The Glam is well located with easy access for taxis (plus a taxi stand across the road). The staff are very helpful and the included breakfast has a good range of options. We had a very quiet room, away from the main street.

I would prefer to have a bathroom that is a separate room, not housed in an alcove of the bedroom. The shower recess was in full view from the bed so if you like more privacy this might be a factor to consider.

I didn’t like that the TV had been set up with an alarm which went off at 10am, was really loud and intrusive, and impossible to turn off with the remote which was a mystery. The worst thing is I was hung over and could not turn it off. I told reception and him being Italian and me not speaking it, I don’t think I explained the situation with the TV correctly, and whoever he sent to fix it set it for 8am the next morning. Fortunately I had woke up at 06.30 that day so it wasn’t an issue. I then pushed my hand up the back of it and unplugged it, which was tricky. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive though. Knew how to treat guests. My request for bedding without down was taken care of before I got there.

Expensive prices within rooftop bar considering it was €65 for four drinks which would have only cost €36 for the same drinks in Piazza Novona.

On October 18, 2024, we got married in Rome, and we chose this hotel for this beautiful and unforgettable occasion. They fulfilled all our requests and shared in our excitement. They offered us celebration treats multiple times and truly became like family to us in Rome. Thank you! Additionally, the hotel’s location is wonderful; we didn’t use any public transportation. Great location for a sightseeing trip to Rome. 15 mins walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain, 20 mins to the coliseum. Taxi rank opposite the hotel entrance. Bus station at the top of the street. Friendly staff, willing to help with any queries. Comfortable, large beds and spacious showers.

We had booked a triple room even though we were only a couple for the extra space, knowing that rooms tend to be small in Rome. When we arrived, we were given a smaller room even though extra had been charged for the larger one. The hotel reception were very apologetic for the error but were unable to provide the booked room for the first two nights as they were fully booked. They did upgrade us to a suite for our last three days at no extra cost which was a huge room and we were refunded the difference for the cost of the smaller room for our first two nights stay. It was disappointing initially as we had booked way in advance of our stay, but the hotel did make up for the error and we were happy with the effort made to rectify the mistake.

Where do I start? Everyone at the hotel is friendly, they put up with my very limited Italian, nothing was too much trouble, although they already seem to have thought of everything. The room was great, perfectly lit and gave me a rare thing... a great night's sleep in a new bed. I had breakfast every morning and dinner at night at the hotel. The food is amazing, I highly recommend the piglet with pumpkin sauce. So good, surprisingly filling and the cocktails perfectly complimented it. Speaking of cocktails, I loved the cocktail bar and the drinks served. I've become a Negroni convert! Finally, the location. The Glam is perfect for walking everywhere. All the major sites are within 20-30 minutes walk. It's such a great place to come back to, with weary legs as well. I aim to come back to Rome soon, with better knowledge of Italian, and will definitely stay here again. PS, did I mention the food?!

Erm, the TV remote needed batteries. But I didn't watch TV, so it wasn't an issue at all.

The Glam has a very helpful staff who all aim to please. Great open room perfect for 4 people - similar to US rooms with 2 beds but the room is spacious with an extra daybed as well. Extremely clean, AC blows cold air consistently, 5th floor breakfast is buffet style but your time has to be reserved. Great fancy coffee machine, scrambled eggs (a little runny), bacon is great along with croissants, pastries and juices. The fancy drinks served at the bar are delicious but pricey and the bartenders are friendly. They provide snacks with your drinks for Apparitivo. You must try the Hugo, mojito and the cosmos are classic. The location is convenient and close to the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Quirinale Palace and Roma Termini. There is a Taxi stand across the street where taxis are available every morning. Cab to the Vatican for 4 of us was around 13 Euros. Note that it’s hard to get Taxis there after 5:00 pm. Maybe best to book your taxi way ahead of time or plan to walk or take the bus in the evenings. There is a tunnel on Via Milano that is safe to walk through and if you continue walking straight, will lead you directly to the Spanish steps and high end shopping area. Be sure to visit the department store La Rinscente on that street. Great terrace with a view on the top floor and see the Acquaducts on the bottom floor where housewares are. Plenty of delicious and reasonably priced restaurants in walking distance. Especially try Ristorante La Taverna dei Monti. There’s a few clean convenience stores with basic supplies and snacks nearby as well.

No ironing board and iron in the room. Breakfast starts at 7am - would be better if it started at 6am even if just for coffee an self serve pastries.

The location is excellent. Its within walking distance to most of the attractions. The area is very alive and you can do shopping if you need anything. There is a mini-market in the corner. The bus stop in front of the hotel.

One day we went to the breakfast restaurant at 7:30 and one of the staff was insisting on seating us on a certain table that we didn’t want. He was angry and said the hotel has 150 gusts that day and he has to manage the seating arrangements. It was 7:30 and we were the first gusts. The restaurant was almost empty. We felt that we treated as less important than other guests. It ruined our day.

The location of this hotel is key as is easily within walking distance to several sites and has access to a lot of great restaurants near by. The breakfast is top notch and the rooftop bar is great for just enjoying a drink before/after dinner. The staff were always pleasant and helpful.

The Bed we thought could have been more comfortable but that truly is a personal preference and not a ding on the hotel itself.

Very comfortable and clean. Lovely staff and very welcoming. Nice to receive complimentary drinks at the bar on level 5. Great location for seeing the city of Rome.

Air conditioning was set at 18oC although the room felt quite warm at night. The breakfast was lovely but the sausages and bacon could have been hotter. Apart from that it was a great place to stay.
