Perfect location, short walk to both the Trevi Fountain and Colosseum. There was a supermarket and bus stop nearby, as well as the metro train. The room was spacious, our bed was a bit hard but still ok to sleep in. The bathrooms were nice and clean, with the shower in a separate room to the toilet, and the room was cleaned during our stay where we were given fresh towels. There was great storage in the room too, but would benefit from a few extra towel hooks. The lift was helpful as we had suitcases, and the property was very secure. Would stay here again.

Like most apartment living, it was loud. We could hear crying babies and barking dogs from other rooms, as well as general traffic noise. This often lead to us waking up overnight. Also, better signage outside would be helpful as it was a bit difficult to locate (just look for the big wooden door).

The hotel is very close to the main attractions in Rome. The location is great for getting around by subway or bus. There’s a direct bus from the main street to the Vatican. Shops like the supermarket Tiger are just 2 minutes away. There are plenty of bars and cafés nearby, and there’s even a restaurant right next to the hotel. Towels and a hair dryer are provided, and towels are changed daily. Small bottles of shower gel and soap are also supplied, so you only need to bring toothpaste. A kettle and a capsule coffee machine are available in the hall. There is no table in the room, but there is one in the hall. The room has a small kitchenette area, but no cutlery or pans—just a wine opener. There is also working air conditioning in the room.

We had room 303. The mattress was very worn out and of poor quality—we kept sliding toward the middle. The cleanliness under the bed wasn’t great either. The water drained very slowly in both the bathroom sink and the shower. Also, there was only one hanger in the bathroom, so we struggled to dry and hang our towels. Apart from that, I think the price and location actually make this place worth considering.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Location is excellent. Most major attractions are walkable distance like Colosseum, Forum, Trevi, Spanish steps and there is a bus across the road for other attractions that are a bit further away like Vatican, Trastevere... Room was clean.

Air condition wasn't working properly in our room. Whatever temperature or fan speed we selected it worked at some kind of "fixed" minimum. We asked if possible to check it, but it wasn't fixed.

Hotel is close to Roma Termini train station, you can walk with suitcases without any major difficulties. The bed is comfortable and so is the bathroom. The hotel is adequately cleaned and towels are changed every day! The biggest highlight is the air conditioning, an essential item if you travel in the summer, due to the high temperatures. It is very easy to get around Rome and the hotel is close to several tourist attractions. There is also a restaurant next to the hotel that is worth it.

The window has curtains that make it difficult to open the window and may come loose from its fitting. The elevator is typical of old buildings, but it works well (it only fits one person with suitcases or two people without objects)

The property looks exactly like the pictures. The room was clean and spacious for our group of 3. The snack room was a big plus of this property, being equipped with a coffee machine, fridge, grill and all the kitchen utensils you could need for preparing breakfast or a quick snack. The reception staff were very friendly and always helpful and the housekeeping was excelent.

The old wooden windows are not greatly isolated, but the AC manages to keep your desired temperature.

The location is great next to the metro station (about 5 minutes away) and the bus stops are almost outside plus you can go to major places on foot as well, the room was clean and very cozy and the stuff was very friendly! Our room was on the 3rd floor and the shower was in a separate room from the bathroom which is very convenient. Definitely value for money. It’s also easy to find it, just look for a big wooden door and then look on the left and ring the bell that says dem, the reception is on the 1st floor! We payed when we checked in just make sure to bring some cash with you to pay for the tourist tax.

Best location to get to see the city by foot. Safe area and it takes only 15 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain and 15-20 mins walk to Colosseo and more. Grateful to the hotel’s Front Desk ALESSANDRA . She went out and beyond just to help us with our Pick Up ,taxi around the city etc. It’s a 2* hotel but with their services at the hotel, it didn’t feel like it.

Kitchen is very dirty and their outside veranda. VERY! No hot water on our first night but that didn’t really bother me.

The hotel consists of ex apartments turned into rooms at different floors. The room was really new, very clean and simple. The bathroom with showe was clean and new too. There is the medium old elevator. Air conditioning was good. The staff was very kind and ready to help. Theposition of the hotel is very central, 10 min from Termini train station and 15 from the main attractions.

Since the hotel was an ex apartment turned into rooms, the rooms are not very soundproof, the doors are thin and it is possible to hear neighbors that slam the door.

The location was great, the staff - super friendly. We walked from Termini to the hotel. Plenty of restaurants near the hotel and a bus stop just around the corner. The room was clean and the AC was working, also had a small fridge, kettle and small espresso machine. There is a small "kitchen" near the reception where is the coffee machine, also croissants, cornflakes and biscuits and a fridge with milk and beverages.

Our room did not have any view and was a bit dark.

I strongly recommend this hotel. It's very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the hallways smell lovely. The staff is also very friendly. While the elevator is quite small, it wasn’t an issue for me at all, though it might be for those with large suitcases. The location is good, very close to bus stops, within walking distance to the main attractions, and there’s a nice restaurant just outside the hotel.

Bathroom cleaning could be a bit better.
