First of all the location was amazing right next to a very commercial street for lots of shopping (leave room in your suitcases) great pizzeria next to your entrance and lots of sightseeing within walking distance (I am not a fit person but went to fontana di trevi on the first night and colosseo the next day without any problem). The always smiling Francesca will help with anything you may need ! The room itself was absolutely spotless the bathroom a bit on the small side but great water pressure and always hot water available. There is a kettle and an espresso machine and snacks IN the room and a kitchenette next to the reception! A perfect experience, I would book here again!

Nothing negative, I felt very safe walking in this neighbourhood and the room itself was excellent value for money!

We’ve been to Rome three times now and this was the most convenient location to be able to walk to all the sights including the Travesere area. The accommodations were just like the pictures indicated and the room was spotless. A bit warm for us but might not be an issue for others. And the bed was very comfortable. If you need a large shower, that could be an issue for some but we were fine with the shower stall. Francesca was amazing too with all her communications. She was fast to respond and gave us great advice on where to go for dinner and what hidden gems to go see in Rome. Would absolutely 100% stay at Francesca’s again. When we arrived at night we had no problem walking the 10 minutes from Rome termini to the apartment.

The room was a bit warm for us but that might not be the same for all.

Excellent location for the price!! Very impressed with the facility and the kindness of the receptionist! We loved our stay and will certainly look at this location next time we are in Rome. Loved the ease of the elevator.

I did not like using an app for our key. The cell service was not great within the building, so it was difficult to enter late at night for our first evening. However, this was resolved once we got settled into the room with wifi connection. I would offer guests the wifi password to be sure this doesn't happen on the first night :)

The room has new amenities (closet, bed, desk, etc) and was very clean. It is not a large apartment (the photos make is seem bigger than it is), but it was fine for 2 of us to rest after long days walking all over Rome.

It is not easy to get to or at least understand how to get to the apartment. We walked for 15 min from the train station lugging our suitcase over cobbled stoned streets. My suitcase broke. Would be better to have more detailed information on how to arrive via bus and train or taxi.

The room could not have been better. It was very clean and spacious with a lovely modern en-suite bathroom (with a great shower). The bed was super comfortable and I slept really well. It was on the 3rd floor so this diminished the sound of the city traffic below. The air conditioning worked well although I didn't feel the need for it even though the weather was warm. There are shutters on the windows that keep the room cool. Although there was no breakfast the room has a coffee machine and coffee capsules, tea, kettle and a fridge for milk etc. as well as an assortment of local cakes, crackers and croissants. Nice restaurants, cafes nearby as well as buses to get around the city (be warned it is very very busy and transport gets full really quickly). I walked everywhere. The owner Francesca was fantastic. She gave me a map, marked all the interesting things to see, nearby restaurants etc and was so helpful in every way. She was always on the end of the phone to sort out any problems and ordered my taxi when I left.

I can't think of anything that could be improved upon. Everything you could need was provided.

The room was great; everything was walkable from there. The metro station was easy to access for our Vatican trip. The apt was very clean and lots of breakfast snacks and espresso pods with a little fridge. I also liked the rain head shower. We arrived after a very long travel day and Francesca was able to get the apt ready early so we could rest. Would certainly stay again.

Nothing, wonderful stay.

Francesca was an excellent host! She helped us with everything, both regarding our stay and with recommendations for attractions to visit! The room was comfortable, had everything we needed, and was very clean! The bus stop was right below the accommodation. The location was perfect and close to everything! It was definitely an excellent choice for our trip to Rome! We would definitely choose it again for our next trip to Roma!

The location was great surrounded by lovely restaurants. Close to the Trevi fountain and also handy for the railway station. Our hostess Francesca couldn’t have been more friendly or welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean with everything we required for our stay. There were even some basic snacks for breakfast which weren’t required due to the fantastic patisserie close by.

Very good, clean and comfortable accommodation in the centre of Rome. Sights are accessible on foot or by public transport. Very easy and fast communication with the owner. The price includes morning coffee and wifi, room cleaning and regular towel change. This accommodation made our stay in Rome feel even better. I highly recommend.

Everythink was OK.

I really enjoyed the stay in the Interno 7 Luxury Room. The room has modern furnitures, a very nice Snack bar and a great bathroom. The air conditioner was super! The Guest Service is outstanding. Francesca is always supportive & available for her guests and provided me a lot of great recommendations. Furthermore, I have to mention one topic here as well: I have left a personal belonging in the room. And Francesca has sent me this instantly to my hometown. Highly appreciated this excellent customer service. Thank you so much again! The room make up was perfect, it was very clean and I felt very comfortable! And last but not least, the location of the apartment is great - it‘s located in the central city… so I could reach many sight seeings, the bus station and Termini in a few minutes! I will definitely come back! Thank you very much for everything!
