One of the standout features of this guest house is its prime location. Situated on a bustling block, it boasts a plethora of restaurants and quick food options right at its doorstep. Furthermore, the presence of numerous other hotels in the vicinity contributed to a sense of safety and security throughout my stay. While the guest house is equipped with a small elevator, it's worth noting that there are a few steps to navigate before reaching it. Although this wasn't an issue for me personally, it may be important for guests with mobility concerns to consider. A notable highlight of my stay was the daily room cleaning service, which ensured that the space remained tidy and welcoming throughout my visit. Additionally, I was particularly impressed by the unique window feature in my room, adding a touch of charm to the space. Moreover, the guest house is conveniently located just a pleasant 10-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. This proximity allowed me to enjoy the beauty of the area without feeling overwhelmed by the crowds, as can often be the case closer to the fountain itself.

However, there was a minor issue with the air conditioning unit, as it seemed to be leaking during my stay. Nevertheless, I'm confident that this is a fixable problem and didn't significantly detract from the overall positive experience.

It’s in a secured building with a small elevator (after you ascend 6 steps). Instructions from Emmanuel to get the keys to the gate and check in were great. He was responsive too and in closer contact with me about a few days and day of check in. The staff who was present at our arrival was very friendly and got our place ready while we waited (early arrival). Clean fresh, comfortable bed, water pressure great for showers, mini frig and kettle. It is about a 10-15 min walk from train or hop on/hop off stops and the Colosseum.

I felt it was expensive for one night for a small hotel room.

One of our favorite stays in Europe. We really appreciated the AC, the bed was so comfortable, very convenient location, host was very clear on instructions and easy to get a hold of. Make sure you check out the restaurant ("Grottino") next door and ask for Andrea as your server btw. We truly enjoyed our stay. They also allowed us to keep our bags after check-out so we could keep enjoying the city until later that day.

Location, location, location. Within easy walking distance of all the major attractions. Local transportation is easy to navigate. Great selection of bars and restaurants near-by. We were in room 4. Large room at the back of the building, very clean. Coffee and tea provided. Small fridge. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues. Would stay again. Great communication with the property, very helpful with answering questions promptly

Nothing, everything was good!

Even the place has not a receptionist, everything is very clear to make your own check in without problems. I had a problem with the airlines (they lost my luggage ) but the administrator and clean service responsible helped me a lot to receive it in case I was not in the hotel. So, I´m very grateful for that. They really took care of the guests.

Excellent value for money. A strategically convenient place, especially if it's your last day in Rome (~15 min to Termini station, similar distances to Trevi Fountain, Coliseum). After receiving the confirmation of the booking, the owner contacted and provided clear instructions on how to get to the apartment (he even added videos). The apartment was spacious and clean. Although we did not need the luggage storage service, it was offered free of charge.

Very good location for its value! Relatively close to many historical places and a train station. Quite nice rooms with all the needed facilities. It is a shared flat, so we were not quite sure which room would be ours, but ended up highly satisfied.

For people who want to cook at home it might be not the best choice, because the kitchen is quite small, but for us it was not a problem.

Great location. Room was clean and not far from the train station when we arrived and were able to walk to the room & it was also close to the coliseum. Would stay again.

The pillows were a little stiff but that might be personal preference.

Outstanding . Fantastic apartment and the location is absolutely perfect. You can walk to the Trevi fountain, colosseum and other historical landmarks from the property. Very attentive hosts who helped make our stay wonderful. Can’t wait to return.

Extremely helpful, very nice staff and the owner was very accommodating with any questions . Black Car Service from FCO was great… I would recommend this location for anyone having a short stay in Rome.. I will use it again and have already recommended to my friends. There are 2 restaurants just outside the building.
