in writing. They were very friendly and helpful. We only had a coffee machine in our room so we asked for a kettle, which they immediately provided. Air con worked a treat! Beds were made and fresh towel provided every day. Room was fairly simple but clean. I would stay there again.

The hotel is simply one wing of a large building. It has a desk and about 10 rooms. There a different hotels on the other floors. However, there is a communal lounge across the stairwell which can be used and is shared with the other hotels on the other floors of the building. Hotel desk is only manned 9am to 7pm. Which means a key code to get in. We had someone ringing the hotel doorbell at 1am as they obviously could remember the code! Note - If you arrive after 7pm, they send you details on door code and a key box. It all worked out fine. Room walls are just stud walls so could hear people walking up and down the corridors, however we could not hear anyone above or below.

A very welcoming hotel (once we found the front door upstairs, with the lift!). The room was a good size & had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable & the bathroom spacious. It is in a very handy location for visiting the sites of Rome.

We stayed at Hotel Boutique Nazionale for almost 5 days and had an amazing experience! We've booked a room for two which was cozy and surprisingly spacious. It had everything we needed, including a coffee machine and a small fridge. One of the highlights of our stay was the kind and helpful receptionist—she offered assistance anytime we needed it, which made us feel really welcome. What we've enjoyed the most was the fantastic location. We were able to reach every destination on foot. The area was full of shops, restaurants, and coffee spots, which gave it a lively and authentic vibe. Plus, the neighborhood felt very safe, which made exploring even more enjoyable.

Great location, 10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. Hotel smelt nice as soon as you walk through the doors to reception, room cleaned daily along with fresh towels. Whilst booking the room I had informed the hotel that our trip was for my sons 18th birthday, upon arrival the room had been decorated with balloons and there was a complementary bottle of cava which was a really nice touch. The staff, Christina especially went above and beyond. She provided up with a map and highlighted places of interest and how to reach them. We also received WhatsApp’s with recommendations of breakfast, pasta and pizza restaurants. Christina made our trip that extra bit special. I would highly recommend hotel Boutique Nazionale

The girls in the reception were very friendly and helpful, the room got cleaned every day, and the location was also very good, about 20 - 30 minutes away from the Panteon and colosseum. Also, the tv had all kinds of apps like disney+ and such. Our room had no window, but we got a message not long after the booking itself from the staff to check if we knew that, and giving us an option to get a refund (even though it was stated on the app itself that the booking was none refundable) and also an offer to add extra for a different room. It wasn't such a problem though since the air conditioning and air flow in the room was good. We also got vouchers for breakfast a cafè nearby.

It was a little weird waking up to no natural light, but except for that no problems.

The location was great, bed was comfortable and temperature in the room was perfect for a summer night. However, what really made our stay a very special one, was the amazing support and great care from Cristina, the front desk manager. She was splendid! She was sweet and went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant time while out short stay in Rome. She gave us great suggestions (restaurants, rooftop bars, points of interest) and directions that were on point. She was the only one in charge at the time and never looked stressed or overwhelmed. In fact, she was always kind and happy to help.

Our room was right next to the reception. We didn’t care because it was only one night and we had to get up early anyways, but you could hear the noise front the morning rush and it was kind of awkward that anybody could see when you go in/out of the room. However, it is Italy and this is something very normal in Europe small hotels.

Cristina was so so helpful. We arrived after reception was closing and she helped me so much with instructions for entry and it was smooth and easy. Staff were warm and helpful, very secure place. Perfect location! Just a 5-10’ minute walk from the Colosseum and not far from the Pantheon. Cristina explained on a map and circled for us all of the main sights. Beautiful room, comfortable and clean. Gorgeous hotel and reception area! We would definitely stay again!

The shower was hard to use- no door or curtain so water wet the floor every time

A perfectly located and central hotel. Walking distance to all main tourist attractions. Super friendly staff on reception for arrival. The lady talked through a whole map of Rome and places we should visit and how to get there. She then sent us a list of cafes and restaurants to visit, which was super helpful! highly recommend both of the breakfast places on the next street to the hotel! The hotel room has everything we needed - it was perfectly tidy, clean and modern.

Nothing! Zero negatives :)

After check-in, we saw bottles of cold water in the fridge, which was very appropriate considering the current weather. The room is cleaned daily. Includes two coffee capsules per day. Great internet and TV with different channels and platforms. Quality hair dryer. The reception staff provided a map of Rome and suggested places to go. After checking out, we were able to leave our suitcases at the hotel, as the train left in the evening. Everything was great! Staff, location, cleanliness, everything amazing! Very satisfied! Thank you! We will definitely come back.

Τhis hotel made our first visit to Rome an unforgettable experience. Τhe rooms are spacious, as is the bathroom, and hygiene rules are followed daily. Ιt is in a very central location, since from there you can go to most attractions on foot. Τhere is also a cafe very close by (Taliani) with a quality breakfast at very good prices. But the most important of all is the hospitality that characterises this particular hotel. The kind receptionist Leo was always willing to help us find the best places and was always interested in whether we had a good day. I highly recommend!
