This hotel feels like a 5 stars accommodation. Is brand new and the decor is stylish and luxurious. Is very clean. The bed is comfortable. There’s a smart TV, a fridge, AC, a kettle with tea and coffe, a safe and a hair dryer. There’s a small breakfast area with hot drinks machine, fresh and delicious crostata and ciambellone cakes, biscuits and chocolate, all for free. You can help yourself to anything available at any hour of the day and night. The family room where we stayed is made up of 2 fully equipped communicating rooms, each one with its own bathroom, TV, wardrobe, AC and fridge. The family room is right off the breakfast room and when we arrived we were worried we would have been woken up by noises in the morning. However, the doors and windows are so thick we could not hear any noise at all. The hotel is situated in a quiet street in the Monti neighbourhood, the area is safe and very central, really close to the Viminale Palace and walking distance from the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. There’s plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, mini markets, pharmacies and clothes shops on your doorstep. I especially recommend Taliani coffee shop right next to the hotel for the best Cornetto alla crema (croissant with cream), ciambella (doughnut), cappuccino and fresh orange juice! Reception is open 24 hours and the staff is always very polite, helpful, attentive and efficient. ACAViminale exceeded my expectations, I thought it was excellent value for money and made my stay in Rome very pleasant, comfortable and felt really safe. I will definitely come back next time I’m in Rome - which by the way I think is the best city in the world! CAPUT MUNDI ♥️

Cannot fault this place in any way!

I recently had a pleasure of staying at ACA Hotel Viminale, and my overall experience was excellent. From the moment we arrived the staff was polite and welcoming. One of the standout features of this hotel is its complimentary coffee and cakes, available at any time - it’s a lovely touch that adda to the overall experience. The hotel itself is brand new, with modern white furniture and clean new rooms, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, situated in the city center, making it easy to explore local attractions. At this moment I genuinely cant think of any areas for improvement, as everything was pefect during my stay (of course for such type of hotel located on the one floor of building). I would absolutelly recommend this hotel - the combination of brand new rooms, city center location, and thoughtful amenities like free cakes makes your stay enjoyable and comfortable.

My husband and I LOVED the space. The hotel was clean, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The location is perfect. It is a nice, safe, and quiet area. We were able to walk to a lot of attractions but if you don’t like walking the bus stop and metro stop is close. 1000 percent recommend staying here.

Absolutely loved my stay at Aca Hotel Viminale! Cleanliness is a solid 10/10 — everything feels brand new and spotless. The location is perfect, super central and convenient for exploring Rome. The interior design is stunning — modern, tasteful, and very cozy. Special shoutout to Arlan at the front desk — he's incredibly kind and supportive. As a solo traveler, it really felt like having a friend around, which made my experience even better. They also offer a lovely little buffet with tea, coffee, and sweets — such a nice touch! If you're lucky enough to get a room with a city view, you're in for a real treat. The view just makes you fall in love with the place even more. Clean, lovely

No window

Everything was new and super clean! The rooms look like the rooms in the photos. The staff were nice and welcoming, and very quick to handle any issues. Location is really good as well, close to supermarkets and public transportation, the area isn’t dodgy at night considering the proximity to Termini, and you can easily walk anywhere. The reception is open 24/7 which made it easy to not be bound by certain times. The rooms feel luxurious, cleanliness is a top priority for the hotel and a stay here does not break the bank.

The walls are not that isolated so if you’re a light sleeper and sleep until late you will hear everything from the hallway. I only found this to be a problem the first night when I slept until noon. Also the mattress is hard but after a few nights of getting used to it I slept fine. Otherwise, no issues whatsoever with cleanliness, smells, humidity or mold, which for this pricerange is rare to find in Rome!

We were on a 3 week trip to Italy with the last 3 nights in Rome. It was unusually hot and the great air conditioning in the room was a very welcome relief (heat or no heat we did a substantial amount of walking - just hydrate my friends. The room was relatively spacious and fairly modern for such a small hotel. The staff was great and always someone there.

The breakfast was a bit sparse. Unfortunately this included the coffee machine which dispensed pretty weak coffee. This however is a very minor disappointment. The area has many cafe and restaurant options all very close to the hotel.

Beautiful room in a great location close to shopping, restaurants and 10 min walk to metro/subway however bus stops close by. Tastefully decorated and very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. There is a small elevator which will fit maybe two people but only one with large luggage. The bathroom is small but is equipped with toiletries and hair-dryer. Bonus is the 24 hour coffee and pastries/cake room.

The refrigerator wasn't working but the staff stored my items in their fridge overnight.

As said it is renovated and exceptionally clean but in the room you can see that they have hastened to finish the room. For example there is open spots where the fridge should have been, work desk is not at right position, very close to the bed and so hard to move your luggage. Bathroom door post was not finished in detail, but again in general from first look it is a nice room. Location is good. No need for codes, just ring the bell at the groundfloor and they will open 24/7. Coffee machine and snacks are nice, but hot milk was not working and they did not seem to care much either, which was a bit of a let down as that is the only perk they had food & drink wise. Staff is otherwise very friendly and ready to advise you. Even after you checked-out. You can leave your luggage at reception if you still have a few hours to spend before your departure. Price is a bit high, but then again that is Rome. You can go cheaper but then you can expect less. The only thing I feel would have been really fair for this price is a decent breakfast and coffee machine that works well (they offer "free" coffee and small selection of cakes whole day instead). Pleanty of restaurants nearby to explore and if you are into Opera, classical music or Ballet, this is a good place as the Opera House is just around the corner. 10 minutes walking to Termini Train Station, neighbour felt safe. Don't expect a wonderful view from the windows, but was more important for me is that I could open them and let some fresh air inside. I would come back if they would lower the price by €20 or if they included regular breakfast options. Anyway big shout out to the staff !!👍

2 issues - the safe deposit was not anchored, so a thief could just walk away with it and open it at ease. Not a big issue, but not perfect neither. - the toilet seat was loose: just a little movement and it slid away. I told it twice at reception during my 5 days stay and it was not fixed. Some day someone is going to get in a real uncomfortable position or get hurt...
