Location - all the attractions were approx 15 / 20 min walk away (except for the Vatican). The staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. They were very helpful, kind, polite. The staff were so lovely. The room had a mini bar, equipped with 2 waters, 2 cans of soft drinks (coca cola and Sprite) crisps and a little biscuit pack. These were complimentary. If you wanted a restock - it cost €10. The breakfast was tasty. Juices, tea / coffee, cereals, milk, soya milk, yoghurt, dried fruits and fresh fruits, cold meats and cheeses, a variety of breads, cold hard boiled eggs, a beautiful variety of pastries and cakes. The hot breakfast just had scrambled egg, bacon and sausage. Gluten free was on request which was lovely. It included gluten free cornflakes, bread and a muffin. The room was a good size, comfortable bed and pillows, tea and coffee facilities in the room. It was spotlessly clean, the ensuite bathroom was clean too. Heating was easy to use and you could adjust yourself. We visited mid February. There was a roof top bar also but we didn't visit it.

The hot breakfast was limited to scrambled egg, bacon and sausage. The bar was empty at night. It was pricey too. €8 for a beer. €12 for a cocktail (which is standard).

I booked a classic double room for myself and a group of friends. I found the room a bit small but served the purpose. Room was modern, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The refrigerator was filled with sodas, juices etc. which were complimentary A nice and unexpected freebie. Hotel is in an ideal location close to main tourist attractions, transport options and restaurants. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in the room rate. It was delicious and frequently replenished. Loved the cappuccinos.

I would have preferred the walls to be painted with a warmer color. It is too dark for my taste.

The hotel is in a fantastic location—most visitor attractions are within walking distance, and the central train station is also just a short walk away. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I especially enjoyed the live coffee made fresh according to your preference. For those looking for Halal food, there are options available within walking distance. A useful tip: there’s a public drinking water point on the main road behind the hotel, which makes it convenient to refill your bottle (since only small water bottles are provided in the hotel). Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Lift location.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful (Lucretisia, Angela, Salvatore...). And thx to the manager for the welcome gift. We enjoyed the breakfast which was great, with more than enough options. The location is great, we walked to almost all the touristic locations (10 minutes to Trevi Fountain, 15 min to Colosseo). With the cot placed for our daughter, the room was tight, I wish the room was slightly bigger but without a cot, I guess it would be enough. And compared to many hotels in Rome, the room, furnitures etc. are new and clean.

It is clean and very comfortable.

Due to a conference taking place we needed to be done with breakfast by 9.30. We had been travelling and hoping for a more leisurely wake up and enjoy breakfast at a slower pace. Also, the bar was closed due to the conference taking place which meant that we couldn’t enjoy a drink and relax before departing. Rather we had to head out to the street to find somewhere to pass a few hours. I had injured my knee and was hoping to not have to walk around on it. Only other issue was when checking out, the young girl (who appeared to have spent more time on her makeup than training) was unable to fill in the tickets so that we could leave our luggage while we went off looking for a bar, due to the bar being closed - see above.

Incredibly quiet even if very well located in the heart of Rome. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and smiley, which has become rare nowadays. Giacomo runs the restaurant, the breakfast is very generous, and he makes an outstanding cappuccino and espresso.

It is a bit pricey, but worth it given how quiet it was and how confortable the beds were. There was not much space to place our belongings, but this was a non issue as we stayed only 3 nights. It would have been for a longer stay.

Overall solid hotel to stay in during our week in Rome. EXCELLENT location! Close to all the stuff you want to see and do in Rome. 15 min walk to most places except the Vatican. Solid breakfast in the morning, which was great and one less thing to pay additional for. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room was a little tight, but that’s common in Europe. Was hoping for a little more space since we booked a junior suite, but it felt more like a large 1 bedroom.

It is located in a quiet street that's a block away from the main road. There are plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel. The breakfast offered at the hotel is very good, especially the cappuccino. It is frequently checked by the staff and replenished immediately. The rooms are very clean. The refrigerator is filled with soda, juice, etc and offered for free upon check in but will be charged once restocked.

The walls are painted with a darlk color. I would have preferred warmer color for the walls

Excellent location, walking distance to all the key sites and the restaurant across the street is incredible. The room had a very nice bath/shower. Breakfast was fantastic.

Our shower was out of soap when we arrived and the bathtub drain was clogged. Both issues were fixed for us quickly when we asked. Pillows were not very comfortable. Overall though we would definitely stay here again.

Great modern room. Amazing group of staff from front desk, breakfast team and housekeeping everyone was always friendly and smiling especially to our two-year old. Great location, pretty much 15min walking distance to Termini, Trevi, Colosseum and Spanish steps with lots of restaurants around the hotel. Also, we love the complimentary minibar in the room.
