The Cardilli luxury rooms were just that luxury and we loved the old fashioned lift to the third floor. Emanuele met us on arrival and explained where we’re in relation to the sights. Literally the apartment is in the middle of Rome. The Trevi fountain was 5mins, Spanish steps 10mins and in the other direction the Colosseum was 10mins. Roma termini was also just around the corner we couldn’t have been better placed. The rooms had really tall ceilings and lots of wardrobe space, luxury mattresses on the beds and beautifully bathrooms. We stayed a week and on our final day Emanuele prepared a lovely breakfast in the reception area, which was stunning. Thank you so much such a special place.

Honestly, hands down the best apartment I have stayed in. With Rome the internet shows you that you’re spoilt for choice with places to stay, often they are deceiving about how close they are to the sites but this place is in the perfect position. It’s 10 minute walk from everything you want to see. It has the added bonus of being in a non touristy location so the food on offer is brilliant. It’s within the district of Monti, which is packed full of great gelato spots, restaurants and bars. The host, Emanuele couldn’t have done enough for us. Talked us through where to go and where not to go. Gave us a map to keep us right. Gave us his mobile number in case we got stuck and needed a hand somewhere in the city. Then offered to hold on to our bags for us so we could go site seeing on our last day. Every morning when we left our room he had a treat for the kids, be it sweets or a bag of cookies for their travels for the day. It was so good that on our last day we were booking to go back!

Friendly, responsive and very helpful host, a very comfortable and quiet room. Location is superb, right by the Monti restaurants and only short walk from the train station and the historic centre. It was easy to store bags at the property due to our late flight departure. And the room was ready for check in at 1 pm. I would stay here again for sure!

The property was clean,spacious and very comfortable. The location was excellent. The colosseum was only a ten minute walk and the Trevi fountain was about a 15 minute walk. There are lots of lovely places to eat within walking distance. Both Emmanuel and Marco were great hosts.

Emanuele was a fantastic host, giving us great recommendations and being super helpful in advising us how to get around! As it was extremely hot in Rome, Emanuele treated us to the mini bar free of charge which made our experience even better. The room is in a fantastic location and it is super clean and spacious! Thanks so much Emanuele, we will definitely be back! ☺️

The managers Emanuele and Marco are amazing. They catered to our every needs and were extremely welcoming and helpful, we really felt at home. The property is also awesome: spacious, clean and extremely well located. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Rome!

Everything was immaculate in this apartment. Very clean, and beautiful decor. Jacuzzi shower was like having a spa in the room. Everything was lovely, very comfortable and relaxing. Emanuele was very welcoming, and let us leave our bags on the last day which allowed us to make the most of the city. Brilliant location. 100% recommended!
