The staff was wonderful. My husband and I think it’s one of the reasons why we enjoyed our stay so much. Helpful, nice and friendly. We also enjoyed being on a Main Street where the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and the metro were nearby. Many good restaurants within walkable distance and safe area too. The room we were assigned had a king size bed with AC and the toilet and shower were in separate rooms which made it very comfortable. We are very happy about our choice and would recommend it to friends and family!

The elevator was small but it worked well! Just a note for anyone traveling with a lot of luggage.

Loved everything !! All the Staff were amazing, helpful, friendly & welcoming. Location excellent, lots of activity & felt very safe during day & night, close 15min walk to the top 4/5 Rome attractions. Closeby to Supermarkets, cafes, small stores, souvenirs, even an Irish pub !! Rooms beautiful, high end finishes/decor, comfortable, super clean, daily attendance to rooms, towels, supplies etc. Loved the little extras of coffee pods, breakfast crackers, jam, twinnings tea & bathroom supplies. We visited Europe for about a month and this was the best place we stayed..Would highly recommend. Thank you to the staff team for having us & for your hospitality.

Clean guest house and convenient location, you can easily walk to the Trevi fountain from the property, all the city highlights are also easily accessible by walking or transportation. The room we've got was overall pretty quiet, great for a good rest, though the corridors would sometimes be noisy with other guests.

Not necessarily the property's fault but still an inconvenience, but sometimes the elevator would get stuck because people would not close the elevator doors, it would then be stuck on a floor until someone closes the doors properly. After long days of walking and visits, having to go 4 floors up is an effort I could have spared

The location was perfect. All the important sights were within walking distance. For example, when leaving the guest house, you could look directly at the Victor Emanuel Monument. Our room faced the backyard. We didn't notice anything from the busy street and slept great. There was also a supermarket right across the street if you wanted to buy some snacks in between. Rooms were cleaned every day. The staff was totally accommodating, nice and helpful from the first moment. We felt very comfortable.

The suite was very comfortable and the bed was especially comfortable with a choice of pillows. I had 4 really good nights sleep there!. I also loved the small sitting room, which was nice to relax in, especially after a long day exploring. It felt a bit like a home away from home. The location was also quite convienient, 10 mins or so from Termini, and about 15 mins or so to all the other highlights in the historical centre. But the terrace was actually one of the main reasons we booked this property, as we are both smokers.

Nothing really negative to say, but the llift was quite small, which was a bit awkward getting in and out, especially with rucksacks. Fine, you can adapt to that pretty easily.

We were so grateful to receive a room upgrade for our 4-night stay, thank you! The balcony offered stunning views over the city streets; the bed was very comfortable, bathroom and kitchen amenities all great. Location is central, 5-10min walk to Trevi, Spanish Steps and Colosseum, and is perfect if you need access to the Metro or Termini stations.

Nothing. It's a minimum 4-flight walk-up if you don't take the lift. The lift is very small and serviceable to all but the very top floor.

This is a very quiet guest house in a good location to access local attractions. There is good shopping and fun restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and newly renovated in a simple, contemporary style. It was a great place to escape to after a long day of walking and battling the business of Rome.

This is really a guest house with none of the amenities of a hotel. Locating it is tricky since once at the address, there is nothing to indicate where to go. The check in desk is actually 4 floors up. There is an elevator but it is barely big enough for one person. There is no indication which floor to go to. There is another hotel in the same building and they were very helpful finding our place. You definitely want to have a minimal amount of luggage when you stay here.

Excellent central location, metro and buses near. Close to major attractions. Hotel room & Bathroom very spacious. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. There was a mini fridge and a fair size safe Had a small balcony which we weren’t expecting, this was a bonus. S Staff were very friendly and helpful. we were in Tome for the Tennis, staff provided us with directions to the venue.

The lift is very small but we adopted a system so it wasn’t an issue after the first day. Although booked breakfast this was not provided due to an issue. The tax was removed from our bill due to this. No a real issue as ample places to eat nearby.

We stayed here previously in May 2019 in the suite for my special birthday, had an excellent stay and experience decided to stay here again. Helpful friendly staff, excellent location, close to main tourist sites, metro and shops. Spacious clean room with a balcony, tea and coffee making facilities and a mini bar. Thé bathroom was also spacious with ample complementary toiletries. I liked the fact that the owner contacted us to ascertain our estimated time of arrival, especially as our flight was delayed more than once.

Check out was at 11, wish it was 12.

Check-in was easy, and Julio (at the front desk) was extremely helpful. Room was well appointed, very clean and comfortable. Loved the balcony!

Elevator in building was awkward. Housekeeping did not supply fresh (clean) glasses and coffee every day.
