The staff and accommodations were good, but unfortunately it is an old building with a tiny elevator that could not accommodate the two of us and the luggage at once. This required that I run up two flights of stairs while my wife rode up the elevator.

Breakfast was reasonable; however, breakfast service did not open until 7:30am. We skipped breakfast two mornings because we had excursions booked starting early in the morning and could therefore not enjoy breakfast prior to departing the hotel. In all my travels, I have never encountered breakfast service starting so late. I recommend that management consider starting breakfast service at 7:00am.

Clean and quite spacious room for four. A/C worked well and it was nice to return to the cleaned room at the hotel after walking around the city. Kind service from the staff, thank you Margherita, Federica, Riccardo, Ali, Tara and Cecilia! Easy to walk from this location to Fontana di Trevi, Colosseum, Termini, metro stations. Bus stop right in front. Nice restaurants and shops closeby. Breakfast was good but only tried it once. Room was quiet but some traffic noise occasionally. Hotel very calm in the corridors.

Via Nazionale is a bit loud with heavy traffic and noisy. Hotel has only a small elevator so maybe not accessible. Did not affect our stay as we’re fine with stairs.

The location is amazing, the room had everything we needed and the breakfast was perfect.

The furniture and overall decor is really aged. Although the room was always cleaned throughly it didn’t look the best. Definitely needs some renovation. The elevator is extremely small. You can barely fit a person and a baby stroller inside. It tales a bit of work and it’s always on high demand so there is always a wait.

Good location not too far from some nice restaurants and transit.

Very clean but the bathroom plumbing had a bad odour coming up through the toilet. Sounds like it was more of a city issue with older plumbing/sewers

LOCATION KOCATION LOCATION. The hotel is located very central and around the corner to colosseum. Termini Metro and Bus stand about 17mins walk

I arrived at 1am and the guy behind the counter knew very little English and the Internet was not working for me. So I asked him if I could use his hotspot to tell family I have arrived, but he said this is private.

The hotel has a fantastic location—centrally placed, making it easy to walk to key attractions and enjoy the local atmosphere. It truly adds to the convenience of exploring the city. I also want to highlight how clean and well-maintained the rooms and common areas were. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my stay, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. Overall, the cleanliness and location were definite highlights of the experience

The breakfast was surprisingly disappointing for a hotel that presents itself with high standards. As someone who values a hearty and well-balanced breakfast, I found the offerings quite underwhelming. What surprised me the most was the complete absence of olives—something I would expect even more from a hotel in Italy, a country renowned for its Mediterranean flavors. A few basic Mediterranean touches like olives, fresh vegetables, or even some local cheeses would have made a significant difference. I hope the hotel considers enhancing its breakfast menu to better reflect the culinary richness of the region.

Location was very good with access to all areas and attractions by walking/bus/taxi. The room was very comfortable and the hotel was really clean with good attention to detail. Breakfast was continental - adequate but not exceptional. No variety day to day but excellent staff and perhaps limited by kitchen arrangements.

The building is lovely and extends to 5+floors - the lift can best be described as quaint, functioning but very small with reasonable capacity at 2 persons only. Staircase beautiful but challenging if on the 5th floor! It would have been really nice for the hotel to produce a compilation of local information - area map/local attractions and distances/recommended eating establishments/things to see/do/shops etc. The Hotel should provide mugs for use in bedroom with tea/coffee facilities - paper cups are really not on.

Perfect location. About 15-20 min by foot from the train station or just couple of minutes by bus. Bus stop just by the hotel. In the near also a shop. Perfect location - ca. 10 min by foot to Trevi Fountain, or the VE monument and 10 min to Colosseum… also by bus easy to reach most important places, direct bus to Vatican. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room very nice and clean, great service bathroom, nicely renovated and warm, good heaters!!! Comfortable bed. Water cattle in the room. A coffee machine is available at the breakfast area for general use the entire day. TV, safe and fridge in the room. Breakfast classics - tasty and fresh. I’d definitely would return!

Buffet breakfast was good, the croissants in particular. Location is spot on.

It’s being renovated so be prepared for noise at 8:30.

We had a large and comfortable bedroom. Bathroom was big enough with all the toiletries. Staff was friendly. Great location! Easy to walk to many sightseeing places. It is not that far from Termini train station. There are two buses that run from Termini to the hotel. Only 4 bus stops and around 5 minutes, so very easy to get to the hotel.

There should be a “sign” by the door if the breakfast area is closed. We happened to go there before 7:00am, the door was opened so we realized it must be ready, however, the chef was not happy when he saw us getting a croissant on our way out. Our breakfast was included but we didn’t eat because we were leaving early.
