One of the standout features of this guest house is its prime location. Situated on a bustling block, it boasts a plethora of restaurants and quick food options right at its doorstep. Furthermore, the presence of numerous other hotels in the vicinity contributed to a sense of safety and security throughout my stay. While the guest house is equipped with a small elevator, it's worth noting that there are a few steps to navigate before reaching it. Although this wasn't an issue for me personally, it may be important for guests with mobility concerns to consider. A notable highlight of my stay was the daily room cleaning service, which ensured that the space remained tidy and welcoming throughout my visit. Additionally, I was particularly impressed by the unique window feature in my room, adding a touch of charm to the space. Moreover, the guest house is conveniently located just a pleasant 10-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. This proximity allowed me to enjoy the beauty of the area without feeling overwhelmed by the crowds, as can often be the case closer to the fountain itself.

However, there was a minor issue with the air conditioning unit, as it seemed to be leaking during my stay. Nevertheless, I'm confident that this is a fixable problem and didn't significantly detract from the overall positive experience.

Location, location, location. Within easy walking distance of all the major attractions. Local transportation is easy to navigate. Great selection of bars and restaurants near-by. We were in room 4. Large room at the back of the building, very clean. Coffee and tea provided. Small fridge. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues. Would stay again. Great communication with the property, very helpful with answering questions promptly

Nothing, everything was good!

Excellent value for money. A strategically convenient place, especially if it's your last day in Rome (~15 min to Termini station, similar distances to Trevi Fountain, Coliseum). After receiving the confirmation of the booking, the owner contacted and provided clear instructions on how to get to the apartment (he even added videos). The apartment was spacious and clean. Although we did not need the luggage storage service, it was offered free of charge.

Very good location for its value! Relatively close to many historical places and a train station. Quite nice rooms with all the needed facilities. It is a shared flat, so we were not quite sure which room would be ours, but ended up highly satisfied.

For people who want to cook at home it might be not the best choice, because the kitchen is quite small, but for us it was not a problem.

Outstanding . Fantastic apartment and the location is absolutely perfect. You can walk to the Trevi fountain, colosseum and other historical landmarks from the property. Very attentive hosts who helped make our stay wonderful. Can’t wait to return.

The staff is very helpful and kind for finding the place and keys and any needed instructions. The location is very food, walking distance (with no luggage!) from the train station and very close to the attraction sights. The price is okay for 1 nights stay. the room is tiny but there're tea bags and electric kettle in the room, TV and the placing of mirror and hanger are just right to make the last checks. there's also a shoe shelf per person which is close to the bed. We could keep luggage in the storage until we'd leave.

There were holes and spots in the sheets.

Extremely helpful, very nice staff and the owner was very accommodating with any questions . Black Car Service from FCO was great… I would recommend this location for anyone having a short stay in Rome.. I will use it again and have already recommended to my friends. There are 2 restaurants just outside the building.

The location is perfect, not too far from city center and the main attractions. Check-in/out was easy and the host is flexible and proactive. The room was very spacious for a couple, it’s very clean and you will find everything you need for a short or even a long stay. The bed is comfortable, windows are sound proof so you can sleep in peace at night. The room is also perfect if you are working remotely.

The room and bathroom were really nice and clean. Emmanuel, the host, was very attentive and friendly. The location is good, with lots of good restaurants around and close to locations like the Colosseum.

Noise from apartments rooms next door. Self checkin was required - which was ok but then host and staff were fussing in office area right outside our bedroom in the evening. Just odd- maybe attend to office activities during day and also that way can meet guest. Not really an issue just bit annoying.
