I loved everything about the hotel. The staff that received us, Ziomara was very approachable and easy going and sorted everything out for us. The breakfast staff, Jay, Christina and Tara, were fantastic and helpful. The proximity to all the main attractions was a very big bonus (between 15 to 20 mins walk). Overall, it was an enjoyable experience and I will stay there next time

There was nothing not to like about it very quaint and stylish hotel located in a beautiful location to all the places for tourists Bernini you can walk or take a bus or underground at Republica just up the road from the hotel

The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, near 2 subway stations, in-front of a bus stop, and in-front of a taxi hub. The hotel have great views of Rome, and the breakfast was fresh with various options. Definitely will be coming back to this hotel if we are ever in Roma again.

There was a mis hap with our first night reservation, we requested a room with a view, however our reserved room AC was not working. Nonetheless, I requested the next nights to have a view and the hotel staff did not disappoint! The room that they accommodated us with after was a very beautiful upgraded suite, with free breakfast and drinks! we were very happy with their accommodations! :)

Breakfast was perfect, really nice food and really great host looking after us. Staff helping me from the main hotel to my room were brilliant as well

No curtains so in the morning light will come through and wake me up. Also assuming light would leave my room and people would be able to see inside so a curtain would help with privacy

The property is clean and safe. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room itself is clean and comfortable. The balcony view in our deluxe room was breathtaking.

There were newer staff that couldn’t decide for themselves when asked for help. Thankfully the manager and the cleaning crew were always there to help.

Booking.com calls this Vibe, which implies part of the Vibe Chain of hotels but the hotel name is actually Giolli. I also picked this hotel as it says on booking.com it has laundry facilities. It does not. The booking.com website needs to reflect these inaccuracies

We were lucky to get a completely new room on the 5th floor,it was clean and comfy and surprisingly quiet (facing a courtyard). The two gentleman at the reception (the manager and the receptionist) very super accommodating and welcoming. Breakfast had a surpringly rich selection of both sweet and savory options. The location is also great, walking distance or a short bus ride away from Termini (airport train)

This is an old hotel in a good location 10' walk from the city center and many famous sights of Rome like Colosseo, Fontana di Trevi and Piazza Venezia. Helpful staff, good breakfast, excellent double bed, quiet, excellent view from the superior 4th floor room.

The location was great!! It's a 10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and 15mins to the Colosseum and Roma Termini Station. The only time my friend and I had to talk the local metro was when we went to Vatican City. The staff were helpful.

The room was a bit small. My friend and I arrived 2 hours before check-in. We were told that if we wantd to check in early, it would be $50 euros, which I felt was a bit much. But since my friend and I were so tired from a long flight, we decided to pay so we could freshen up.

Location: 10/10. Perfect room size for two (who know eachother well). Very comfortable with 24/7 reception.

Few outlets and even though the room seemed clean, the blankets in the gliset was full of dust and hairs (of another color than any of us…)
