I stayed recently with my toddler and this hotel made my trip so easier. It was close to all attractions which was really handy and the room was very clean and nice. Very modern! Alessia was so lovely and so helpful she went above and beyond to help one night when I struggled with a just eat delivery I had. She wasn’t always at the property but her replies on WhatsApp were very fast! I would definitely stay in this hotel again I felt safe with my small child on my own and I would recommend to anyone. The street the hotel was on seemed very nice and safe compared to the ones near termini. The only pictures of the room I took have my toddler in but they match the pictures shown by the owner. Shower & bathroom was really good! The tv had YouTube/Netflix which was perfect for my small child

The location was excellent, very close to the central train station (Termini) and within walking distance of the city center. Alessia, the owner, was extremely helpful, providing us with all the necessary information to access the building effortlessly. We were able to leave our luggage at the property before check-in, which was very convenient. On the day of our departure, we also left our bags at the hotel's entrance without any extra charge, which we greatly appreciated. The room itself was lovely—warm, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials.

It was smaller than we initially expected, although this didn’t impact our overall experience. One suggestion for improvement would be to replace the bathroom towels every two days to enhance the stay even further.

The location was right in amidst the majority of things to do in rome so we were able to walk to pretty much everything. The owners/staff were brilliant with communication. The rooms were perfect and very comfortable.

I feel the showers could be improved, there was bare minimal water pressure nor were they very hot. I would probably add that having extras in room in a cupboard would of been helpful as well, things like toilet paper, shower gels. This certainly did not affect the overall experience but just things to maybe improve on. Overall the bathroom really was in fantastic condition and pretty slick.

The place was exceptionally clean, and I really appreciated the attention to hygiene and tidiness. Everything was spotless, which made for a very comfortable stay.

I would recommend using fewer aromatic sprays, as the scent was a bit strong upon arrival. A more subtle fragrance or natural freshness would be even better, or it might have been put away from the bed or chair because for some people it might trigger allergies.

Room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our short stay in Rome. The apartment was in a great central location that was an easy walking distance to lots of attractions and not too far from Roma Termini Station. Would stay again.

Check in was a little complicated as I don't think we were sent the link to an app to self-check in but staff were helpful to get this sorted promptly. Shower didn't get very hot and water pressure was pretty low but this wasn't too much of an issue as we were only staying for a couple of nights.

Communication with Alessia and working with the onsite staff was easy and reliable. All the way up till arrival and through the checkout process communication was perfect. She is not onsite though, she was reachable whenever I needed. The location is safe, clean and close to public transportation of all sorts.

I wish city taxes could be incorporated into the payment.

Fantastic, modern, clean apartment in a fantastic location in Monti. Lots of great restaurants, bars and attractions close by. The apartment is set in a beautiful old building - the room was super modern, clean and comfortable. This was the most comfortable bed we slept in on our whole holiday. Very communicative and helpful hosts who let us store our bags before and after check out. Can highly recommend - great value for money!

Staff were super helpful. Room is located in the heart of Rome and we were able to access some of the attractions on foot! Communication among staff was adequate. Host able to communicate in English , but housekeeping staff were limited. Housekeeping was timely and thorough. Plenty of outside eateries and the food was fresh and very good. Staff provided croissants and coffee in the mornings. Elevator available but only able to accommodate 3 persons- 2 with luggage. The price of the room was not very expensive but ok.

We were happy with the facilities but didn't realize how small the bed room was and view wasn't the greatest. Photo on line did not reflect our particular room. Tried to have window open but too much noise outside due to constant construction going on. Refrigerator in room didn't work but we had access to the one at front desk. Area around train station was not a desirable sight after dark. No place to put shampoo and conditioner in shower. Water temperature fluctuated but adequate. Moulding in bathroom was loose. Bring a night light.

Really good location just off Via Nazionale and only about 15 min walk from Fontana di Trevi. Lots of good restaurants in the area, breakfast at Caffe Washington 3 min away is recommended. The room was nicer than in the pictures, but a bit worn down. Nice beds. Coffee and tea available in the reception (no milk). The hosts are very helpful and easy to communicate with, even when the reception is unmanned. They allowed us to leave luggage in reception after checkout, which was really helpful.

The AC did work well to cool the room, but we found no way to run it on quiet/low fan - only really noisy full speed or off. The shower in our room was worn out and could not be fixed up top. The reception is often unmanned, but the door code gives you access 24/7.

The staff were very friendly and really went out of their way to help us. We received an extra key for the room as we were five people which was really helpful. The room was clean and spacious enough for us. The area is lovely and close to Trevi Fountain. With so many bookings being cancelled last minute right now, we really appreciated this place being so reliable.

The decor was a little dated but other than that everything was really great. We also appreciated the lift to get up the stairs as many other places do not have this facility. When you have heavy suitcases this is a life saver!
