The staff is very kind, smiley and helpful ! Very close by Fontana di trevi and metro station Republica. Reception in the first floor of the building, the elevator is toooo small.

They didn’t inform us that we have to pay 2€ for each small bottle in the fridge and upon check out we paid 10€ extra. There wasn’t a list with charges of the mini bar (there were only 2 small bottles of water in the fridge every day and we thought they were free because there is no price list). The breakfast is very “basic” and poor for almost 100€ per night. Also you have to wake up early because the breakfast is from 7-9:30, after that time the ladies from the breakfast clean the rooms.

Staff are really friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Anna. But other young lady and young man were also as good as her. Location is great. You can walk to most of the central attraction. They are in 15-20 min walking distances. Hot water was always available. Very quiet place and good for solo travelers. Really delicious pastry in breakfast. Try donuts for sure.

Small elevator. Was fine for me. Stairs are narrow and a lot, if you have big suit cases, good luck. Boiled eggs were ice cold. 😂

The place is very well located, with polite and helpful staff. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is quite varied, with options like fruits, yogurts, cold cuts, cookies, eggs, and juices. The coffee and tea are served fresh, made to order, which is a great advantage compared to most hotels that leave everything in a thermos.

Outside the kitchen area, there's a designated smoking area, which was located right in front of the room I was staying in. There was a couple who would go there to smoke around 8pm, and they often talked quite loudly, staying until about 9:30pm. Since we were traveling as a family with a 3-year-old child, this was already around bedtime, and the loud conversation was quite disruptive. Of course, it's not the hotel's fault that some guests lack consideration, but having some signs reminding guests to keep noise down after a certain hour could help prevent situations like this, especially for those who don’t realize that their routine might affect others. However I still recommend the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

The location is exceptionally close to Termini Rail Station (easy 10-12 minute walk even with kids and luggage) and central to all the sites (Colosseum, Forum, and Piazza de Popolo all within 10-20 minute walk). Vatican is about 30 minute walk, but everything is picturesque and enjoyable along the way. Room was larger than a standard US hotel (1 king/queen and 2 x singles all together) but bathroom is smaller than normal (American style toilet, bidet, sink, and standup shower). Air conditioning was wall mounted but blew cool air and provided good white noise to drown out some of the street noise from Avenida Nazzionale. The Italian style breakfast was outstanding (biggest selling point besides location). Fresh bread, croissants, baked goods, cheese, ham, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, cereal, and a barista on a genuine cappuccino machine to make any style coffee you’d like… easily a 10-15 Euro value per person per day). Additionally, the staff was quite generous and helpful… we arrived relatively early in the morning, but they allowed us to store our bags until check in, provided excellent recommendations for site seeing, restaurants, and even loaned us a charging adapter for our electronics.

There was some restoration work involving power tools on the mezzanine level below us, but they never started work before 0830. The hotel is a single floor in an older building, so the elevator can only accommodate 1 person with bags (or 3 without) though the three flights of stairs up are perfectly doable. It’s all wood-paneled floors on cement, so noises will tend to carry from outside the room, though other than some occasional light talking inside and a few emergency vehicles driving down the avenue it’s fairly easy to get some good shuteye.

Location was fantastic for all the Pope Funeral activities. Located directly on a major bus stop. Plenty of shopping, grocery stores, food establishments close by. Lots of hot water for the shower. Really nice breakfast that covered all the food groups, although it covered a small area. Protein, bread, cereal, milk, juice, yogurt, pastries, pancakes, boiled eggs. A typical European breakfast buffet. The balcony on to the street was nice.

There were some things that were different than in American hotels, but to be expected in European guest house type hotels. The elevator was small and there was not on-demand heat/air.

Our room was different than in the pictures, but the difference was very positive. It seemed to have been recently renovated with big bed and clean, modern-looking, but not too big bathroom. If someone was unusually tall or plus-sized, I suppose the size of the bathroom (especially the shower) might be a problem. The reception was open all night, which came in handy as we left for the airport at 3 am. The breakfast was a positive surprise. The choice of sweetened pastries was plentiful. The coffee machine was very proffesional (espresso machine with a flask). There were 2 types of cereal, sweetened and regular yogurt, milk, water, as well as apple and orange juice. As for the savoury food, there were toasts, white bread, hard-bioled eggs and one type of prosciutto, ham and salami. No vegetables, a few fruites like apples and kiwi. Considering what I read about colazione in Italy it was a very positive surprise.

The walls were so thin that we could hear our neighbours as if they were in the same room with us. This is a complaint that seemed to appear in many hotels in Rome. In November that wasn't such a huge problem as I suppose there weren't many people in the adjacent rooms.

The hotel was very central. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and there was regular room cleaning service.

The only disappointment was the size of the room; it was very small. The room we stayed in is not shown in the hotel's photos. It was like an economy double room, but the price we paid was for a standard double room. And breakfast was very very poor.

Location is great, breakfast is good, staff is smiling and helpful, they proceeded with early check in at 12:00 as the room was ready by my arrival. Bathroom amenities were good.

Internet connection was bad, I had a room at the end of the corridor and internet almost never worked. Yet in all other areas it was working fine. Would be nice to put tissue and toothpaste in rooms for this price.

The hotel is located close to the station. There is a grocery store about a minute away. It is easy to walk to many attractions from here. And there is a hop on hop off bus stop close to the station. The hotel has been modernized inside. Our booking included breakfast: breakfast consisted of juice, coffee, tea, as well as bread, cheese, meat, yogurt, cereal, boiled eggs and fruit. Staff were very friendly.

There was nothing I didn’t like. As in many European hotels, the shower is small which might be an issue for some. Also, the tiled bathroom floor was dangerously slippery if you stepped out of the shower with wet feet straight onto the tile. Make sure you use the bath mat provided.

I love the location and also the cleanliness of the property. The breakfast was sufficient, every morning the staffs would ask us what kind of coffee we want and prepared it efficiently. Front desk is always available whenever we needed something (for example iron, cutleries, etc.) It was a pleasant stay overall.
