The location is fantastic, you can walk to all the main attractions easily, most only 15mins away, Colosseum, Forum & Palatine Hill, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps and Parthenon. We arrived from the Amalfi coast by train, easily walked from station to apartment. The family apartment was great for our family, two children aged 12 & 14. The instructions to access the room were very clear and easy to follow, key was in a key safe. Beds were comfortable and bathroom clean with great shower. Very quiet. Breakfast was included with a good selection, pastries, fresh fruit, cereals, toast, cheese and meats, eggs etc. We were able to leave our bags in reception free of charge for the day whilst we toured Rome.

The staff members we talked to were friendly and helpful, the location was pretty easy to reach from the main attractions of Rome, and we enjoyed breakfast. We walked from Termini station when we arrived and walked to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Roman Forum, and Colosseum while visiting.

The mattress on the bed was thin and the bathroom was small, which made it hard for the two of us to be in that space at the same time. The B&B itself is a little complicated to reach because of all the codes needed for the gates/doors. Also, our room was in a separate stairwell from the main reception area.

Pros: location, cleanliness, plentiful breakfast (better than most of other B&Bs in Rome or elsewhere in Italy). You could leave the luggages upon check out to stroll around the city before the final departure to the airport. Cons: the lady manager would send us whatsup messages all the time telling us that if we want this extra thing we have to pay this mich but she never askws how our trip was, how we were enjoying Rome or similar. Check in time was rather late, 16hrs, and this is not a standard; again another let down was that the room was available early than 16hrs but against a payment which varied from the hours you paid befor 16hrs. Likewise the check out was at 10 but you were offered without asking the possibility to stay longer against extra payment. We havs travelled the world but in many hotels ypu are offered free extra hours withouy pay subject to availability and here the availabikity was there as long as we were offered to pay extra. Apart from these cons I recommend the facility.

We booked last minute and on a budget so options were limited, and I was pleased to find this little gem! The lift was a godsend after a hot walk from Termini with luggage (but only 15-20 mins!). The staff were friendly and the place was spotless. Room 4 was.. interesting! The decor was not my usual cup of tea but the room is really big, it was sparklingly clean, excellent aircon, big comfy bed and powerful shower (we didn’t try the spa bath). Breakfast was basic but did the job. Overall I would definitely recommend this place, the location is fab, we walked everywhere! It’s terrific value for Rome and it’s not a luxury hotel but it has everything you need for a city break :)

The coffee wasn’t amazing but for the price of everything, no major complaints!

This hotel has a great location close to restaurants, metro station, and historic sites. They serve a great breakfast. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms and baths are good. There is an elevator to get up to the hotel. We would stay here again.

We arrived very late and were given codes to enter a secure courtyard. It was confusing at first where to go from there as there were several options once inside the courtyard. We figured it out, but perhaps directions could be made clearer.

The bed was so comfortable and the staff communicated before during and after was fantastic. They always answered straight away. It was very near everything in a good area of the city with excellent transport options. We were celebrating our delayed honeymoon and arrived to wine, petals and a message 😀

The breakfast was not so good with the cheese and meat already dried up. To be fair we only had breakfast one morning so maybe we had a bad one (8am) Also the lift didn’t stop at floor one which was a bit disappointing as I am disabled.

The location was great, walking distance to the sights, English was good. The breakfast was very good, the room was clean

The staff was super kind and helpful. Everything about our stay was wonderful, but my favorite part was the kind and helpful staff! Breakfast was delicious! It was a great location and close to all the sights. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again

Beds were comfortable but pillows were a bit hard. Room was small but that is expected in a historic area. The bathroom was plenty spacious and user friendly. Overall, no complaints at all. We had a great stay!

We stayed as a family of 4 (2 kids). The location was excellent - we were able to walk to almost all of our destinations. It was also close to a main road with multiple bus stops and within walking distance of the main train station. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were all very friendly. It’s on a quieter street so we barely heard any outdoor noise at night. I highly recommend this B&B if you’re looking for a reasonably priced stay in Rome.
