Room was a great size, very comfortable for two people. Furniture and bed were good. Really good location.

The bathroom, even though it was always clean, smelled bad.

This is a small hotel about a 12 minute walk from the train station and about a 20 minute walk to the colosseum. It is located near many restaurants and shops. It is a basic room with a small bathroom. It was clean and served my needs since I was out sight seeing and really just needed a place to sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you don't need anything fancey an just need a clean place to lay your head then this is the hotel for you.

Unfortunately they were renovating while we were there so there was no breakfast, however there was a pastry shop across the street so problem solved. Also they were renovating but it was during the day while we were out so it was not a problem.

Brilliant location and loved the set up of the building and its old fashioned lift, it had a real feel in keeping with how other buildings were around. Great information from reception on checkin with any help needed to locate places and a map provided. Breakfast offered but unable to comment as we did not use. Room was clean and good size, en-suite bathroom was good size and fresh towels with housekeeping daily too. Always smelt fresh and clean on entering the building and no noise encountered from outside or other guests. Location was close to Metro station and walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Colosseum 15/20 minutes. Plenty eateries around side streets too. Felt safe with code system and double door entry.

Nothing major and I could have asked, but only one pillow on bed which was very flat. Would have been good to have had some extras in the wardrobe. Outside room hallway the skirting boards were off and unsure if they were carrying out some repairs.

Very good location with easy access to public transportation, just a short walk away from the central train station, metro station Repubblica and even to the Colosseum. Many restaurants, cafés, pizza places nearby. Room was comfortable to host 2 people, clean and with basic amenities for a good stay. Hotel staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was great for a quick meal to start the day. Front desk was always staffed, very friendly staff, great English, super helpful.

Lift to upper rooms are very small and building was tricky to navigate, corners and doors and one way access.

We loved the location and staff - they were just perfect! We also very much appreciated breakfast, which was an unexpected 'extra'. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants and small convenience shops around; the train station is a short walk away, same with Metro station, and The Colosseum as well as the Trevi fountain are not far (walking distance)

We were initially a little confused by the entrance door and a couple of entrance codes that needed to be input before getting to the main part of the hotel. Once this initial 'stumble' was over, things were very easy and comfortable for us.

We loved the fact that it was central to everything a lot of the times it was walking distance to everything which was great

The beds and the cushions beds were so uncomfortable and the cushions again we’re all different sizes

Location. Reception 24 hours. Clean, other reviews mention dirty walls, floor and small elevator but its normal for an old building in Italy and lot of places in Europe, our room was clean .

Low pressure of water at first, we waited 5 minutes and then it flows perfectly .

We had all we need for a wonderful stay in Rome. We came early in the morning and left our luggage the first day. The room was warm and it was cleaned each day. The street is calm, at 10-15 mins walking distance to the main tourist attractions. I believe the deserve higher rating then the current one. Very good value for the price.
