Good location, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Walking distance to most key attractions. ( Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps all within approx 20 minutes. St Peters / Vatican a bit further away 40ish minute walk, Staff very friendly and helpful. Good choice for Breakfast including eggs /bacon, cold meats etc, cereals , yoghurt , fruit, cakes & pastries. We were upgraded to a suite, so the room was very spacious. It overlooked an inner courtyard (so no view) but was actually pretty quiet for a city hotel.

The only negative comment I have is that whilst the WiFi in reception/ restaurant was ok , in the room it was poor or non existent at times.

We were surprized by the hotel upon arrival.. The hotel is so authentic and designed in a classical manner. I would rate it 5 star hotel. The location is super convenient. Trevi fountain is within walking distance (10 minute walk approximately). Very safe neighbourhood, more like high end street. Metro is just 5 minute walk. We will definetey stay there next time

At the reception, we were met by very polite staff, who offered a very nice room on the first floor, but it was practically the second floor overlooking the main street. There were double-glazed windows and it was hushed. The room was large, bright and cozy. And the bathroom was huge. The breakfast was excellent. The location was excellent, all the main attractions were within walking distance. There was a bus stop in front of the hotel. nearby there is a cafe L'antica Fraschetta, Via Venezia, we tried a lot but it a the best pizza in Roma ! There were several brand stores on National Street. we will return to this hotel I recommend it !

Breakfast had everything and it was really good! The staff in general were very nice but the ones at the breakfast were soooooo good vibes and gentle. We loved them! You can see that rooms are old but very clean and well maintained. Piazza di Spagna and Fontana di Trevi are the closest attractions and you have all the Hoop On Hoop Off bus close by which is very helpful and the best way to reach the ancient part of the city.

We were 2 people and asked for a double room. They gave us a room with 3 beds (occupying a lot of space). I had to sleep in the small extra bed cause the mattress of one of the double was old and uncomfortable. Our window was directed to the avenida so sometimes it could be noisy.

Location and the room allocated was magnificent! We had a large sized balcony with good views! Room was a decent size and quite spacious! Hotel is located in a great area central to most landmarks. We had concerns about security of personal items based on reviews but locked everything in the safe and locked bags before we left each day and had no problems. Even if we hadn’t I feel everything would be fine. Staff were great!

Air condition was temperamental and had to have it liked at twice over 7 days but maintenance attended to it immediately.

Staff were very helpful. When leaving/checking out Gary saw us carrying suitcases down the stairs and took them down for us and checked us out of the hotel. Bed and pillows were comfortable, kettle with tea bags and coffee in room. Mini fridge. Large closets to hang clothes. Bathroom amenities shampoo, conditioner in shower. Soap and lotion at sink and hair dryer.

The shower was very small. Other than that, there wasn't anything to complain about.

Situation is extremely good, as shops are in the same street. Supermarket is at the other side of the street. Breakfast selection was quite wide. Breakfast time is long enough ending at 10.30. Cleaning was also good.

Air conditioning (cooling) was not probably yet in use as it was April, therefore it was quite warm in the room. It should be in hotel's information when You really have cooling in use.

location and breakfast was very good, we walked to all the main places we planned to go to, and it was 15 minute walk back to the hotel from everywhere. The variety of food and baked sweets were very good in the breakfast we had. Large and quiet rooms. Friendly staff.

Wi-Fi was very weak and didn't work at all most of the time. The Dispensers for shampoo, Gel and conditioner didn't extract anything. You can press 3 minutes to extract enough shampoo to wash your hair. Some of the beds were not comfortable.

Location : Very alive area (main street), very good window isolation to prevent from loud noise. The main attraction (colosseum 15 min by walk ; pantheon 25 min by walking ; piazza novea 25 min by walk (starting point of city tour) ; Fontana di trevi (20 min by walk), Vatican City (by bus or metro near hotel) etc. IMPORTANT : THERE IS A SUPERMARKET CALLED "TIGRE" IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL (WATER IS CHEAPER TO BUY FROM THERE 0,79€ THAN LOCAL SHOP WERE IT WAS 2€ PER 2 LITRES!! Hotel : Beautiful entrance, luxurious and clean looking, very friendly and helpful staff who give us a map of the centre of Rome showing us the main attractions to visit. We didn't try the breakfast because we wanted to discover the local cuisine of Rome. The elevator works well and it easy to get to your room. Room: Our room number was 409. The room was clean, smelling good and the room temperature was great ! Even though it was cold and windy outside. The bathroom and toilet were also clean. Room had a small fridge which makes it very convenient to store cold drinks or food. The bed and pillows were big and comfortable ! There are also nightstands with lights on each side of the bed as well as plugs so that phones can be charged on each side of the bed. Romantic event (surprise for wedding anniversary) : The staff were very helpful and kind in arranging a surprise for my wife (I simply bought all of the decoration - balloons, rose petals, lights etc. and they decorated the room and they did a great job!!) They also left a bottle of wine and two romantic glasses (we don't drink but it was a beautiful gesture from the hotel to give us this for free).
